"Hufft fate–fate. Babies fail to fall, they have to live in small houses like this."
Dela sleeps on her back in a long chair with a head that makes the chair's hands as a pillow. He faced a lighted television. His hands were busy opening the peanut shell, his mouth was busy chewing the beans. The pea skin he threw directly into the trash he put right next to the chair.
Suddenly he straightened his body, he sat with his legs still aligned and then observed the surroundings. He spread his eyes all over the room.
"Hmmm .. yeah .. true. Teramat–amat small and seedy. Iyuuuh." Dela looked down at the house she occupied.
He really doesn't believe in all of this. It all happened in an instant. He did not expect that he should stay in a rented plot that he himself did not know. In the morning of that time, after he had escaped from the hospital, he woke up in the rented house he now lived in. And again–again he did not know who brought him there.
I don't want him to have to live there. Not even a penny of money exists. Neither debit card nor credit card knows where, nor does it know where. There was only a few hundred thousand dollars with a small note on the nightstand. After all, the man had prepared all the food for the next few days. At least he doesn't have to worry about his life.
Dela was still not finished staring at the corner of the room. He turned back, repeating the same position as before.
"Haihhhh ... Who the hell is that guy?! Gara–gara he whatever my plan must have failed." Dela grumbling. He hates that. And because of that, he still had to carry the fetus directly inside him.
As Dela recalled, this morning she bought an immature pineapple at a vegetable handyman who passed in front of her contract. At first he only wanted to buy cooked food that he knew was often sold by the vegetable maker. Without thinking long, the crazy idea reappeared.
Dela smiled obliquely then went into the kitchen in a hasty step. His face also looks like a person who gets a big lottery. He picked up the young pineapple that he put in the refrigerator. His hand nimbly took a knife and then began to peel the pineapple skin. It was quite difficult for him to do the job because for the first time he peeled fruit as complicated as that. In the past he just asked Bi Roinah to peel the fruit, no need to bother–repot like this.
"Iisss!! Why is it so hard?! If Bi Roinah were here, everything would have settled quickly. No need to bother–repot like this!!" grumbled Dela while continuing to peel the pineapple skin.
Although the pineapple has been peeled off, but the results are really messy. His skin splattered everywhere. Even the flesh is much wasted along with the peeled skin.
"Aaiihh why should it be in a place like this anyway should be to the kek hotel or where is it? Alone, rented house, just as big as my room map first, no ac eh overheating anyway! You know how I die, don't need to help me. Not good either!"
As long as he washes the pineapple, don't stop–stop Dela nagging. His lips were forward. There was only regret lingering in his heart.
"Why did I get married to Davin. I thought he was a prince turned badjingann! Aarrgghh no true feelings, wrong mulu!"
Dela split the pineapple into pieces and then cut it into smaller parts. The sound of knives and cutting boards rubbing against each other sounded quite loud. Dela used all her strength while cutting the pineapple which actually did not require much energy to channel her frustration.
"Naggotnya?" someone said from behind. His voice was not loud, yet it still sounded clear and quite startling.
Dela held her head up. "I think I know this voice."
The voice that Dela heard was no stranger to her ears. He held his head up and remembered who and where he had heard that familiar voice. Unable to remember in a short time, Dela slightly twisted her body. How surprised he was to see the man who was currently there. Dela was unaware of the man's presence.
The man leaned against the wall beside him with his arms crossed in front of his chest. He looked at Dela with an unfriendly look. Already since Dela started peeling the skin, the man leaned against the wall while continuing to listen to Dela's nagging without intending to reprimand Dela from the start.
"Have you finished nagging?" ask the man again. The man walked over to Dela. The move was just an ordinary step, but it managed to leave Dela stunned. Dela was still digesting every incident that happened back then. Until unknowingly the man had taken over the knife in Dela's hand quickly.
The man looked at the knife. "What is this hmm?" asked the man with the knife he knocked on the cutting board. His voice sounded quite loud in the ears, leaving Dela a little aghast.
The man laughed sweetly. The laughter was not loud but showed how sliced he was to see the woman in front of him. Women who always intend, trying how to remove the fetus in his womb. Both of his hands rested on the table in front of him, supporting his sturdy body.
Once again, the man moved his knife to the cutting board quite hard. Silently– silently he sighed deeply.
"Ck shit! Couldn't it not surprise me?!" dela's nagging with her hands caressing her rough chest. But the man did not serve him.
"Oo good! Eaten, right?" He turned to face Dela, looking at Dela's bead for a moment. The bead made Dela remember the bead of eyes that had looked at her the first time they met but with a different look.
"But ..." The man lowered his gaze and his hand was busy playing with the knife. "... Would you like me to teach you something faster? I guess eating pineapples like that will only make you tormented for too long. It is even certain that there is a possibility that your fetus will also not miscarry."
The man was silent for a moment, waiting for the response of Dela who was looking at him with a gaze filled with question marks.
"What do you mean?" Dela frowned.
Suddenly the man pulled out his knife hard on the pineapple hemisphere that was still intact. The knife was perfect even the pineapple was almost split because of his actions.
Dela screamed in shock. He bought her both eyes a little. His neck is like a scruff. He even had trouble swallowing his own saliva.
"What do you want?" ask in the heart.
"Hmmm it's easier not if I help you like what I did to that pineapple?"
That smile, so scary as a psychopath who wants to execute his victims. Dela retreated slowly as the man who approached Dela with a knife in his sturdy hand. Dela retreated, orderly, until there was no longer a gap where she could move back.
Deg
His heart stopped immediately. His breath feels pretty tight. The legs that supported his body resisted the trembling that spread throughout his body so that the man did not have fun because he knew Dela's fear.
Dela swallowed her saliva with her throat as it choked.
" So my story ... Goodbye to the world ..."
Dela closed her eyes tightly.
