Chapter 53 Missing Darren

Not long after, Ethan's other family followed with various souvenirs brought for his first grandchild. Ainsley greeted her parents-in-law and her sister-in-law, Sonia.

"The apartment turned out to be big" said the mother.

"Yes, mom. My sister's legacy," replied Ainsley.

They sit in the living room and Ainsley brings baby Azza to meet them. Father and mother are very happy to see her first grandchild, mother tries to hold baby Azza while Ainsley makes drinks.

After making a drink, Ainsley gave it to them. Ainsley also explains that Ethan will be home soon. Azza cried in his arms, Ains carried him and calmed him down.

"It's not easy to get close to someone you just met?" ask mother.

"Yes, ma'am" replied Ainsley.

"Oh yeah, where's Elina?" ask dad.

Ainsley explained that Elina had been away with Azam since then. The couple did not run out to wash. Father and mother trust Azam if the man can be trusted to take care of Elina. While waiting for Ethan to come home, the father and mother give souvenirs to Ainsley, especially for baby Azza. Their granddaughter is very beautiful especially with a bando in her head.

"His face is more dominant to Ains" said the mother.

"Because both girls," replied the father.

Sonia was silent from now on and just watched because of the cold, Ainsley immediately understood and turned on the warmers.

"How does this city think you are?" ask Ains.

"How good, tomorrow we can walk around the city how?" ask dad.

Mom hit him on the shoulder. "Well, Ethan's kid hasn't been 40 days out of the house."

They argued that little made Ainsley smile to himself, perhaps this is the picture of when he still had parents and they had a much-loved grandchild. If his parents were still around, Ainsley would be happy.

Not long after Ethan came, he hugged his father and mother and apologized for not being able to pick them up. They don't care because the way to this apartment is not so far from the airport and they meet a good taxi driver.

"You change your clothes first and don't forget to take a shower!" said mother.

"Well, I take a shower first" replied Ethan.

Ethan also kisses Ainsley's cheek because he misses not seeing her since morning and when he was about to kiss baby Azza suddenly Ainsley took him away.

"Don't! Ethan took a shower" said Ainsley.

Ethan nodded, he loved to tease the innocent Ainsley. After Ethan enters the room, Ainsley brings baby Azza to prepare food. Mom wanted to carry him but Azza cried.

"Try me to get daddy's carrier!" pinta mother.

Dad carried her, sure Azza did not cry instead could calm down. Ains and mother prepare food in the kitchen, there are many foods that mother brought from home, fortunately not stale so it can still be eaten together.

"Still doing sambal? Ethan loves to eat sambal" asked the mother.

"Rarely, mom. We don't eat at home, either" Ainsley replied.

"Later mom teach you how to make chili that can last long and if you want to eat just stay out of the refrigerator. Ethan loves sambal, although not told to prepare," mother's request.

"We can finally get together again after a few months of not seeing each other" Ethan said.

"Yes, your mother cries every night because she misses you and Ains. You don't want to live in Jakarta in the future?" ask dad.

"For now we still want to be here" replied Ethan.

Ainsley only heard their conversation until one day the couple came home. Who else if not Azam and Elina? It's cold like this they're out of the apartment looking for some fresh air.

"Dad, mom!" shouted Elina.

"Where have you been?" ask dad.

"Buy fruit. There is no fruit in this house" replied Elina.

Elina pulled out all her groceries, she also stopped by a mall even though just looking around.

"Make them as soon as possible" said Ethan.

"This is also we want to get married" said Elina.

They sat down at the dining table and handed out scarves to each of them and the one who bought was Azam. Fortunately Elina got a handsome man, good and who would accept what is let alone Elina has a bad past.

"When do you want to get married?" ethan asked Azam.

"Quickly but I have to take Mela to my parents first" Azam said.

"You should take Elina to your parents now instead of coming here" Ethan replied.

Elina was very upset at her brother for being too pussy. "Our goal is to visit your wife and son, not Ethan."

Ethan saw his sister's face pouting because he had been talking about this and that, Ethan's hand pinched him and said just joking, Elina was very funny when angry. While Sonia's son is more quiet then Ethan can not invite her to joke.

After eating, the family gives up a deep yearning with Ethan. While Ains chooses to go into the room to put Azza to sleep, Ethan's family is currently good to him. What does it mean that he has already taken their hearts? There was a smile on Ains' lips, if Darren knew at this moment he was happy Darren would be happy.

"Sister, Ains misses. Ains misses Darren's voice" Ainsley said, shedding tears.

Ainsley put baby Azza in the middle of the bed and then he opened a video of his friendship with Darren. Ainsley showed it to Azza, the baby's round eyes looking at the screen of his phone. At the same time Ethan goes into the room, he is shocked because Ainsley instead shows the phone to Azza who is still a baby.

"Ains, what are you doing?" ask Ethan.

"Mas Ethan's. Ains just showed the video of Kak Darren to Azza," Ainsley replied as he wiped his tears.

"Azza was a baby, not well shown on the phone screen. Here's the same story! You miss your sister?" ethan asked while embracing Ains.

They sat next to each other on the edge of the bed and his Ains told his longing to the older brother. Whatever grief he always put on Ethan even Ethan himself always listen to the outpouring of his wife's fragile heart.

"Ains these few days is Kak Darren's dream but his dream is unclear. Ains misses sister but is confused how to vent the longing on sister," said Ainsley while crying a mouthful.

Ethan peeps Ainsley's head. "Ains, pray for your brother to calm down there. I can't give you much advice if it's a matter of longing. I also miss Darren because he's my best friend but it seems your dream intent must be because Darren wants to appear in your dreams when you miss him."
