A week has passed. Every day Yuana comes to the hospital to take care of her husband, leaves early in the morning after breakfast and comes home in the afternoon so that Nabila still gets a touch of affection from her mother. While Miss Fatma and Annisa took turns to take care of Ilham every day along with Yuana.
As for the night alternating Pak Hadi and Mbok Sari who are on guard even though they do not stay overnight, ten o'clock usually come home.
Not to forget also the role of Arif which is increasingly needed by Bu Fatma to take care of all the business affairs of Ilham, he often paced between the office, Ilham's house or to the hospital.
There has been no significant change in the condition of Amar and Ilham. Although there were several responses or small movements in the fingers and eyes and the numbers on the vital signs detection monitor were getting closer to normal, but Amar was not aware of his coma.
Yuana also began to accept the destiny she had to live, no more tears flowing when she accompanied her husband. He believed that if Amar knew he was strong then Amar would also fight to return to his wife and child.
Often Yuana called her husband's name, sometimes just a little movement on the closed eyeball. But according to doctor Sinta it is just a reflex movement, not a response to the stimuli he receives.
All the best efforts have been made by the team of doctors at the hospital for the recovery of Amar. Prayers and sholawat always wet Yuana's lips. She read sholawat syifa, often called sholawat thibbiyah or thibbil qulub, for her husband's recovery.
Allahumma sholli 'alaa Sayyidinaa Muhammadin thibbil qulubi wa dawaa iha
wa 'aafiyatil abdaani wa syifaa iha wa nuuril abshoori wa dliyaa iha wa ’alaa aalii wa shohbihi wa barik wa sallim.
O Allah bestow upon us the Prophet Muhammad who is the medicine and healing of our hearts, the health and salvation of bodies, which is the light and the light of sight and which is the guarantor of physical and spiritual health for the need of food and also spills that welfare over his family and friends and gives salvation.
With the recitation of the sholawat, Yuana hopes that Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta'ala will immediately provide healing to her husband and calmness in her heart.
While his condition is not getting better, although he has more often responded to calls and even occasionally answered questions from both doctors and Annisa and Ms. Fatma. His stomach began to harden and slightly enlarged.
"Is there no other way to cure it?" ask Professor Diyono.
Only today can he come to see Ilham and Amar, both of whom are his beloved sisters. Ilham was his younger brother, while Amar was his roommate when he was a santri in Kyai Marzuqi's cottage and he considered his own sister.
"Cirrhosis is not curable, we can only treat it so that it is not worse. And your sister is already bad if not immediately done transplant, I make sure the time she has will not be long. Even if later he can maintain the condition of his body, the possibility to become cancer is very large and will spread everywhere. So the only way to save him is to have a transplant" professor Diyono replied straightforwardly.
"Well, if that's the best way for Inspiration, just do it Prof... Should be taken to Singapore alone, Prof.," said Rahmat.
"Actually here also can be done transplant surgery, both the team and the equipment all of us are ready. For Inspiration, we just wait for patient approval and find the right donor. In Singapore I could also send the results of the liver biopsy to Dr. Ilham. Tan Kai, unfortunately there is no suitable cadaver donor for Ilham."
"Trus better how Prof... I want Inspiration can be handled immediately," riled Grace.
"It is better now to look first, family members who can be donors. The sooner the better in order to be immediately checked for compatibility."
"Well, then, I will discuss this first with Inspiration and family. Excuse me Prof, good day," said Grace.
"Assalamu'alaikum Yuana... how are you?" sapana.
"Wa 'alaikumussalam wa rohmatullah... Mr Grace?!" answer Yuana. Yuana who was surprised by the presence of Grace, immediately stood up while inserting the prayer beads she held into the right pocket of her robe. "Thank God I am good sir" he continued.
"How's Amar?"
"Physically, Mas Amar's condition has improved, but he is still in a coma, having suffered a severe concussion."
"I'm sorry, because I had to take Ilham, Amar so had an accident," said Grace full of regret.
"Sir Mercy knows Mas Ilham?"
"You this how the hell... did Amar never tell you about Inspiration?!" exclaim Grace while taking a seat on the bench opposite Yuana sitting earlier.
"Never Sir. Is it possible Mr Rahmat?" Yuana asked back as she sat back to where she was sitting.
"Ilham is my sister. In the past, he did not go to the cottage, but often tabarukan to Kyai Marzuqi, so he became familiar with Amar. Maybe Amar thinks Ilham is still abroad."
"God willing... So Mr Grace is Annisa's brother too?"
"Lhaaa. You know Annisa."
"Yes, sister Annisa used to be Yuana's upperclassman at SMK. Bener said sister Anisa...narrow world, hehe," always Yuana remember what Annisa said when they first met where she sits now.
"Yes already, then I go in to see Ilham and Amar first yes," Grace rose from her seat and said goodbye to the ICU room.
Yuana looked at the clock stuck on the wall of the waiting room, the time showing at half twelve noon.
'Awhile dhuhur, ' he thought, he got up intending to go to the canteen first while waiting for the dhuhur time to come. As he walked to the cafeteria, he came across Joseph's doctor, only to walk down, he did not see him. While the doctor Yusuf who just realized he had passed Yuana stopped his steps. Can only stare while feeling his heartbeat. His lips were even moody to say hello.
This afternoon Yuana filled her stomach with a serving of meatballs and a glass of avocado juice. When he was about to scoop the meatball suddenly his tears flowed. She did not realize that she had taken the 'frying blossom' of her husband's favorite, even though her own favorite was a 'round frying pan'. It reminded her of Amar when they ate meatballs together.
"Mas.." - Yuana called her husband. He shut his mouth, trying to hold back the tears. After his heart calmed down a little, he slowly tried to finish his meal. Then Yuana went to the hospital musholla to perform the dhuhur prayer.
With a touch of wudlu water and a special prayer, Yuana's heart felt calmer, and she walked back to the room where her husband was treated. When she was about to enter the room, suddenly Ms. Fatma who just came out of the room hugged Yuana.
"Yuanaa... Yuana...Amar´s... Amar sadaaar" cried Miss Fatma happily.
