Chapter 67

As he was going downstairs for breakfast, Edgar panicked a little as Lyn grimaced in pain.

"Darling, what's going on? What's that hurting?"

A few seconds later Lyn calmed down. 

"It's okay, just a little heartburn. Maybe because my stomach is already so big." 

Currently Lyn's gestational age will enter 8 months. 

To be honest from last night Lyn has felt heartburn many times. But because the pain was only a moment and disappeared again, Lyn just thought it was because her two children were active in the stomach. 

"Then we have breakfast in the room." Worried Edgar.

"No. I want to have breakfast with our parents."

After getting out of the elevator, Lyn suddenly complained of pain. 

"Oh. hurts."

"Darling, what's wrong?" Edgar's panicked.

"Sick, I think I'm going to give birth." Lyn's speech was accompanied by the rupture of amniotic fluid. 

From a distance, Jimi caught the movement of Edgar who was in trouble immediately ran over for fear of something happening. 

"Sir, why young lady?"

"Jimi, get the car ready. My wife is giving birth." 

Jimi who was surprised immediately ran very fast towards the car while shouting along the road so that the entire mansion suddenly splashed.

"Young lady is about to give birth, young mistress is about to give birth." 

While Edgar was walking quickly while holding Lyn who was groaning in pain towards the car.

Arriving at the hospital, Lice's doctor had been waiting. Lyn was immediately taken into the delivery room. 

"Aarrhgh…" 

Edgar's voice shouted from the delivery room as Lyn pushed. 

In between Lyn taking a breath, Edgar shifted his arm a few cents as the part that Lyn had bitten started bleeding.

Edgar continued to scream until the sound of crying baby girl and followed by baby boy.

Edgar saw his arm with a wound from his wife's bite. Deep enough. He did not expect that the bite of a woman giving birth would hurt this much. Is this why people say giving birth is a life bet? Thought Edgar.

Edgar came out of the delivery room with a grimace and a cry that tucked in a radiance of happiness.

"Ep. They're women and men." Edgar said in front of Jimi.

A few minutes later, Edgar and Lyn's parents had reached the hospital. 

"Ed, what happened to your arm?" Melliana asked who saw Edgar's right arm on the bandage. 

"It's because of Lyn's bite just now."

Melliana and the others are just beards. 

The nurse pushed a large baby box containing a pair of tiny sleeping babies.

Everyone went straight to the baby box to see their grandchildren. 

"Oh my God, they're so beautiful and handsome."

"They're very similar to Edgar." 

"Oh my God, they're so adorable."

While Edgar kept whispering thanks and words of love to Lyn.

"Thank you, baby, for giving birth to my offspring. I love you."

Lyn just smiled hearing it and closed her eyes at every kissed Edgar.

2 Weeks later

"No! Edel, Edin can not be carried by mamah papah. They'll cry again." Lyn glared with her already watery eyes.

Some days Lyn's head seems to want to rupture because the twins who are fever is very fussy and do not want to separate with him.

Today the twins' fever has subsided, and Lyn doesn't want her break to be interrupted again because of the trivial things her in-laws did. 

"Honey, mamah papah accidentally made the twins cry." Mellian.

"Yes, you didn't do it on purpose, but you guys who are always like tom and Jerry every day are gonna make the twins cry again."

Melliana and the Eddies glared at each other like saying "this is because of you." 

Seeing Lyn who was gone, Melliana raised her right hand to rub Edellyn's cheek. But Melliana's hand was hanging because suddenly Lyn turned around while glaring at him. 

Melliana reflexively shook her hand like she was driving flies out of food.

"It looks like there's a lot of mosquitoes here, pity the twins. Come on, let's take the twins to the room." Take Celina to Daniel who is indeed mocking the iron. 

Seeing that, Lyn nodded then turned around to continue her steps towards her room. While Melliana and Eddies put on a face upset at the departure of the twins with a mocking smile from Celina and Daniel. 

Melliana stomped her legs irritated. "Take a look at them."

6 Months later

In the middle room, one family was playing together in crawling twins.

Eddies and Melliana always snatched the twins from Celina and Daniel. It made Celina and Daniel upset.

While Edgar and Lyn just smile watching the drama of their parents who always fight for the attention of the twins.

"Liana. Wasn't it from morning you were already together in the twins. Why are you still taking them from us?" Celina Protest.

"Isn't it from the moment that the twins are always with you? Why would you protest if we now spend time with the twins." Melliana replied indifferently.

"That's because Lyn doesn't let the twins be with you like tom and Jerry." Cynical Daniel.

"You.." Meliana and Eddies incubate.

"Boy, why do your kids all look like you?" Ask Eddies to Edgar.

"Because I designed his reward."

Eddies smiled mockingly at his besieging. "You saw them."  Eddies pointed to the twins. "Although we're like tom and Jerry, but my genes are really great until they all take my son's genes."

"Curtain, arrogant. My genes are only a little bit in the twins' bodies, but I'm more with them. Not like you who rarely carry it."

"You.." Eddies was outdone by his iron. 

In addition to Lyn who did not allow it, he and Melliana always went back and forth to M country so they rarely met the twins.

2 Years later, then, 

On the back terrace, the atmosphere of the pool and beautiful garden is suitable for relaxing and drinking tea together. This is where every weekend afternoon all gather to enjoy the togetherness by seeing the growth and development of the twins. 

Both are very smart. But their character is very different. Edellyn was resolute, tough and cold no matter what but her family. While Edinnlay is very ignorant, cheerful, and has a sharp gaze like Eddies. 

Currently, the two are busy coloring the fashion design in Lyn's picture. 

Lyn deliberately wants to introduce her parents' work as early as possible so that they are inspired and also see the potential talent of her children. 

Edinnlay drew a smiling emoji on the back of Edellyn's hand. Edellyn smiled at him. 

Edin then crossed out the brush in his own palm. Not only one color, Edin also takes another color so that his palm has been filled with colorful color. 

Seeing his brother who was focusing, Edin also put his hand on Edellyn's cheek. However, Edinnlay's movement was successfully agitated by Edellyn by gripping him. 

Not wanting his brother to retaliate, Edin immediately withdrew his hand but apparently Edellyn's grip was quite strong. And, an interesting pull action occurred until Edin nudged the container of paint and Edellyn's clothes were exposed to the splash.

Edellyn was silent for a moment, suddenly,

Edinnlay just blinked his eyes in between Edellyn's fingers. 

Suddenly everyone laughed as Edinnlay's face contained a five-finger colored stamp. 

Do not accept if he was laughed at, Edin immediately replied to his brother until the chase occurred with laughter both.

In another corner, Lyn was sitting with her arms around Edgar while watching the twins.

"The taste of your family's genes is very strong in the twins' bodies. Only Edel would take the semblance of my face, and that's just a little."  Lyn put on a pouting face but tucked into a thin smile. 

"That's because they're Gretchen's heirs. Of course they have to inherit everything, including genes."

"Ishh, the heir, but not so."

"Already, rather than frowning like that, come on, let's go to the room now."

"For what?"

"Make a sister for the twins. Who knows if the twins' sister will look like you."

"Is it really similar?"

"I don't know, but the question is now, don't you miss my golden eggplant after my 1 week abroad?" Edgar Tempta.

Lyn's face was blushing because she really missed him. Then Lyn gets up pulling Edgar to go to his room.

Suddenly both of them were shocked by the tiny hands that placed the color-mixed paint on their feet.

"Mom got to." Edinnlay's.

"Papa needs to." Edelly.

And, the intention of the young papah and mama who initially wanted to go to the room, instead turned into playing a chase with his twins.
