Kayla herself had thought that this man would disappear from his daily life. The incident at the restaurant really made him think that this man would turn away.

"I came here to tell you that we don't need to see each other anymore." The smile on Kayla's face vanished immediately upon hearing Hanen's words.

"I decided to stop our relationship."

"You mean?" Kayla's forehead shriveled.

"We stopped connecting. I untied us. I'm not your lover anymore and vice versa."

Kayla grunts. He placed the spoon and fork roughly on the plate. "So that's all you need to see me?"
