Conquering your Love

Conquering your Love
Ep 64s

After a few hours, Hans finally said goodbye to Lana, Sasha and Bi Mia. Hans said he should attend an important meeting soon in the capital. Hans also asked their husbands to stay indoors because the situation was getting out of control.

Hans went with several cars of the same model and color as at the beginning of their arrival here to outwit the enemy who might be waiting for him. The guards were also ready and waiting in front of the car. They were fully armed as if there was a war they were about to face.

Lana, Sasha and Bi Mia let go of Hans in front of the house. Their faces were tense and worried for Hans. But Hans still tried to calm them down and promised that he would return as soon as possible. Hans kissed Lana on the lips quickly.

Hans finally got into the car and it was followed by the bodyguards. The cars drove off quickly leaving the house.

After a while, Hans finally reached the airport where his private plane was waiting for them. Their journey to the airport is fast and safe.

Now this is where Hans is. Hans is at an anti-drug squad meeting consisting of a special agent from the FBI office, a police detective who specializes in local gangs, the Ranger from company A, and a police officer, agents from customs and sheriff's deputies who headed the drug eradication unit in his department.

They sat in a meeting room at the nearby police headquarters to discuss various classified information. Hans was also there because it was Hans who had hired some special experts to help them.

"We have a good lead on the new division head of the Culebra cartel." Hans announced when it was his turn to speak.

"We knew that he had a man who worked at my company and that he moved the drug through one of my warehouses, then stored it before it was all transported by ship to the rest of the southwest. Since the warehouse parking area was locked using a code, the division head must have an insider."

"Do we know how the goods were moved and when?" ask the FBI agent.

Hans had some suspicions, although there was no concrete evidence. "I'm still waiting for the last information on his time. But we had an informant, a frightened young man and came to Customs with information about drug smuggling. I interviewed this young man, with the help of the Customs" he added, then nodded with a smile at the brown-haired and small-bodied Customs officer present among them.

"That must be me," the woman said with a grin.

"The Informant said that there was a shipment of ready-made cocaine on its way here, one of the biggest shipments in recent years. The goods were sent by sea to the middle and then transported again by plane to a remote landing site on the outskirts of M. From there it was transported to a warehouse in another city owned by Hans' subsidiary. Then the item will be repackaged and hidden in an oil can. The goods were legally shipped to Hans's corporate district office. Since Hans is a well-respected person in business, it would be easy and would not arouse suspicion of passing through customs. The item had previously only been inspected at a glance. Until Hans himself reports anything suspicious from his company's audit..."

"Hans subsidiary, which is engaged in petroleum, is one of the companies that has never engaged in any illegal activity" the Customs representative said grimly, "so his agent's not looking for contraband."

"Next," Hans continued, "the goods will be sent to the warehouse in the city of H as domestic inventories."

"That means no more customs checks." - The Ranger.

"To be precise." said Hans.

The brown-haired customs agent shook his head. "Some of the shipment escaped our inspection, but not by much. We also have connections everywhere, and one of them gives us clues about a young man willing to give us information about the criminal who put in the shipment. So we got a reward" he told the others.

"You yourself have a connection that my name gives you, the watch forgot that." the blonde detective reminded smilingly, as the woman fixed the collar.

Hans nodded. "I have an insider and I'm investigating a potential suspect. I don't have enough evidence yet to make a claim, but I hope to get one as soon as possible. My man is undercover so this information must be kept secret outside this room. I'm also spreading the word that you're stalking other companies to cover up the truth. You are all prohibited from discussing the results of these meetings, even with other DEA Agents - until subsequent notice. It's very important."

The police lieutenant looked at Hans fixedly. "May I ask why?"

"Because my oil subsidiary isn't the only company that has insider informants and that's all I can say." Hans flatly said.

"You can trust us. We're not going to expose your men's cover. About the guy you're watching, can you tell us why you're watching him?" the Ranger calmed Hans.

"In order to use the building as a storage area, the drug kingpin must have access to it." Hans explained.

"I bet he had some kind of access to that locked fenced area and bribed his night watchman into pretending he didn't know what was going on."

"That makes sense. These people know how small the salaries of law enforcement are. They could easily provide an eight-digit 'donation' for a low-paid night watchman to look the other way at the right time" the customs agent agreed in a somber tone.

"Money as much as that can even tempt law-abiding citizens though" Hans said.

"But more than that, there is often a need that can destabilize integrity. A Sheriff in another state has a wife who is dying of cancer and has no insurance. He's got five billion not to keep an eye out for drug shipments to his territory."

"They caught him?" ask the policewoman.

"Yes. He's not very good at being a criminal. He confessed, even before he was suspected of involvement."

"How many of your people know about this?" ask the sheriff's deputy to Hans.

"At the moment, nothing. It should stay that way until you guys do the raids. I rely on you all to help me, so that the company I have painstakingly founded can avoid problems like this at a later time."

" The bastards who work for the drug kingpin are carrying automatic weapons and they've killed a lot of people. They also tried to hurt me and my family. They have no qualms about taking out anyone who gets in their way." Hans explained.

"Let's hope we can close the case before there are any other victims" the FBI agent said solemnly.

After they finished the meeting, they separated each to work on the parts they had obtained.

While Hans had to return to the office with a super tight escort. Hans's face was very tired and he also missed Lana's kisses and hugs a lot. Hans really wanted to go back to where Lana was. But he really had to endure that feeling because the endless business came to him.
