Chapter 21 Great Women

Of love? Ainsley turned to Ethan.

"Let's go home!"

"Ethan! I think you've gone too far with your mother. You must not speak with a snarling tone. I agree that Stella shouldn't have come here but your way of speaking is correct. She is your mother" said Father.

Ethan is grieving, whether you want to use a tone of speech like anything else to resuscitate Mom, Ethan is tired of feeling useless if talking subtly to his mother.

"Ethan, ever since you married that woman you've really changed. I'm disappointed."

He enters the room while Ainsley feels guilty, but realizes that he is the reason Ethan fought with his mother. Ainsley followed Mom and knocked on her room, no word made Ainsley ventured into her room. Mother was seen sitting on the edge of the bed wiping her tears, of course her feelings were shattered when her son was brave with her.

"Mother?" ainsley approached.

Mom looked, she turned her face. "You're happy you've changed Ethan like that?" ask mother.

"I'm sorry, Mother."

"Why do you want to marry Ethan? He's handsome, rich, established or is he the only one who wants to be with you because other men don't want to?"

Ainsley was silent while looking down, her eyeballs started to move to the right and to the left because of her panic. She realized that her condition was not accepted by her husband's family, but she was as much as possible to compensate them.

"Parents only want the best for their children, if you're a mother you'll know someday. We raise our whole heart and love, we succeed our children for the future so that it is much better to be included in the couple" explained Mother.

"What kind of partner do you ask? I'll change for Mom. I'll learn to cook better, I'll be diligent at home, I'll try to get pregnant fast too" Ainsley replied in a soft tone.

I looked at the woman in front of him. "That alone is not enough, such a problem can still be resolved by the maid. The main problem with your condition like this makes our family ashamed especially Ethan, everyone has asked why Ethan even married an idiot girl like you. Where'd we put our family's face?"

Tears began to fall, Ainsley felt her mother-in-law was enough to insult her. She felt she was not an idiot girl, she still had a smart mind and had a good job even though until now no one had hired her.

Ainsley understood, he then walked out of his room while Ethan helped Stella who was fainting. Ainsley was startled and then approached, Stella suddenly fainted with a lot of sweat.

"Stella..." Ethan patted Stella's cheek gently.

Stella opened her eyes, she noticed Ethan's handsome face right in front of her. Stella hugs him tightly while crying, she reveals her heart if forced to marry the man because he was threatened. Stella fears her career is doomed as the man continues to insist on spreading his secrets to the public.

Ainsley retreated slowly, she decided to get out of the house. Many unexpected events since marrying Ethan especially he often hurt to hear their jeers.

Ainsley nodded in understanding.

"Ains, you have patience. I will definitely accept you. Dad also disagreed with Stella because she let us down" he said.

"But Doctor Stella and Doctor Ethan still seem to love."

Dad smiled. "No, Ethan is no longer in love with her. Ethan's been in love with you even telling me often if you're his good son, diligent, obedient, funny and make him comfortable."

Ainsley developed his smile wide, he was naturally happy to listen to that. "Did Ethan really say that?"

Dad laughed a little, he was retired, he used to be a police officer and currently has a business with his friend.

"Wow.great. Mas Ethan's family seems to be all great people."

Ains enters the bathroom near the kitchen and Ethan catches up with her, Ains smiles sweetly at the man and Ethan hugs her tightly. He thanks Ainsley for today Ains got through well at his parents' house.

"I know you're a great woman, I didn't choose you to be my wife" Ethan said.

"You're too much in praising me" Ainsley replied.

Ethan invites Ainsley into the room, he locks the room to make Ainsley wonder.

"You what?"

Ethan, without answering, kissed Ains' lips and even put his tongue in, Ains tried to compensate until they both fell into a soft bed.
