Once home, Nimas' parents were in the living room. They sat together without a word, their eyes fixed on the wide open door.
Shaka and Nimas who had just arrived at the door were looking at each other as if asking the same thing.
"Well, you're with Mom here? Instead of rest, said Nino you go home first because of cape," said Nimas joined with those who were followed by Shaka.
"Yes, we are cape. Not physical, but heart. Anything you guys want to talk about? Can we stay here?" tukas Bu Rahma cold.
Shaka and Nimas looked at each other again.
"Sorry, Mom. We don't understand, what do you mean?" Shaka asked.
"Are you pregnant, Nimas? Answer honestly what you asked!" mr. Ridwan.
"Where's that news from?"
"Yes or not?"
Nimas swallowed his saliva roughly. The tongue that was originally talking a lot about the request to Shaka who lived in the house of Ms. Marissa suddenly felt immovable. The gaze of the father not to make Nimas afraid, but rather to feel disappointment and guilt in the man who had made him feel loved from birth.
"I'm sorry, Dad. I admit I was wrong. I'm sorry." Nimas threw himself on the floor and knelt down in front of his father who was sitting on the sofa.
"Yes or not, Nimas?" The same question is still being asked by Mr. Ridwan.
Nimas can only nod his head weakly. From the voice issued by Mr. Ridwan, Nimas could guess that he was holding back a cry.
"Who did it?"
"Dad, let me explain" said Shaka.
"Don't interrupt the conversation between father and son. Father's son has lied, is this what you got from your association?"
"Dad, I don't mean to lie, I'm afraid you're angry and you'll be ashamed if I'm honest."
"But you've put Dad and Mom to shame today. I'm disappointed in you. Who did this? I hope you tell me honestly."
There was no choice but to go back and repeat that sad story. Sadness and disappointed faces instantly mixed into one on the faces of the two Nimas parents. While Shaka just looked down lethargic looking at his wife who told him as much as he could.
Sighing deeply was the answer that came first after Nimas finished telling the story. Nimas' parents were running out of words.
"Dad, Mother, everything that has happened cannot be repaired anymore. We can only change this situation to not get worse. Nimas and I did not know each other before, but I am sure we can live a good household life" said Shaka.
In the midst of his sobbing, Nimas thought who did this? Who told her father that she was pregnant? No one knew she was pregnant. Besides her husband and family. But Raisa also knows this. Ah, it feels so dizzy if Nimas guesses like this.
Anyone who tells it must not like the presence of him, maybe that's one of the reasons that makes whoever the culprit reveals his great secret.
"Dad I'll take care of myself here, no need to worry about me. I got Shaka whose own father also saw how he treated me, right?" Nimas said as if he understood what his parents were worried about.
"Indeed what else can you do other than let you here? Your responsibilities are different, your life has changed hands. I'll try to believe that everything's okay. Remember the words of Father, Nimas, if anyone hurts you first without you hurting them, do not hurt back. But fight the way you protect yourself. For example, if someone wants to hit you, don't hit back. But protect yourself in other ways, you know what I mean?"
"Understood, Dad. I will always remember Dad's message. I'm sorry I let you down." Nimas hugged the father with a sobbing that was heard again.
Madam Rahma did not escape from the arms of Nimas, heard from the sobbing of both. His parents could not hide their deep disappointment with the child. However, Rahma's mother was the most obvious person among the two. It was seen from the embrace of Nimas that was not reciprocated by Him. In contrast to Mr. Ridwan who tried to look to cover all the existing wounds with good advice and warm touch.
"Yes, you rest there! You must be tired. We also want to rest," said Mr. Ridwan left the living room followed by Ms. Rahma. Nimas who was still sitting on the floor just stared at the departure of the two with a pushy look.
"Niwa." Shaka had just touched his wife's shoulder, but the woman hit Shaka's body with a hug. His heart was deeply wounded by a heart wound invisible to the eye.
Shaka let the woman cry first, shedding all sorrow and the consequences of the lies he made himself. However, Shaka did not blame his wife at all. He knows what his wife did was wrong, but that does not mean that he as a husband has the right to judge her.
After a few moments of tears on her husband's chest, Nimas got out of the comforting embrace. Shaka gently cupped his wife's two cheeks as his thumb wiped away the tears still left on his cheeks.
"Have you calmed down now? Can we go to the room now?"
Nimas simply replied with a nod.
Shaka gently helped Nimas up and led him to the room. There is a feeling of nervousness in Shaka, but the ambiguous state makes his nervousness a little covered up.
"Shaka, who told Mom and Dad that I was pregnant?" The question that plagued Nimas was finally thrown out as well.
"I can't answer who told them. Because I don't know myself, I'll find out who it is. I don't want to say a name without proof. Don't think about this, yeah. Let me take care of it. Can I ask you one thing, Nimas?"
"What?"
"Call me Mas. We are husband and wife, despite our feelings that I don't know this. You and I must respect me as a husband. I also have to respect you as a wife. We have to keep doing what is our duty, and we have to get the rights of a partner, right? And one of the trivial things as a form of your respect for me, call me Mas. Can, right?"
"Hak?" nimas Reset.
"It's not just about the bed, but a lot. Come with me to eat, I'm hungry." Shaka groped Nimas' hand to go with him out of the room.
