'Rose Hotel' is one of the big hotels in Jakarta that has luxurious and complete facilities.

Ari's assistant and I were in the Rose Hotel Director's room to check all the important data and files required by President Maria, to investigate and find out what exactly was the problem ? because it is not as usual, this year the entry chart and the list of guests visiting the Rose Hotel has decreased dramatically from the previous year, the chart is down to the lowest point of all 5-star hotels belonging to the Wirajaya group, and it's been the 2nd year like this.

President Maria wants to know because of what Hotel Rose is like ? is it because of the wrong way of sales promotion from the hotel management ? or is it a hotel guest who is no longer interested in staying at Hotel Rose ? we will figure out the problem so that we can easily find a solution.

*****Hotel Rose Meeting Room *****

The sudden meeting ordered by the President of Mary was finally held this afternoon, which was led directly by the President of Mary, because we have found the initial root of the Rose Hotel problem that we get from the data we have examined along with explanations from the Director and office manager of Hotel Rose.

The meeting was attended by all the heads of the Rose Hotel Division, such as Finance Division, Kitchen/kitchen Division, Restaurant and Room Service Division, Housekeeping Division, HRD, Office Manager and Hotel Director Rose.

"good afternoon everyone !" greet the President Mary as she begins the meeting.

"as I have examined with Ari's assistant and Lusi's secretary, the beginning of this problem began to occur 2 years ago, after the breakup of Hotel Rose's cooperation contract with the Light group company, the company said, where the company Light group is engaged in tourist travel accommodation and business !!"Director Radit began to explain.

"why did you decide?" ask the President Maria.

"from the beginning of my cooperation there was no intention to decide the President of Maria, because I gave the company Cahaya group the opportunity for 3 months to enter into a cooperation contract with Hotel Rose, because I gave the company of Cahaya group the opportunity for 3 months to enter into a cooperation contract with Hotel Rose, for 3 months I want to see first how the work or the workings of the Light group, and how much profit we will get during the 3 months of the cooperation contract period" said Director Radit explained in detail.

"The beginning of the cooperation is no problem, in the contract we have provided a 30% discount on room rates such as contract regulations that have been made by the company Wirajaya group, the company said, in order for Cahaya group to sell rooms at the same price as the room price at Hotel Rose on its travel package, so as not to damage the room price of Hotel Rose." Director Radit explained.

"in this material I have attached, the contents of the Hotel Rose contract with Cahaya group for 3 months we live, President Maria and colleagues can read it for a moment !" exclaimed Director Radit tell, and everything in the room sees the intended attachment.

After finishing reading the copy of the contract Director Radit continued again.

" the next attachment is a photo copy of a sample guest name sent by email from the Light group to Hotel Rose, and an example of a travel voucher that guests must take to check in, we will match the name of the guest sent by email with the name of the guest listed on the travel voucher. We also match the name of the guest on the identification card /KTP, only after that can we check in the guest room."

"for a month no problem all went well, the problem began to be seen in the 2nd month when many guests from out of town made the addition of a day outside the voucher to stay at Hotel Rose, Rose, they complain on average or complain that the price of rooms that are too expensive does not match the facilities they get, housekeeping department, room service, and front office that receives the most complaints from guests, sometimes they ask directly what the actual room price is ? how do the colleagues of housekeeping, room service, and front office what is true I say ?" director Radit asked the mentioned colleagues, answered with a nod of their heads.

"this is President Maria..! I did some room price research by asking guests about the addition of payments they made by disguising themselves as hotel guests, and how surprised I am if the Light group sells rooms at prices that have been increased 50% of the normal price at Hotel Rose !" replied Director Radit who made all surprised including President Maria.

"what....50% ...??" president Maria asked in surprise.

"yes, President Maria, they sell rooms at prices that have been increased by 50% of the normal room price at the Rose Hotel" said Director Radit.

"means they're making a profit from room sales of 80% ?" surprised President Maria.

"truly President.30% of the Rose Hotel is in the cooperation contract, and 50% of the room price they make themselves."

"this is crazy...!!!" angry President Maria. "we have given a profit of 30% and they add another 50%, this really makes the good name Hotel Rose broken with expensive room prices but with facilities that do not match the price of her room !" angry President Maria with a face that began to turn red.

"true President Maria, for 3 months the contract was only a guest of the travel voucher who complained to us, there were even guests who got angry in front of the receptionist !" replied Director Radit.

"nearly 75% of the guests of the travel voucher were all complaining, they were in the next attachment" said Director Radit, who was followed by everyone in the meeting room to see the attachment.

"director Radit has done nothing to rebuke Cahaya group ?" ask the President Maria.

"after the President, I came directly to their office to reprimand, and I lost the contract agreement that had been signed, for 3 months they paid 200 rooms to be contracted, sold or not 200 rooms they still pay the price that has been determined, in the contract there is no clause that is prohibited to change/raise the room price to 50%, in the contract there is no mention of the article that is prohibited to change/raise the room price%, because they think it is one of the facilities of their travel voucher package, they are entitled to determine any price from their travel voucher facility !" obviously Director Radit with a regretful face.

"so cute they are...!" replied the President Mary, still upset.

"excuse me President Maria, this is all my fault that is not meticulous with the contents of the contract, so Hotel Rose suffered losses until now, I have been as strong as my energy and thoughts to restore the reputation of Hotel Rose as before, from the completion of the cooperation contract until now.!"he said he was sorry for being sad.

"i think there will be no impact from the termination of the cooperation contract with the development of the Rose Hotel, but until now there has been no change at all, because the contract of cooperation of such guests became few, but until now there has been no change at all, I did not expect that the cooperation contract was influential until now" he replied regretfully from the look of the face of Director Radit regretting his actions.

"forgive me President Maria, you may fire me because this is all my fault !" director Radit said very sorry and there was a sad look on his face.

President Maria and all those who were there were very surprised by the words of Director Radit, because they knew that Director Radit was very good and professional at work, this is the first time Director Radit has made a mistake in working for 10 years as Director of Hotel Rose.

For me it's a new experience for me, in every job there must be risks and difficulties, high office does not guarantee we do not make mistakes, he said, a covenant that has been done not all can be fulfilled by everyone, sometimes we will meet people who are greedy and selfish, all have been determined by the destiny of each path.
