Lyn meets Shakila

Chapter 11

Feeling that enough rest, Edgar returned to work in his seat of greatness.

"Hey bro. How, does your sleep feel comfortable?" Temptation Milo.

Edgar looked at Milo with his eyes narrowed.

"Did you arrange it?"

"Hehe. If I hadn't set it up, you wouldn't be able to work quietly right now." Tuing.Tuing. said Milo while raising his eyebrows.

"Qc.."

Edgar just clucked in annoyance. Then he thought if Milo's arrangement did have a point as well, he could sleep soundly by hugging her. Shortly afterwards, he smiled unconsciously.

'this is the first time I held her in my sleep. Hmm, really comfortable. Uh,'

While muttering in his heart, Edgar realized that Milo was shooting with a very ignorant face.

"Mili.." cried Edgar.

Milo just laughed out loud.

Hearing the commotion, Lyn awakens from her sleep and decides to head to her source after washing her face.

At the same time, Shakila just walked into the CEO's room with a document in her hand. 

Edgar and Milo knew something was coming from the door. They're back in a normal state between the CEO and the assistant.

"Sir, I brought the documents you wanted." Shakila.

"Oh, just give it to Milo, I still have to discuss with him." Edgar said with his wife.

Seeing such a dignified Edgar made Shakila completely smoldering. He really liked Edgar from his first glance. That's why he's trying so hard to be a secretary at Edgar's company.

Milo who saw Shakila was fascinated by Edgar was really uncomfortable, because Shakila did not know the rules of professional work between the CEO and secretary. Milo cleared his throat a little hard while staring at Shakila.

"Ekhem."

Suddenly Shakila's daydreams are up because of Deheman Milo. 

"Ah, sorry Mr. Milo, I'm a bit dreamy. Here's the document." Shakila said as she handed the documents to Milo with an annoyed but friendly face.

When Milo reached out his hand about to grab the document, there was suddenly a soft voice from the door of the CEO's private room.

"Sister, what are you guys in trouble. Why so much noise?" Lyn asked, closing the door.

Suddenly the document that Milo was about to take from Shakila's hand fell down.

Crackling.

Lyn who walked towards the CEO's desk still did not realize that there was Shakila in front of him, because he was wiping the remaining water on his face with a tissue when walking. He only realized when he heard the sound of documents falling.

Lyn stops her from looking at the document that fell and then looks up at the person who dropped it. Immediately, Lyn's eyes fiddled and her body trembled in fear, as Lyn was still not ready to meet Shakila. He thought, he had just recovered to deal with Shakila.

'Shakila. Why, why meet now when I'm just enjoying life without a shadow of his evil plans.'

Shakila just pecked with a chest look kempis see Lyn from head to toe. But his face implied confusion as if looking for answers.

'This boy, why is he here. Even he came out of the CEO's private room. What did he just say? He told the CEO and his assistant. Why does he look familiar to them? And what is this. Everything on his body uses the latest Asian brand? Huh, where did he get all that?' inner Shakila churned.

This incident can not be separated from the view of Edgar and Milo. They were digesting what happened to the two girls who were in front of them. But Milo is a smart observer, he can see that something is wrong between Shakila and Lyn. And also Milo felt, he saw there was a negative air in Shakila.

Seeing Lyn trembling in fear, Edgar immediately got up from his seat and approached Lyn.

Lyn looked up at Edgar's face with tears already filled. Edgar sees her so unsettled, he decides to take Lyn back to his private room to calm her down. 

After Edgar and Lyn entered the room, Milo saw Shakila who had not changed position with a glance towards the door of the room. Milo couldn't bear to interrogate Shakila.

"You know each other?" Milo asked Shakila while looking at her face.

Shakila who was asked like that became nervous.

"No-no sir." 

Shakila retrieves the fallen document and gives it to Milo to distract him.

"This is the document, sir. Sorry, I accidentally dropped it." Shakila said while slightly bowing.

Milo took it quickly and put it on the table. Then he crossed his arms across his chest with eyes still looking down on Shakila's face.

"It looks like you're hiding something Miss Kila." 

Shakila really cursed in her heart towards Milo, because Milo was so annoying in her opinion. Telling lies to Milo is so free, Shakila knows how intelligent Milo is. Shakila has an idea. If he could not lie, then he could tell the facts according to what was seen.

"I'm not hiding anything Mr. Milo, I just said no because I was very surprised to see Lyn here. Lyn is my biological sister sir, she's been kicked out of the house for her bad behavior. That's why I was surprised when Lyn was in this room, it seemed like Lyn and the CEO were pretty familiar, I was a little worried about seeing her."

Milo narrowed his eyes looking at Shakila. After thinking for a while, Milo decided to let go of Shakila this time because he wanted to focus on Lyn first.

"Yes already. You can go back to work, Miss Kila."

Shakila also said goodbye from before Milo. 

After seeing Shakila walk out the door of her room. Milo headed straight for the room to see Lyn's state and would also question her bit by bit.

"Lyn, as the person you call brother, please answer all my questions."

Lyn just nodded.

"Is it true that Shakila is your older sister?" Ask Milo.

Edgar sees Milo, then sees Lyn.

Lyn nodded slowly with a straight look.

"Then why are you so scared to see it. Did you make a mistake with him?"

Lyn saw the faces of Edgar and Milo alternately. 

"I want to say it in a comfortable place. Can we just say this in the mansion?" Lyn asked with a clear look.

"All right, let's go home now." Take Edgar.

"No. I see on your desk a lot of files are piling up. I don't want your work to mount because of me. I'll wait till it's time for the clock to come home." Lyn.

"Alright, I will do it for 1 hour so as not to be too mountainous. I also want to go home because my head is uncomfortable." Edgar.

"Wait in this room, lest anyone see you." Added Edgar.

Lyn just nodded.

Shakila entered her room with a boiling feeling. He really wanted to slam all the stuff in his room, but he held it down because there was a cctv watching him.

'So that's why he disappeared for a couple of weeks and now looks really good. What does this have to do with the CEO?'

In the middle of his thoughts that were fixed on Lyn, Shakila also called someone.

"Hello, find out what the relationship is between Lyn and the CEO. That boy looks really good now." 

Shakila hung up, then went back to work.
