Chapter 26

Suddenly Lily got the phone, immediately Lily's eyes fiddled to hear a special tone from her phone. In a hurry Lily immediately took the hp in her bag then shifted the green button. Lily's face suddenly turned pale with trembling hands holding her hp. 

After seeing the blonde woman's back drifting away, Lyn returns to her desk to drink her favorite juice. Arguing with the blonde woman made Lyn thirsty.

When Lyn is about to drink her melon juice, Lily quickly picks up the glass and pulls Lyn home quickly.

"Lily, you're not polite." Lyn is upset that her thirsty throat is not drinking her favorite juice. 

"Sorry lady, that's Mr. Edgar telling me to bring the lady home immediately. This, this is an emergency, miss." Said Lily still with her pale face.

"But I want to drink Lily's juice first. Wait for my drink to run out, and then we go home, after all, Ed's brother won't scold me for being late." Lyn sat back down to enjoy the juice.

'how is this.' screams Lily's heart. Then Lily sizzled. Hearing this, Lyn sees Lily and is distracted by Lily's pale face.

"Why is your face pale?" 

After thinking for a while Lyn's eyes were puffed up instantly "Lily, are you sick? Let's go to the doctor."

'what? Sick? Miss. This is the face of fear and tension, not pain Lily's inner self.

Instantly Lily gets an idea to get Lyn home quickly.

"Surely, miss, it seems that I am a little less kind because I am too tired. Let's go home, so I can rest quickly."

"Oh, yeah, yeah. Let's go home soon. You need to get some rest so you don't get sick."

Lyn went to the cashier to pay. Afterwards Lyn rushed home just as Lily had wanted.

Arriving at the hotel, Edgar and Milo are waiting for her in Lyn's room. 

It looks Edgar is crossing his hands on the chest with sharp eyes looking at the two girls. While Milo was sitting next to Edgar, continuously looking at Lily with introgating eyes. 

"Lily, how can you be so careless? Didn't I tell you to be careful?" Said Milo with the look of his eyes that made goosebumps.

Lily just looked down with a face that was almost crying. "Sorry."

Seeing such a scene, Lyn opened her voice to calm things down.

"Sister Milo. Forgive Lily for her carelessness, she just accidentally. That blonde lady who deliberately played a trick to benefit from us."

Lyn interprets Milo's words as a matter of commotion with the blonde girl. Lyn doesn't know that there are shadow guards around her, she thinks Edgar and Milo found out about it from the side of the cafe given the black card Edgar had brought Lyn in for payment.

Edgar and Milo listened to Lyn speech just a clumsy pause and just frowned.

Lily rubbed the back of her neck as she felt the atmosphere turn awkward.

Lyn who remembered that Lily was not feeling well, when she saw Lily's movements became panicked again.

"Eh Lily, why don't you get some rest. I'll ask Ed to call the doctor quickly."

'miss.why are you so innocent.' inner lily with her stupid face.

After making sure Lily was taken to the doctor, Lyn still could not escape the sharp view of Edgar and Milo. Realizing that he was being interrogated, Lyn just looked down in front of the two people he called brother.

Milo began to break the silence in the beginning with a thud.

"Ecchem.."

"Lyn, did you meet anyone else but us before your trip to Paris?"

Edgar heard it so tight.

Milo frowned. "You say goodbye to him?"

"Initially not. When I got to the pantry, Dion came to see me in a hurry. He asked if we could still meet later this weekend or not."

"Then you answered what?" Search Milo.

"I said I can't, because I'm going abroad with the CEO. She asked me constantly which country I was going to, I answered her to Paris in a whisper so no one would hear."

Edgar massaged the base of his nose. Milo sighed. 

After a while, Milo again spoke up to advise Lyn firmly. 

"Lyn I reminded you clearly. If something like this happens again, you must be firm even if it is your best friend. You have to remember that the day you work for us, that day you have to keep everything from others even if it is your own family. Even if it's about you personally, you should keep it a secret because you're tied to a job that involves the company's business. Do you understand now?"

Lyn nodded slightly lowered her head from feeling guilty for her carelessness.

Edgar and Milo were still staring intently at Lyn who kept his head down. It made Lyn feel even more guilty.

Edgar was really upset thinking about the incident at the cafe. Lyn's innocence frustrates her if Lyn is left out of the house without her. While Milo was thinking, that Lyn's innocence could cause a source of negligence on Edgar and the company.

*Flashback

In a presidential suite room, Edgar and Milo are beset by confusion over something they have perfectly covered.

"Nobody knows about our departure to Paris, the people in the company only know that we are doing business in a neighboring country. We've disguised everything carefully. Then who leaked it?" Edgar said curiously.

After a few minutes of silence Milo made a sound.

"Lyn."

Edgar looked quickly at Milo's face.

"Lyn..? You mean he leaked it?"

"It's probably a close friend, because only with her can Lyn interact like a normal human being."

Edgar frowned then his head nodded.

then Edgar turned to look at Milo's face seriously.

"Do you know what to do?"

"Just calm. I acted before you said it. There will be a result soon."

Actually on the way to the hotel, Milo seemed to suspect there was a car that was following them. Milo's instincts were indeed no doubt, Milo immediately made a move to lure the stalkers.

As in the Trocadero park, Milo gets a report from the shadow bodyguards that they caught suspicious movements from some men as if they were observing them in less than ten meters.

To clarify the situation, Edgar deliberately allows Lyn and Lily to spend all day to have fun without being accompanied by Edgar and Milo. Lily also plays a role to invite Lyn a vacation in the city of Paris as if the idea of the holiday was from Lily.

And it's true that Milo was, at the time Lyn and Lily were at the cafe, there is a man who tries to harm Lyn by putting something into her drink when Lyn and Lily argue with the woman who is having trouble with her bag. The shadow guard rushes to call Lily to stop Lyn from drinking and rushes to leave the cafe.
