"What are you thinking? Are you all right, baby?" hans asked again while stroking Lana's hand.

Hans's grasp of the hand made Lana calmer. Makes the girl feel calm and secure. Lana really likes it.

"I just.." said Lana hesitantly to continue her words.

"What only?" hans was impatient.

Hans pulls Lana by the hand and Lana quickly gets up from her chair and moves into Hans' lap. Hans hugged Lana tightly as if afraid of losing the girl.
