HUSBAND'S HEART

HUSBAND'S HEART
part 24 INNAA LILLAAHI WA INNAA ILAIHI ROOJI´UUN

At the same time, Annisa and Rahmat who were about to leave the room of Insham were treated, passed by doctor Sinta.

"Sir Amar and Bu Yuana are waiting for Dr. Yusuf in his room," said doctor Sinta delivered a message from doctor Yusuf after that he passed to the place where Amar was treated followed by Rahmat who wanted to see Amar and invite Yuana to be with him to the doctor Yusuf.

Doctor Sinta bought eyes to see the condition of Amar who seemed to be tired of taking a breath.

"Sorry please wait outside" Sinta told everyone in the room. He immediately dealt with Amar's condition which seemed to be getting worse.

Doctor Yusuf who has just returned from the bathroom, sits at his desk, he intends to wait for the arrival of Rahmat and Yuana to see doctor Bastian discuss the operation plan for Amar and Ilham. He was surprised to see a monitor screen on his laptop that showed the emergency conditions in the ICU room. He immediately got up, ran to the ICU room followed by two nurses who were on guard.

Once he glanced at the ICU waiting room, Annisa was hugging the woman and Grace who was carrying Nabila stood near the park. Without greeting them, Yusuf's doctor went straight into the room where Sinta's doctor was arranging a humidifier knob to adjust to Amar's current needs.

All the way doctor Yusuf assisted doctor Sinta and two nurses to restore the vital condition of Amar, but the vital signs of Amar weakened.

"Circling the drain" said Dr. Yusuf when looking at monitoring vital tools showed a significant decrease. He came out and was greeted by Grace who was waiting in front of the ICU room door.

Yuana who was sitting reading the letter of Ya Siin and Annisa who was holding Nabila, turned to the doctor Yusuf. All were hoping for good news to come out of Joseph's mouth. But the look on the face of Dr. Joseph hinted another.

"Criticism. The heartbeat is very weak, it can be said that his life depends on the tool at this time," said Dr. Yusuf while removing his glasses and patting Grace's arm. Then he sighed when he saw Yuana who was staring at him softly. "Only prayers and family assistance are needed Amar at this time," he continued.

Yuana got up and approached Joseph's doctor, wanting to make sure that what she heard was wrong. "Sister.. I misheard right? Amar is fine, right?"

"I'm sorry" replied Joseph's doctor regretfully. He soon passed away because he could not see Yuana's sadness, wanting to grab Yuana into his arms. But it's impossible, he knows his limits.

Realizing that Joseph's doctor had passed away, Yuana rushed into the ICU room. As soon as the body of her husband was covered with a blanket up to half his chest, the legs felt powerless, very heavy to move.

How not, the person he loved so much, is now lying helplessly in the ICU room gurney in critical condition. Just now she was happy, because her husband was conscious of the coma. Shouldn't it be better and recover soon and go home? Why is it critical now?

The closer the more powerless it feels, the soul feels floating, the power from where so that his body can still stand well. At first glance, doctor Sinta was smiling at him, but his lips felt weak just to return the smile.

Doctor Sinta greeted Yuana by hugging her arms, guiding and sitting on the plastic stool that the nurse had just provided.

"The company of Bu Yuana's husband, lead her to find her way, pray for a miracle for her. Let's work together, we're the ones fighting for her body and Bu Yuana fighting for her soul. Okay?" doctor Sinta insists on Yuana so that Yuana can strengthen her heart to accompany Amar to face a critical period.

With a trembling hand Yuana grabbed Amar's hand, kissed the back of the hand and then he put it on his cheek. Seen by her husband's face, a face that she admired every day because of the aura of affection that always emanated for her and her baby.

But now it looked very pale, the look on his face as if he was enduring the pain. There were fine lines on her forehead while her eyebrows shrunk in and her jaw hardened.

Seen on Amar's chest, irregular kembis. Sometimes very deep and fast, sometimes very shallow and slow.

"Mas... pain yes..patient yes Mas... hk...hks.." whispered Yuana while holding a sob.

Grace who had been sitting behind Yuana, seemed to be aware of Amar's condition. He remembered when he had to wait for the late Abah Haikal, his father, when the sakaratul death to death.

His right hand held the fingers of Amar's right hand, because only his fingers were open, the palm up to his arms covered with bandages and gypsum/plate.

"Mhaaas. pe.. nuhi. jan.. ji.. mhu," the husky and hoarse voice of Amar's mouth was heard as Grace.

"Surely.make Mar! You are calm, they can live well, I promise. I will make sure of it myself," said Grace firmly.

"Mas Amar.. fought Mas. instead of Mas promise.want to take Nabila... riding a horse in Bromo... fought yes Mas.." sued Yuana to Amar, she still believes that her husband will recover soon. It will definitely heal and will always accompany him knitting dreams that have not materialized.

Amar stared at Yuana, the pain she felt, momentarily disappearing. He smiled, "me. me. ridlo... Yes.nhaa."

Soon a middle-aged woman entered, wearing a batik glove and plain moss-green brackets, a long, ivory-yellow hood that had its end clad around her neck. Accompanied by a man whose face resembled that of Amar was just taller and his skin was more brownish.

"Assalamu'alaikum." Half whispered the two men said hello when they were in the room where Amar was treated.

"Sepurane Nduuk. Yuana also suddenly looked to the side staring at the face of the woman who was her mother-in-law.

"Alaikumussalam, Ibu... Mas Amar Buu's..." Yuana immediately hugged the person she considered her own mother and sobbed in that embrace.

"usssssh.. Patience Nduk..."

"Wa 'alaikum salam wa rohmatullah. How are you doing, Yusron?" greet Grace warmly to the man who walks closer to her.

"Alhamdulillah good Mas Rahmat." The two shook hands and hugged for a while while patting each other on the back.

Still with a faint smile, Amar looked at the two people. With a gaze that somehow described it, not clear, not sad, no twinkle was not empty.

"Switch.ma..af..fin... Amar Buk.." the voice of the soft and hoarse and cut Amar sounded bitter both to the person who had given birth to it and to those who were there.

"Oalah Le.. mother ridlo marang your crew Le.. your crew son sholih..mugi dipadangno dalanmu yo Le," said Amar's mother while rubbing the crown of Amar and then kissed the forehead of his second child.

When a subtle rattling sound came from Amar's chest, the mother grabbed Yuana's hand and held her tightly, "Nduk. ikhlasno Masmu yo Nduk."

Rahmat and Yusron who also heard the sound of Amar's breath that was like a fine snore but seemed rude began to lead Amar to read two sentences of the creed. The subtle rattling sound was increasingly heard along with the shahada spoken by Amar stammering and cut off by a rough breathing.

"Laa.. hhrr.. ilaah... hhhrr... illallaaaah... hhrrr.... muham... hrr... Allaaaaahh..."

The ECG monitor connected to Amar's body showed a flat/asystole, a sign that there was no more heartbeat activity in Amar's body. Doctor Sinta who was on guard immediately checked all the vital signs of Amar.

"I'm sorry.Today Thursday, at 09.30 WIB, Amar Nasiruddin's patient is gone. We have done our best for him, but God determines everything. We apologize" said doctor Sinta to clarify the situation of Amar who has died.

"Innaa lillaahi wa innaailaihi rooji'un."
