Detective Keiko's cell phone rang inside her bazer bag. Detective Keiko swiftly picked it up and answered the call.
“With detective Keiko here,” said detective Keiko answered the call because he did not recognize the number listed on his phone screen.
“Detective Keiko, it's me, Sarah.“
“Oh Sarah. How, did you get the man's name?“
“Iya, detective. The name of the person is Odel Arian,”, said Sarah on the phone called the name of the man who was a special guest of Mr. Gelin in the gallery that was his responsibility.
“Odel Arian, Okay. Thank you for this important information Sarah,” said detective Keiko.
“But you have to fulfill your promise to me, detective," Sarah said.
“To protect you from Gilen sir?“
“Betul. Because honestly I am afraid of Mr. Gilen.“
“Have that promise, Sarah. I'll keep my word to you, “ Detective Keiko tried to convince Sarah who sounded really scared to Mr. Gilen, her boss.
"I keep your promise it's detective" Sarah said.
After the two have reached an agreement and Sarah already feels safe, then detective Keiko terminated her phone call with Sarah.
Detective Keiko approached his partner and asked for his help, “Please find me anything related to Odel Arian.“
“Why does it feel like the name is quite familiar in my ears huh!?“ detective Egan said while thinking.
“Do you know him?“ detective Keiko was curious as well.
Detective Egan's fingers have started dancing on top of the keyboard to start looking for any information related to Odel.
“Well! What I said,” detective Egan said quickly.
“What's up?“ detective Keiko asked.
“That name, Odel Arian indeed I have heard.“
Detective Keiko changes position and now stands next to detective Egan while looking at the same monitor screen.
“The status is conditional in a case of threats?!“ detective Keiko reads the information inside the screen.
“Iya, I used to help one of the detectives in the violence division of the time arrest this Odel. He is an immigrant from Cuba and has been on the list of people in drug trafficking.“
“So now where is he?“
“According to the data here, now he lives in the upper area alone. There is a full address here.“
“Should he we call here?“
“It will be easy for us if we interview him here.“
After the two detectives agreed, the two finally contacted detectives Mustofa and Bima to both call Odel.
The journey to Odel's house is quite time consuming because it is in the upper part of the city.
Arriving in front of Odel's house, detective Egan knocks on the door. From inside the house, someone heard me say.
“What do you need?“ asked the man with a thick mustache who stood before detective Egan.
“We are from the police, want to ask some questions,” replied detective Egan while showing his badge.
“I did not violate any of the requirements. Why do I need to be called?“
“Indeed not but there is information that you may commit an act of another crime related to women,” said detective Bima.
Odel who looks confused trying to find out the problem.
“Who is the wife's name of your nephew?“ detective Keiko's trying to figure it out.
“Name as Citra.“
Detective Keiko let out a long breath, relieved that it was not the Diatmika that Odel meant.
“Do you know this woman?“ ask detective Mustofa while showing a photo of Diatmika.
Odel immediately said he did not know Diatmika when he saw her for a few seconds and immediately threw his face away.
“Wouldn't it be better if you look at this photo first,” detective Bima said.
“Not necessary! I don't know him.“
“How about Gilen. A person in charge of an art gallery downtown?“ detective Egan tried to fish and it seems that the question was able to make Odel's face turn pale .
“How does Odel, you know him?“ this time it was detective Bima who asked.
“I.. yes, I know him,” replied Odel nervously.
“Why? Looks like you're not comfortable,” chirped detective Egan.
“No. You misunderstand.“
“So what does it really look like?“ urged detective Bima.
Odel chose a window seat, then he put the items from his pants pocket that made his sitting position uncomfortable on the table in front of him.
A key with a unique shape and a flattened whiskey bottle he placed on the table.
“Me and Mr. Gilen have a business,” said Odel.
“More precisely what business?“ detective Bima asked still urgently.
“A business I can't tell you.“
“Drugs?“ ask detective Egan.
“NO! I have not touched the item for a long time,” replied Odel firmly and quickly.
“Lantas what business?“ urged detective Bima.
“Human trade?“ this time detective Keiko asked while giving another option.
“Or are you working on a supervisor for Gilen, I don't know what he did that you knew so you could threaten him?“ this time it's Detective Mustofa who's pressing.
Odel looks increasingly uncomfortable with all the questions that urge him. His face was getting pale and the jamgung seed-sized keran was clearly visible on his face.
“I will not answer any more questions from you,” suddenly Odel gave a statement.
“How can you not answer questions from the authorities!?“ detective Bima said.
“Of course I can. I have the right not to answer. Because I am not a criminal.“
Detective Egan who understands that it turns out Odel is a person who is smart enough in terms of the law finally gave the code to detective Keiko not to continue to urge him.
“You may call me to your office for an arrest warrant against me. But I will also only answer questions from you when I am dampingin a lawyer,” is clearly visible that Odel is quite intelligent.
“Alright Mr. Odel. I think you are quite capable in this,” said detective Egan.
“Of course. Maybe you haven't checked my tehtang records, but I'd be happy to tell the leg so that your work is too heavy. I have dealt with prison in a case and it made me learn a lot,” Odel actually looks proud of him.
“Can I make sure that what you say is true,” Detective Egan replied.
“Of course you have to believe,” said Odel.
Detective Keiko glanced at detective Egan while waiting for his cue for his next action.
“If you guys don't mind, I have to meet someone. I think you should get out of my house immediately,” Odel evict the four detectives in a subtle way.
