Yuana again sat down before Nabil and Bu Fatma with a bowl of chicken porridge, a packet of wheat biscuits and a box of plain UHT milk.
"I had breakfast first, Mom," Yuana told Ms. Fatma as she was about to eat the chicken porridge she bought at the same stand that Ms. Fatma had bought before. Miss Fatma who gave the last mouthful of porridge owned by Nabila nodded and smiled.
"How's your husband doing?" ma'am Fatma asked when she saw that Yuana was calmer than before she met Amar.
"It's still unconscious, ma'am" Yuana replied as she glanced at Ms. Fatma then turned her eyes to Nabila. "Over time we only lived three, now Mas Amar's situation like this. Yuana doesn't know what to do if there's no Fatma. Thank you, ma'am," he continued.
With a shady face, Ms. Fatma clasped Yuana's left hand on the table. "Patiently, my son... Nak Yuana must be strong, see there is a little girl who desperately needs your heart's firmness. There's a mother here too, you're not alone, son."
"Thank you, ma'am." said Yuana as she wiped the tears of haru that had just dripped on her cheek.
"Mother crying?" tanya Nabila who came down from the canteen bench approached her mother.
"Mother is not crying, dear. This. mother had mostly taken the sauce, so piqued," elak Yuana while trying to smile.
"Well, if so. I went to see Ilham first. If Nak Yuana has finished breakfast, you go to the waiting room on the right side of the ICU room. There is more freely and there is a garden, Nabila would like there," said Ms. Fatma.
Ms. Fatma passed by leaving Yuana to finish her breakfast, while Nabila was preoccupied with sucking UHT milk through a bent straw at the end.

Ms. Fatma stepped out of the ICU room, then headed to the visiting room and sat on a foam-covered bench wrapped in a bright blue synthetic leather. From where he sat, Ms. Fatma could see Amar and Ilham in the ICU room. Long he pensively remembered he had sat in the same position a year ago.
"Sorry Mom," the greeting from doctor Sinta surprised Bu Fatma's daydream. "Can you see Dr. Joseph in his room now?" he continued after Ms. Fatma responded to his greeting. Then Ms. Fatma followed Doctor Fatma to Joseph's doctor's office.
When he entered the doctor's office, Joseph saw the doctor talking to a middle-aged doctor. He seems to be an internal medicine expert. The bespectacled man who still looked gallant even though almost half of his hair was whitened smiled and let Ms. Fatma sit on the sofa in front of him.
After Ms. Fatma sat down on the sofa and was followed by doctor Sinta, Dr. Yusuf began a conversation about the continuation of Ilham's treatment.
"Mother Fatma, earlier, introduce her to Professor Diyono. He will explain about the condition of Inspiration and how the handling solution. Does Miss Fatma need to be with other families?" dr. Joseph opened the conversation carefully.
"No need of Joseph's doctor. Nice to meet you Professor Diyono. For Inspiration, I entrust completely to Dr. Joseph, whatever is best for his recovery, I certainly agree. So I beg for his help."
Then the talk continues about the condition of Inspiration, the possibilities that can occur, what examination steps must be passed until the best and worst possibilities of each step will be taken.

Slowly Yuana leads Nabila to the waiting room near the ICU. When passing through the park, Nabila who saw a dragonfly fly and then alight at the shoots of the leaves of the pink angelonia plant or commonly called local lavender flowers exclaimed cheerfully, "tupu-tupu... mothera.. tupu-tupuna funny yes, tuyus hihi..."
"Where? Oh. It's not a butterfly, honey. It was. her name was caa.. puuung," Yuana explained about the little insect that Nabila had just encountered.
"Caa though? Oh... butan tupu-tupu yes," Nabila who is still curious continues to pay attention to the insect rode odonata.
"The butterflies are different dragonflies dear, but both are equally insects," while leading Nabila to take a closer look, Yuana explained what she knew about insects.
"See.. lan... and?" Nabila always spelled when asking for new vocabulary he heard.
"Yes. If in his extended family, the insect was his grandfather. Naaah the dragonfly that If you look at this is the same small butterfly yellow color, still brother."
"the sodala? emmm.. capun tuh tupu-tupu ya, uda teliput hihi..."
"Hehe. I was sitting there" Yuana asked her daughter to sit in the waiting room. After taking a few drops of hand sanitiser hanging on the wall of the waiting room and rubbing on her hands and Nabila's hands, Yuana sat on one of the benches.
Fifteen minutes had Yuana sitting there, while Nabila continued to act like a child her age. Several times Yuana saw the nurse pacing back and forth. Yuana wants to go into the ICU room to accompany her husband. But it is impossible for him to invite in Nabila, leaving him alone is also more unlikely.
"It is better to explain Sinta's doctor, yes ma'am, hopefully better, excuse me," and the nurse left Yuana standing staring blankly at the entrance to the ICU room.
Then when Yuana returned to the waiting room, she saw Nabila talking to a little boy who was a little bigger than Nabila.
Apparently they both offered each other the snacks they were holding. Nabila offered wheat biscuits and the boy offered potato chips studded with seaweed juice.
"Whose name?" asked the boy, apparently besides being bigger, his articulation was also more perfect than Nabila.
"Namatu Nabila. Guest greet?"
"I'm Ajiyan," replied the slightly fat boy in navy suit.
"Zyan, sit here with mom" a young mother holding a baby called the boy.
"Sir Nisa?" yuana's greeting to the woman. "For a long time no see... What are you doing here, brother?" continued.
"Yuanaaa.. eh how can I meet here? This is my brother he said to be admitted to the ICU here, but I have not met, wait ummah first. What are you doing yourself?"
"My husband was in an accident yesterday and is now in a coma in the ICU. Is it the sister, the daughter, Ms Fatma?"
"And you're Mas Amar's wife?" sparkling Anisa looked at Yuana. "Well, there is a narrow world" he continued, standing closer and hugging Yuana. Apparently Yuana and Anisa had known each other before.
"You have a child Na? Kirain is still in college" asked Annisa.
"Not yet to go to college, sister... Pass SMK directly help design in father's garment. Eh even betrothed to his assistant father, mas Amar it. And this is Nabila, our daughter," explained Yuana as she lifted Nabila into her lap. "Didn't Kak Nisa go to college in Singapore, well this is even two-tails."
"Yes.emang I went to Singapore, only a year there in the room Zein. Married to the same. So the new college two years already had to leave, because Azyan had to be born at that time. Uh until now has not been able to continue. There was Noris nih, hehe," Anisa explained as she then pointed at the sleeping baby in her carrier.
During the two young mothers chatted, apparently Azyan and Nabila had also interacted well with each other.
"So the guest yan namana Asiyan," said Nabila.
"Not Asiyan.but Aa... Jiyan," protested Azyan because Nabila could not spell his name correctly.
"Buti binangna, Asiyan butan Adiyan," Nabila innocently defended his opinion.
"Said Ajiyan, not Asiyan, not Adiyan. Aaa...Jiyan... Aa Jiyan!" Azyan who became emotional furrowed her brows and crossed her arms.
"Azyaaan. Nabila is not good at talking about it. Zyan alone could not speak of Ziyan yet," Anisa tried to mediate the two little children's quarrel.
"Tante..namana benel Asiyan tan?"
"Yes.the name of Aunt Azyan's son. Azyan Syafi´ bin Zein."
"Bella iiiih said Ajiyan kok" the more manyun Azyan made.
"When.. butan Bella."
"Ajiyan..not Asiyan."
Finally, the two young mothers sitting on the white-painted wooden bench laughed out loud when they saw the two boys fighting over their names.
