During the hostage situation, we were only allowed to eat twice a day, it was only raw foods such as fruits or instant foods in the form of noodles and so on. Every time he wants to go to the toilet, one of the criminals will accompany him with the muzzle of a rifle right at us.
As the day approached, we were forced to clean up the blood that battered the lobby floor. For fear of being a victim as well, everyone was forced to do so while enduring their nausea.
Luckily things like this don't bother me too much.
Although I look like a child, I am actually a professional soldier who has been training since an early age. Not only were we prepared to be part of an expeditionary force out of the shelter, we were also prepared to deal with various kinds of bad situations including hostage situations like this. So, seeing someone get killed doesn't really bother me mentally. Even if it was required to eat the flesh of its own comrades in order to survive, I would do so without hesitation.
The second day there was not so much change. It seems that the negotiations between the criminals and the government have still not reached an agreement.
How can they keep buying time after two people have been killed? I do not understand at all the thoughts of the higher-ups of the country in this world.
About two hours after we were given a breakfast of raw vegetables and a glass of instant noodles, some criminals re-entered the lobby. Those who were inside from the start to keep us talking to the criminals who had just entered.
The language used is neither the international language nor the national language of the country in which I am based. I think they did it on purpose so we wouldn't understand what they were talking about. However, for me who mastered the 7,000 languages of the earth, their speech could be understood very well.
Their group is known as the Ash Incision pirate group. They are already very famous in these waters and often do it. So, it's not strange that the government's response was so quick when reports of piracy reached the government.
Their demand is 20 million dollars. However, until now the government seemed long-winded and did not also give the demands. They even tried to negotiate with the pirates.
Since the group leader started to get annoyed with such a response, they decided to re-shoot someone. This time they will do it on the ship's bridge so that the government witnesses it with its own eyes.
How troublesome. Let us pray for whoever is chosen to die quickly without suffering too much.
As I began to get bored hearing their conversation, one of the pirates approached me and grabbed my collar.
Uh-uh? Nope, no. This is impossible, right? There are still many others here, why should I?!
Huh .. My position is now quite bad. If I teleport now, there will be many eyewitnesses who see it. If I continue to follow their orders, I will die being shot.
I might be able to teleport while on my way, but these pirates are a large organization with ties to international criminal organizations. If news of me were to spread from their mouths, I would automatically attract the attention of such a large organization.
Well then, I guess there's only one way out. It is a bit dangerous, but it is worth doing.
I shook off the left hand of the criminal who grabbed my collar, pulled out a knife that had been slung in his waist from the beginning, and stabbed him right between his ribs. Realizing that my attack was fatal enough, my left hand immediately pulled his collar and made his body a shield, then my right hand grabbed his submachine gun and shot blindly.
Some of the pirates opened fire at me, but only at the body I made a shield and some hostages behind me. When all of them were taken off, I immediately checked the bodies and took some magazines from their rifles.
"Good enough for my first war." I muttered to myself.
My hand picked up some rifles that still had magazines, and then I threw them at the hostages.
"Use that if you want to live."
Along with that sentence, I quickly went towards the exit. Actually I intend to directly teleport once I get to the hallway. However, as I expected, the noise from the shootout attracted the attention of the pirates.
There were two pirates who had taken shelter behind a wall of stairs at the end of the passageway, the road that connects the lobby passageway to the ship's bridge. As soon as they saw me, they shot me haphazardly.
I took refuge back in the lobby counting the number of shots they fired. If I were to assume that the type of weapon and the capacity of our magazine were exactly the same, it would take about 62 gunshots until a gap was created for me.
There is a possibility of a third person, but the possibility is quite small. Given that they opened fire in the lobby yesterday, I'm sure the other pirates only intended to check the origin of the loud noise. So, sending two people is quite a number.
I kept waiting as I fired a few shots to lure them. As soon as the number of sounds reached the limit I predicted, I ran out of the lobby at my full speed.
There seems to be no extra people. Also, the sound of their gunfire completely stopped.
The time it takes to change a magazine is about four seconds. Meanwhile, the distance from the lobby to the stairs took about ten seconds for a normal human to reach it. Fortunately, my high agility due to the difference in gravity of the earth with my planet allows me to cut travel time significantly.
"Bingo ... "
I pointed my gun muzzle at the two surprised men, then pulled the trigger without hesitation. The heads of the two men were smashed like a watermelon stoned.
"Ahahaha .. is awesome! Real war gets my adrenaline racing! I need more!"
Along with my burning spirit, I undo my intention to teleport and choose to go up to the bridge of the ship.
Let's pray there are still some pirates left. Just look, I'll show you how skilled a soldier from another world is!
