“It feels like we really have to go back to the art gallery again,”, said detective Egan massage his forehead which feels starting to hurt the effects of his lack of sleep.
Detective Keiko, who was busy fiddling with her computer screen, gave no response at all.
“Kei... lo denger me not?“
A paper fist manages to distract and focus detective Keiko from her computer screen.
“Hei!!“
“Lo doesn't listen to me?“ detective Egan asked a little annoyed.
“What did you say?“
Even though her ears have heard, detective Keiko's eyes are still glued to her computer screen.
“What do you think of lo?“ ask detective Egan.
“What?“
Detective Egan wakes up from his seat, approaches detective Keikk and sits on the edge of detective Keiko's desk facing the hallway between the detectives' tables.
“Come on Kei, don't just look at the computer screen. How about we go back to that art gallery again today?!“
“Gue agrees. When do we get to that art gallery?“
“How about we get there now?!“
“Let me take a few minutes to check some of these case files.“
“OK!“
Detective Egan stands up from his seat at detective Keiko's desk and walks away. Most of his body was in pain due to several hours of sleep in a very uncomfortable position.
Of course, the most painful is his neck and head because in sleep with a sitting position and his head he put on his desk messy, scattered a collection of files from this case.
“You've been staying up?“ the elevator door that opened was carrying Mr. Brox on the ground floor.
“Good morning sir,” detective Egan said as he bent his body slightly.
“Iya sir. Last night I was here trying to find answers to this Diatmika case,” continued Egan.
“What's Keiko doing overtime last night?“
“According to father's instructions, I told him to go home and rest even though he had to be forced but last night he was at home resting.“
“Good then. He really needs to rest for a while. I hope this case soon finds an answer so that Keiko can rest more and calm herself,” said Mr. Brox who knows very well the condition of his subordinates.
“I also hope the same sir. Poor Keiko, since this case started it seems like not only her exhausted physique but also her mind and soul.“
Detective Egan turns to detective Keiko's desk where the partner is still very focused on what he is working on.
“I want after this case is over, you two take a leave of absence to get some rest. Because I know not only Keiko is tired in this case, you are also,” ujarnpak Brox who is still standing in front of the closed elevator door.
“But pak— “
“Take it easy. Leave if this will not memotng your annual leave.“
“Wah then thank you very much sir.“ A smile of detective Egan's happiness flourished perfectly on his handsome face.
“But the cut is not together. Later if I need anything to be trouble.“
“And there are other detectives sir.“
“You know that I would rather trouble you than any other detective,” Brox said, winking one eye and stepping past Detective Egan and passing into his room.
As Mr. Brox passes by detective Keiko's desk, he throws a warm smile that is later countered by detective Keiko.
Detective Egan continues his intention to buy coffee at the cafe located on the ground floor of his office building.
