DRIZZLE IN THE EYES OF THE HEART

The next morning, when Al, al, and dion's father had not yet woken up. Me, Kely and Al.'s mom cooked them breakfast. We made fried rice, and also milk. Not long after that they woke up and went to the kitchen to smell the fragrant aroma of our fried rice.

We ate together very greedily, after eating we went to water the plants in the garden. Different types of flowers exist in this garden including sunflowers that I like. I also don't understand why I love sunflowers. We watered the flowers in the morning spirit. Al's mother also did not want this moment to be forgotten so she recorded everything we did from camping to watering the plants.

Starting in the afternoon, me, Kely, and Dion had to go home.

"Om, aunt, Al, we're going home, I said."

"Don't be ashamed to play here again said Al's mother."

"Yes aunty, said kelly."

"Originally aunty cooks for us again, said Dion."

We were taken home by their driver. Once at the home my grandparents asked me to pack, I didn't know why.

"What's Amel packing for? where are we going?, I asked."

"We will move to Bandung, we can no longer live in this house, said grandfather."

"But the cake, the amel still wants to be here, the amel does not want to move to bandung, I said."

"Amel, you have to understand our situation, grandparents can't afford to pay the rent for this house anymore, said the grandmother."

"Do we have to go today? can't it be tomorrow after Amel gets home from school? I asked."

"Well if that's what you want, we'll go tomorrow."

I packed all my things, including the photo of the four of us I always displayed, I also took all the things Al gave me. Why did this all happen when Al was really my lover? How do I explain to them, I don't want to part with them. But I can't force my grandparents to stay here either.

After I finished packing my things. I lay down my body and fell asleep in sorrow.

The next day I went to school with a dull face and puffy eyes from crying all night. I went into the classroom and met Kely and Dion who were sitting together.

"Amel, what's wrong with you? How come your eyes are swollen and your face is also dull? Ask kely."

"Let's sit down and tell us, Dion said."

"Al where? I asked."

"Al didn't tell you? he was called to the math olympics, ' said Dion."

"Maybe this is the last time I'm going to set foot in this school, after school I'm going to move to bandung with my grandparents. And I'll start school there, I said."

"Because my grandparents are too old to work and they can't afford the rent, we're moving to my uncle's house, my mother's brother's sister, I said."

"What about Al? does he know? Ask dion."

"I haven't told him yet, and would you like to help me make a video for al? I asked."

"We will definitely help you, said Kely and dion simultaneously."

Dion had activated the video button on his phone and I started saying "Ghozali al gaffar, I wanted to see you this morning at school and it turns out you went to school in the math olympic race. I do'a hope you succeed in that race and other races, thank you for more than a year, I'm happy to be with you.

But there is a bitter reality that I have to say, I will go and continue my education in Bandung. But one thing you need to know, I will still love you even in a different distance.

I saw kelly and Dion crying all the way behind the camera. I know they feel what I feel, they are my best friends.

I parted with them until here. I have to go because my grandparents picked me up. I saw the kelly running and hugging my body very tightly and tears running down her cheeks.

"Amel you have to promise to be back with us in Jakarta, you can't stay in bandung forever, ' said Kely."

"I'm going to go back to see you guys, I promise, I said" Finally Kely took me off and the car we were driving took me away from them.

Al came back to school after a few minutes ago I left school. Al Nampak happy because he could win the maths Olympics, but his happiness was immediately stopped when he saw kelly and dion still in school and his face looks much different from the previous days.

"Kely, dion, what are you doing? and why haven't you guys gone home yet? oh yeah, where's amel? Ask Al."

"We can only show you this to answer all your questions, said Dion."

"What'sthis? Ask Al."

"You see for yourself, said Dion."

After al saw it, his tears instantly fell without me being able to pick up those tears. Al also dropped his cup and left kelly and dion without a word. Al went to chase me to the station, until there Al no longer found me, because he was too late. The train I was riding left 5 minutes ago. Al scratched his head and felt disbelief if I left him.

My days are lonely without them by my side, and so are they, days are gone without me. I went to KARYA 1 High School which is very close to my uncle's house. It doesn't feel like time is running, now we're on the cusp of determining the future. The national exam is getting closer, we are also thinking about where we will continue our education. I decided to go to another university in Jakarta.
