Cold Marriage Doctor Ethan

Chapter 1 Beginning of the Story

Lenggang, the atmosphere in the room shades of white with modern miniature it looks cute. With the moments that go up in a fate that can not be desired.

"Doctor Ethan, may I have one last request?" ask Darren.

Darren is Ethan's best friend and even considered his own brother, Darren is also a doctor who used to be a university in Russia with Ethan but unfortunately because of the cancer he suffered made him like this since the last few months.

"Whatis that? As much as possible I can make it happen" Ethan said.

"Please marry my sister! He only has me and if I leave then he has no one" Darren replied.

Ethan was silent for a moment, Ainsley? The girl was autistic since she was a child but her limitations did not prevent her from becoming a Kindergarten teacher at an SLB school. He is also a frequent speaker at several events to provide motivation for people who have limitations like himself. This is a tough request for Ethan, getting married is not just a sacred promise in front of everyone but the responsibility in the future is also great.

"Doctor Ethan, I know you'd be reluctant to marry Ainsley because he's like that but he's a good, smart kid" Darren said.

"It's not like that, I'm not sure I can be a good husband to him any more I'm engaged, my fiance is waiting for me in Jakarta" explained Ethan.

Darren's breathing started to wail, Ethan and the other nurse started to put in a breathing apparatus while out there Ainsley was waiting for his sister with worry.

Fifteen minutes later Ethan came out of the room, he saw Ainsley praying nonstop while muttering his head.

"Ains?"

Ainsley looked up, he immediately stood up to approach the handsome doctor.

"How's brother?" asked Ainsley in a distinctive tone of speech like autistic in general.

"Sorry Ainsley, your brother has calmed down and is no longer in pain" explains Dr. Ethan.

Ainsley's smile expands. "Have you healed?"

Ethan is confused as to how to explain it so Ainsley isn't sad. "Ains, this is indeed the best for your brother. He's dead."

Ainsley retreated slowly, her eyes immediately blurred and she was confused by this situation. Ethan tries to calm her down but the woman breaks into the room and sees her brother's condition, which has been covered with cloth all over the body to the head.

"Sister.. brother... Don't die, brother!"

Ainsley wagged her brother's stiff body a few times, Ethan quickly pulled her and calmed her down. Ainsley's face was very confused and several times rolled his eyeballs to the right and to the left.

"Ains, this is best for your sister. He's been holding back pain for the past few months."

Ainsley continued to shake his head as if he could not believe what had happened. He squatted down and cried, sobbing, he had no hope to see his brother happy and married the person he loved then produce children so that Ainslet can be a good aunt for his sister's child.

Day later.

The funeral was done with the help of the hospital, Darren died where he became a pediatrician there. He died where he served for 5 years in the hospital so he got the last respect from the hospital.

Ethan looks at her with a clingy eye and remembers the last request from his friend to marry Ainsley. The request was very difficult for him to carry out because he already loved others and the person was still waiting for him to return to Indonesia.

Darren, sorry. I have not been able to make your last wish come true. Getting married is an incredible responsibility and it's feared that I won't be able to make your sister happy. Inner Ethan.

"Ains, let's go home! I'll take you home."

Ainsley shook her head, she still wanted to be here accompanying her brother's new grave. Ethan could not force it, so he decided to go home first. He stepped out of the tomb of his best friend with all their memories, his tears that had been held back since then had now come out as soon as he left the tomb.

One week later.

Ethan decided to stop working here and go back to Indonesia because he would work there only then get married to his lover. They have been dating for 8 years but for 5 years they have been in a long distance relationship.

He should have come home a few months ago but for Darren he was willing to buy time to stay here. He has taken care of various documents and tidied up his workplace so that it can be used by his replacement doctor.

"Doctor Ethan, did you hear that Doctor Darren's sister was taken to a mental institution?" ask partner.

Ethan who was cleaning up his things was immediately shocked. "Why can I be taken to a mental hospital?"

"He had been sleeping in his brother's grave for a week and spoke to himself in front of his brother's grave and the last time he was taken by officers after getting a report from the tomb guard."

Ethan was silent, after the incident he did not want to know about Ainsley but hearing all that made him have to pay a little attention to Ainslet who does not have anyone.

Ethan goes straight to the mental hospital and brings Ainsley home, Ainsley is not a crazy person but an autistic person who at any time his feelings can not be controlled let alone he just lost his brother. Ethan takes her home to his apartment and upon arriving there he offers Ainsley an offer to return to Indonesia.

"I want to go back to Indonesia, you want to come? There you can open a new sheet with a new life" says Ethan.

Ainsley just shook his head.

"Ains, it's not good like this. Your brother will be sad if you don't get excited like this" Ethan continued.

Not long after the phone rang, Ethan picked it up and his face was immediately silent expressionless. It turned out that her fiance had cancelled their engagement and was married to another man instead. His heart broke into pieces until he was speechless.

"Don't I tell you to be patient?" ask Ethan over the phone call.

"The woman needs certainty and you can only make false promises to me. I'll return your applications to your mother's house and one more, I'm married to the hospital chief making it easier for you to reach all my ambitions" the woman replied and hung up.

He has just lost his best friend but now he has to lose his love just like that. His sense of disappointment rippled out, he sat down while enduring his pain.

"Doctor, what's wrong?" ask Ainsley.

Ethan looks at Ainsley's face, and he sets himself up to marry Ainsley at his best friend's last request.

"We go back to Indonesia and I'll marry you at your brother's request."
