Ep 65's

Hans arrives at Lana's office feeling more optimistic than he has felt for weeks. He is already close to making an arrest, but the next few days will be very critical.

After their meeting, the force had gathered little information from informants that the drug shipment would arrive here next week.

He must be vigilant and must spend a lot of time also in the office where Lana used to work so that nothing is missed.

It was noon, Hans recalled the events where Lana was still working in the office. Hans sank further with his own thoughts until his assistant Andre walked into his room.

"Why don't you knock on the door first?" hans growled a little angry at thinking Andre had been disrespectful by slamming into his room.

"Yes already... Where's report?" cut Hans.

"What do you want to make me?" hans asked as if he could read Andre's mind.

Hans immediately raised his head and looked at the assistant who had worked for him for a long time. Hans' gaze was so sharp that it made Andre's knees tremble.

"Sorry boss... I was just kidding... Hehehe." said Andre while scratching his non-itchy head.

Now Andre is nervous and misbehaving himself, while Hans just shook his head but still focused on checking the reports in front of him.

It had been ten days since he had parted with Lana and it made him very uneasy. Hans desperately longs for Lana to be close to him, but because of the work and the case he is facing, he can only be satisfied with calling or sending messages.

Hans was very eager to contact Lana with a video call, but in the afternoon, he would be very busy with meetings and work that seemed endless. When Hans was at home after work, Hans realized it was late and Lana had gone to bed.

Really, sometimes it makes Hans feel frustrated.

"Ndre, do I have a meeting today?" ask Hans.

"Before a second, boss." replied Andre while looking at his iPad.

"empty, boss. Today the boss can return home after office hours. Is the boss going somewhere?" asked Andre curious because all this time Hans would only listen to his schedules from Andre without ever asking him.

"No. I'm a little tired. After office hours, I just want to go back home. Please prepare an escort as usual!" hans' orders.

"Good boss. Is there anything else, boss?"

"Later in the afternoon you come and stay at home. Who knows I'm gonna need you to work tonight!" answer Hans.

"Every boss. If nothing else, I want to resign first boss" said Andre.

Hans simply answered Andre by waving his hand as if it was a sign that he approved Andre to come out. Hans was very late with his work.

That afternoon, Lana suddenly grabbed her phone and called Hans.

Hans is a little confused because Joy can get into his house. He had to scold the guards in front for allowing the girl to just walk in, Hans.

His phone kept ringing and Hans knew it was from Lana. Hans picked him up immediately.

"Hi darling. When are you coming?" lana asked impatiently. Because Lana also felt very bad for Hans.

Hans hesitated to answer because of Joy's presence there. He didn't want Lana to misunderstand.

Because he never got an answer from Hans, then Lana took the initiative to tease the handsome man he loved. "Hurry here because I'm wearing a black see-through dress with a g-string...!"

"Lana!" hans, sounds surprised.

"Listen, there's something I have to tell you," Lana said firmly.

Hans hesitated again, then groaned. "I can't leave now..."

"Who's calling, Hans?" sounds of teasing speech in the background.

Lana didn't have to ask who the owner of the voice was. His heart began to beat furiously. "Sorry, disturbing," he said flatly. "I'm sure there's a lot you need to talk to Joy about!"

Lana broke off the relationship and turned off her phone. It turned out that was just where Hans felt about him. During this time Lana tried to think positively that Hans was indeed busy to work and handle such a big case. Unexpectedly, they were separated for only ten days, and Lana had to find out that Hans wasn't alone there.

Lana feels stupid. She was crying and laughing at the same time. Hans returns with Joy inside the man's house. No doubt Hans dated her just because.... out of pity? or was Lana just being played by that guy? or did Hans just take advantage of Lana's innocence?

Lana sobbing. Why didn't he realize that? The brothers Hans and Sasha have always used it, for various reasons. He went back to being a fool. Although Hans spoke a lot, it was clear by now that the man was not interested in him.

Lana tried to hold back her tears and quickly packed her things as quickly as possible. After finishing packing a small bag so as not to be suspected, he moved out of the house. He took one of the drivers and several bodyguards to drive him to the small town center.

Actually Hans did not allow Lana or Sasha to get out of the house at all. But unable to bear the ravings of Sasha terrorizing him at all times, Hans finally allowed them to come out with a very tight guard.

After a while Lana tries to act while picking vegetables, Lana suddenly sees a gap that the bathroom is there, it turns out to be connected to a small cafe. Using the excuse that her stomach was heartburn, Lana went into the toilet. The guards stood guard in front of him.

Slowly, Lana slipped out of the toilet and headed to the little cafe. Once it felt safe, he immediately ran out and looked for vehicles that passed.

Fortunately, an old car was passing by.

"Please.please, help me!" pinta Lana with a face. Lana didn't notice who was in the car.

"Come in!" said a man in a deep tone.

Without thinking for long, Lana just walked in and the man drove his car quickly away from the cafe.
