We'll Always Be Together

As Clara was accompanying Audira to play in her room, she suddenly felt a tremendous pain in her stomach. Clara called Bryan who was at the office. Soon after, Bryan arrived. Bryan approached Clara who was grimacing in pain he saw amniotic fluid begin to flow at Clara's feet and wet the floor of her house. Bryan immediately took Clara into the car to take her to the hospital.

"Bi, please take care of Audira." Bryan told his house assistant.

"Well sir.." he said.

"Di, my stomach hurts so much, hurry up..." Clara was endlessly whining in pain.

"Prophey dear, in a moment until, calm down Ara will all be fine..." Bryan also increased the speed of his car so that he quickly reached the hospital.

They did not wait for long until they finally arrived at the hospital. Clara was immediately taken into the delivery room. Bryan also entered to accompany his wife struggling there to give birth to his successor. Clara continued to cry, whining in pain enduring the excruciating pain. "You must be strong, dear, persevere, do not give up, for the sake of our children and for my sake, we will jointly care for and raise them later, I am sure you can be dear..." bryan whispered to Clara, Bryan clasped his wife's hand tightly. Clara was getting excited.

Before long, the sound of crying babies broke up the entire room. Clara's body squeezed slightly able to breathe a sigh of relief. Clara gave birth to her first male child. Only 10 minutes after Clara contracted again, she would give birth again. And her second child, a female, was born.

Clara was finally able to breathe with relief. Giving birth normally, the twins are very handsome and beautiful, healthy and perfect without any shortcomings. After the baby was bathed 1 doctor and 2 nurses approached Bryan and Clara.

"Miss Clara, the baby is very healthy, beautiful and also handsome like her papa" said the doctor. The nurses also diverted her carrier to lay the 2 twins on Clara's side. Clara and Bryan looked at the baby with a full feeling.

"Our son, Di.." - happy tears flowed from both corners of his eyes.

"Dear, they're so cute..." Bryan wiped his wife's tears and kissed her forehead.

"They are small and cute, Didi I'm very happy" said Clara so fondly touched the face of the baby who is still very sensitive.

"They're exactly like me, thank you Ara you've risked your life to give birth to my successor" Bryan said with teary eyes.

"Hurry up and name our son, Di" said Clara.

"As I promised, I will name our son, for this son of mine I will name Khanza Adipati Mirza later he must be generous and wise as I am, and for this daughter of mine I named Keysara Duke of Mirza one day she had to be a strong and tough woman like her mother." Bryan then kissed her baby.

"I love you Di.." said Clara.

"I love you so much too Ara, I will never waste you until God calls me, I love you whenever it will always be like that." Bryan hugged Clara and kissed her forehead.

"I love you too" said Clara.

1 Year Later

Bryan and Clara are celebrating their 2nd anniversary. After a long journey they can finally taste happiness in building a household, which they should feel because they love each other.

"Happy wedding anniversary, baby, our blessing is always with you." said Clara's parents who came without their knowledge, then kissed Bryan and Clara on the forehead.

"Thank you, ma" said Bryan and Clara.

The sound of the cries of the twins Khanza and Keysara was heard, Clara immediately rushed to the room to calm her son and daughter who whined to drink breast milk. Quite complicated because at the time the twins were crying simultaneously Clara was confused to calm them one by one, but it seems Clara was used to handling it. When the twins begin to calm down and fall back asleep Clara puts them back in a crib that has been made specifically for her twins. Clara, a tough and independent woman, she can take care of her own family even though sometimes a little misfortune because she has to take care of 4 children at once, yes the other one is the big baby Bryan who is very spoiled.

Bryan was lying in bed just looking at his wife who was breastfeeding their baby.

"Didi, instead of you just looking at me, you better pick Audira up in a minute" said Clara.

Audira has now started school even though she is still Kindergarten, she is a smart and quick-responsive child.

"Beautiful, are Khanza and Keysara asleep?" ask Bryan.

"Already Di, who was her mother." said Clara spread a smile near her husband.

"Ara, can I ask for the second one?" bryan hugged his wife.

"What, you want to have a second wife." snorted Clara brushed her face off.

"I mean son, son number twoaa.." whined Bryan.

"Emmm.. child number 2 yaa, we already have three babies, baby..."

"Can Araaa, Arakuuu not?" bryan began to crawl his hand on the wife's body.

"Didiii.. don't tease me ah.." Clara blushed her cheeks and ran out of the room embarrassed, while Bryan smiled at his wife's behavior.

Tomorrow's Day

In the morning Clara wakes up to find her husband is not next to her and the twins are also not in the crib. Clara thought Bryan was in Audira's room, but when Clara got there Audira wasn't in her room either.

Finally, Clara was able to breathe a sigh of relief after seeing her husband and children cooking in the kitchen, Audira sitting next to her twin sister, she was also neat with her school uniform while the twins were in a baby wheelchair.

"What's the matter???" clara's voice made Bryan aware of his wife's presence.

"Ara, when did you wake up, baby?" Bryan asked smiling while cooking fried rice.

"It's just Di" said Clara, smiling and approaching Bryan.

"Didi, let me continue cooking" said Clara.

"Ara sat down, Ara must be tired every day taking care of us, now let me occasionally cook for my son and wife..." she made Clara blush and she sat with her baby while waiting for her husband to cook.

Clara kissed her baby one by one, she saw her twin babies also had a bath.

"Didi, did you do all this?" ask Clara.

"Dear, I'm great, aren't I? a versatile husband." said Bryan chuckled.

"Dasarrr Didi, I admit you're perfect baby." Clara held out her 2 thumbs.

Clara took a food box to prepare toast that had been smeared with Audira's favorite strawberry jam, then put it in Audira's backpack.

"Dira, the right school, don't be naughty" said Clara.

"Yes ma, pa, Audira went to school first huh." he said as he greeted his mom and dad, not forgetting Clara and Bryan always kissed him before he left for school.

"Ara, I'm taking Audira to school for a bit." cried Bryan.

"Yes Di, do not forget yes shopping to the super market kitchen needs are thinning." said Clara by shouting because she was in the room to bathe the twins, while Bryan was in the living room.

"Ohhh funny, brother I want to quickly have a baby." said Kathryn holding the cheeks of Khanza and Keysara.

"Of course I can..." Riko and Kathryn take the twins from the baby's wheel and carry them.

They talk, Bryan and Riko discuss business while Clara and Kathryn talk about marriage.

"Geez you two are getting married" said Clara, not knowing that Riko and Kathryn were so close that they had planned the wedding.

"Boss, you're blessing my relationship with Kathryn, right?" riko asked, because only Bryan was the only family he had so he had blessing on him.

"Finally you are married too, your choice is very appropriate Rik, congratulations my sister, I must bless her..." Bryan hugged Riko, Riko was very happy to have a boss and was considered his brother.

Suddenly while talking Bryan felt a stomach ache, he was nauseous wanting to vomit. Excuse me to the bathroom.

While in the bathroom Bryan even vomited red liquid that was quite a lot, immediately his body was limp and immediately pale.

"Is it this bad." Bryan muttered, his eyes glazed over he was afraid his life would end while he still had a responsibility to be happy with.

"I must not be weak, I must be strong." he said, wiping his face with a tissue removing blood stains from his lips and starting to head to the living room again.
