DESERVEDLY
Chapter 17 - It's Wrong

A packet of blueberry-flavored cheese toast became Dhea's hand, intending to visit Devano's house. Dhea set out alone without Benny's company. Dhea's intention was to make up and explain things to Devano, especially matters of the heart.

But, there is a doubt of the move when Dhea forgets which house Devano is. Armed with a memory, Dhea continues down the aisles while remembering the color of the house paint Devano. Dhea only once visited Devano's house, it did not stop by and only in front of the courtyard of Devano's house. And, that visit was made a year ago. It's been long enough to make Dhea completely forget.

“This is her home,” exclaims Dhea in heart.

Devano's house looked deserted, like there was no one at all. Dhea who did not want to go home in vain also continued the intention. Greetings he chanted, and someone appeared from inside the house. Music mothers lethargic out of the house while carrying the stirrer of cooking sauce.

“Who is this, huh?”

Dhea shook and kissed the hands of the mothers in front of her. Dhea politely introduces herself as Devano's best friend.

“I Dhea, Mom. Good friends Devano.”

“Oalah. Devano's best friend turned out. Pretty neng nyari Devano, huh? Last night I saw it looks like it came out,” he explained.

“It's okay I just wait, Mom. Em, mom's cooking, huh? Can Dhea help?”

“No need, Neng. Later troublesome! Mom has used herself here.”

“This let Dhea help.” Dhea took over the stirrer of the cooking pot without the mother's consent.

Dhea headed for the kitchen with the mother's direction. His presence is welcome, there has even been an interesting chat about the cuisine that is being made by the mother, chicken soup and shrimp crackers. For a moment Dhea wondered why the mother cooked so little, even though there was a husband and Devano also lived in the house.

“Maybe Devano often snack outside. He is busy working with her. Until overtime anyway.” Inner Dhea while continuing to fry shrimp crackers.

Dhea remembered the toast she had brought. The stove that was still on for a moment Dhea turned off, then her steps swung towards the motor in the front yard. By-by the toast that was brought immediately given to Devano's mother.

“Aided cooking, brought toast anyway. Neng Dhea is very good, yes.”

Dhea smiled shyly as soon as she received praise from the mother. Praise is what makes Dhea more eager to help cook. Just make the chili plow after that cooking event was finished.

“If you can know ... What is Devano's favorite dish, Mom?” dhea asked, taking the opportunity to ask.

“Which mother knows, Neng. Ask yourself the same Devano, yes.”

“Ouh, yes Ma'am. Its alright. Then Dhea just ask Devano."

Pause for a moment, Dhea seemed to weigh the next question she would ask. Mumpung there is an opportunity, then the moment of togetherness with mother Devano must be utilized. That was how Dhea thought, so she steadfastly asked.

“If you may know .. his future wife Devano is working where, yes Bu?”

“Wife candidate Devano? I don't know yet, Neng. Never been brought here like that. As you remember it.”

Dhea nodded. From the answer of the mother, Dhea could conclude that the woman who was touted as the future wife of Devano had never been introduced to her mother. Dhea's smile immediately widened because she felt she had the opportunity to continue her love story.

“If about the woman Devano likes, she never told me not to be the same mother?” Dhea continued to ask.

“Never, Neng. Make what Devano told mom. Only if you want to get married, usually you are told to help. Like the time of her brother's wedding.”

The deg!

Dhea felt that there was something strange about Devano's mother's answer. For what reason the mother was told to help at the wedding of her own child. Also, about Devano's favorite food, the mother also did not know. The part of the woman that Devano might like, the mother also does not know knowing.

“Oh yes, Neng Dhea said where does it work?” ask the mother who at once broke Dhea's suspicions.

“Dhea? Em. Dhea her work moved. Depending job. Dhea this model of local product advertising. Not yet national, anyway. Hihi.”

“Enter TV?”

“Never.” Dhea grinning the horse.

“Not yet, Bu.” This time Dhea answered him with courtesy.

“You don't match mom with mom's daughter?”

Once paddled, two three islands were surpassed. Dhea's intentions only want to make up with Devano, instead now offered a matchmaking plan with him.

“Em, can. Dhea would like, Mom.”

How the look on Dhea's face at that time implied high happiness, similar to the mother who was immediately grateful for Dhea's willingness. Until then, the sound of a motor horn from the front. Quickly Dhea peeked, and saw Devano and the bike.

“Devano is home, Mom. Still parked in the yard next door. Looks like another call with someone.”

“Then please Neng Dhea meet Devano first. After that, we talk again, yes. Looks like Devano's mom and sister just came home too.”

The deg!

Dhea's smile suddenly faded. His mind returned to being suspicious, prejudiced, and other bad thoughts.

“M-mean? This mother is Devano's mother, right?”

“Ya no, Neng. I am his neighbor. Mom has been living alone for a long time here.”

Suddenly, Dhea lost her words. There has been a big misunderstanding there, and Dhea is confused about where to start straightening up. Dhea until wrong behavior. More misbehavior when the mother called and told Devano about Dhea who was waiting for him.

Panic certainly. Dhea until the thought of hiding, did not want to show her face in front of Devano. Dhea was really embarrassed because of the wrong house. Worse yet, Dhea with her PD agreed once offered an arranged marriage.

“Mampus, deh!” Dhea cursed herself.

Dhea could only frown as Devano approached her.

“Ngapain are you here? Is there a need with me?” ask Devano.

“I-iya.” Dhea nodded.

Devano gestured for Dhea to leave immediately and followed him. While Devano waits in the front yard, Dhea quickly retracts everything she says to the mother she thinks is Devano's mother.

“Loah. Would not want to be betrothed to the mother's child, nih?” the mother looked disappointed.

“Iya. No, it's. Sorry, Mom. I excuse.”

Quickly Dhea got out of the mother's house and approached Devano. He lost his focus. Everything he wanted to tell Devano to the point of no longer knowing how to convey it.

“What do you need?” devano asked first because Dhea did not start a conversation with him.

“I ... want to talk. Just both. But not here!”

“There is something important?”

“Iya. Pentiiing. Want huh? Come with me for a minute.” Dhea persuaded Devano with a hopeful facial expression.

Devano did not immediately agree. Honestly, the incident at the Star Cafe was still clearly remembered in his mind. Because of Dhea, Intan misunderstood.

“You yes, Dev? Pleases. For our relationship.”

“Cannot. Devano wants me to take you away.” Yoga, Devano's older brother suddenly came, interrupted, and said.

What's gonna happen next? Looking forward to the story!
