the other side of Milo

Chapter 28

The next day, Edgar and Milo drive Lyn and Lily to the airport. When saying goodbye, Lyn did not look at Edgar even a little from the incident last night, she was too embarrassed to just glance at him.

Edgar understood the behavior of the innocent girl in front of him who had just felt the vibe of love. Edgar really enjoyed the expression on Lyn's face which looked very adorable in his opinion.  

After seeing Lyn's plane in the air, Edgar and Milo immediately enter his car to do business.

Arriving at the destination, Edgar and Milo immediately entered the basement of the villa. This villa is one of the villas owned by Milo in Paris.

There were a total of 6 people gathered in this place. Among them were 1 male driver who trailed at the beginning, 3 men who monitored in the Trocadero park, and 2 women who visited the cafe to poison Lyn one of them was the blonde woman.

It was seen that the six people were grimacing withstanding the pain all over their bodies due to various blows from the Milo people. They were always silent despite being tortured in such a way. 

Edgar's hands were already itching to kill all those people because they were just stalling for time to answer the question. But Milo has a way of interrogating them one by one.

After a few hours, their interrogation results were all the same, that they were only given orders by a masked man in exchange for a lot of money. The reason they are silent is if they open the sound just a little, then his family will be affected. Judging from the data, they are in need of money and are also not involved in the affairs of the enemy. 

With his sharp instincts, there was one person that Milo suspected in the room. A man who has an athletic body, a calm attitude, and words that are quite intelligent, makes Milo feel like there is something that the man is hiding. Men with this kind of character, usually are trained members who have high loyalty. 

Milo released all the prisoners except the man.

Milo looked at her with a murderous look.

"I know you're not just a spy sent by my uncle. With your life history like theirs, can you trick me?" 

The man was silent like a statue.

"You want to fight me to the death or open your mouth?"

The man remained silent. He would never open his mouth to tell me anything even if he had to die.

Milo could have just finished him off. But Milo felt that this man had something he could guide.

Milo just sighed and left the man while typing a message on his phone.

Milo immediately opened his phone to make a video call. A few moments later, the voice of a girl who was very familiar with Redy. Instantly Redy's eyes bulged as if he wanted to get out of his eyelids. 

"Dad.." said the girl.

The weakness that he had hidden for a dozen years, even he did not know where his daughter was. Now before his eyes, Milo had managed to find him in just half a day. 

Seeing the reaction of Redy who has been provoked will be his weakness. Milo turned off his call by showing his wife's face and a grin at the corner of his lips.

"Do you want to see more of my abilities? Don't you want to see the face of your daughter who has grown into a beautiful and healthy girl?"

Redy who was shrouded in fear hesitated, but eventually he nodded. No matter what the circumstances of his daughter are, he must see her even for the last time.

Milo starts making video calls again and directs his phone screen to Redy's face.

When the call was raised, on screen hp Milo there was a girl in a junior high school uniform who was tied up in a slum room.

Redy's body trembled at the sight of her only daughter being sandraged by Milo's men.

"Dad, I finally called Hela. Why did you not tell me for so long. Did you forget about Hela?"

Hela's face was so cute when she pouted. I want Redy to touch her cute face and hold it. Redy could only clench his hands as his position was being tied.

Before long, Hela was sidetracked by her father's face which had so many bruises and bruises.

"Dad, why is my face so many wounds? Did you fight again?"

Milo looked at his watch, the sight was seen by Redy. Soon Redy answered her daughter's question. Seeing the cheerfulness and not the slightest scratch on his daughter's body, Redy opened his heart and mind.

"Ah, yes.dad told om om it to play kidnap with Hela, daddy misses playing with Hela. Is Hela happy to play?"

"Yes yeah, Hela's happy. When do you come home? Why don't you ever call Hela?"

"That's.. I haven't bought any more hp, baby. Dad still doesn't have money. Yeah, I hung up. It's not good to wear daddy's friend's phone." Alibi Redy's.

Hela nodded happily at her father's words. Because it turns out his father was just working hard and did not have more money to buy hp, not because he forgot him.

After the video call the father and son were over. Milo immediately pocketed his phone and looked at Redy's face with his leadership authority. 

Seeing Milo's way of dealing with one's loyal nature a member of the dark world, made him understand. It is fitting that the chairman is eager to eliminate Milo who was just hatched in the dark world.

"Do you just want to waste my time admiring my handsome face?"

Instantly Redy's eyes blinked many times waking up from his daydream. Then Redy started to make a sound and answer all the questions Milo wanted to know. 

Milo smiled complacently over the information from Redy. Then Milo stepped out with Edgar behind him.

This is the other side of Milo. 

You can say, these two friends complement each other. Edgar with the light world affairs, while Milo with the dark world affairs. They are just as grown up with learning from two-sided life. 

Milo becomes Edgar's assistant not only to escape, but also to learn about the corporate world from Edgar. On the other hand, if Milo had a non-life-fighting affair, Edgar would accompany Milo to study, considering Edgar was Gretchen's sole heir. The bright road is good, but it must be balanced with a dark shadow to wade through the cruel world of business competition.
