EPISODE 26

The foreign investor was standing right in front of me. My eyes were unable to blink, the second time I met the cold man who hit me last night. When all was off guard he grabbed my hand and put his business card on my palm. I don't think anything about this man acting as he pleases. He looked at me from head to toe and set his sight right at my ankle maybe he was looking for injuries from the accident but since I was wearing his socks the wound was not visible.

"He's the investor??? I'm not sure!!!" Mumbles.

"I thought you were coming." The man's whisper was pierced by me. I was silent with wide eyes looking at her but she gave her gentle smile instead.

"Mom Clara, can the meeting start now?" Aditya.

"Aahs... Yes please!"

"Mother lead the meeting!!!" whispered Aditya but I was nervous.

"Adit, you lead the meeting I suddenly lost my concentration." I said slowly to Aditya. Aditya also leads the meeting. Throughout the meeting I was silent, the cold man was also silent a lot only his confidant who spoke a lot, it felt like my brain was suddenly empty what else the cold man did not stop stealing the view until I finally realized the meeting was over.

"Mom Clara!!!" Aditya surprised me again.

"You're sure Aditya, he's a foreign investor lest he's a fraud again." I whispered with Aditya.

"Indeed he's the one, mom, don't talk carelessly later if she hears he's pulling out the deal, we could have our office out of business." Aditya.

The cold man continued to look at me with his faint smile.

"I like your boss." Said the man maybe he praised my work but I was nervous to the point of drinking his grooves my mouth-watering all in front of the man until it hit his clothes. With great difficulty I swallowed my saliva I hope that the cold man does not get angry and does not cancel his employment agreement.

"O.. ow!!!" My mouth gaped at the man looking at me with his sharp eyes.

"Surely she's angry???" My mind is starting to get scared.

"I'll clean up, sir." I immediately cleaned the stain on the man's shirt with a paper tear. The man immediately parried my hand violently making my heart pound.

"Tortured paper??? What the fuck is this." Said the man still looking at me with his sharp eyes My hands were shaking even my body was trembling inevitably I had to face the cold man.

"Well!!! He must be angry.." My inner.

"No need to clean, I can buy a new shirt even more expensive than this shirt." His voice suddenly softened but his speech style remained high.

"Iih..a very arrogant.." My mind.

"But thank God it's important he doesn't get angry and doesn't cancel the deal." My welcome is relieved.

"Mother Clara, Mr. Aditya we'll excuse you first." Said Mr. Alexander. They left and I finally felt relieved after the man left.

"Thank you sir." Aditya.

"I'm sorry sir!" My words made them confused, except that man after this incident he was always cynical looking at me without saying a word.

Today I saw a different atmosphere in my family. Honestly this hurt yesterday they were so angry that they almost kicked Nanda out, but today they gathered jokingly with Nanda and the baby. I will not interfere with their happiness especially when I see mama holding a baby Nanda mama looks very happy so I am not present in their midst.
