Several nurses approached Malik and immediately took Kayla away from him.

Malik looked back at Alvin with a disappointed look he was still silently staring. He was so disappointed with his best friend that he could have left his wife and even with another woman. His hands even clenched strongly he was so consumed with emotion because he witnessed the betrayal of his best friend against the woman he loved so much.

Alvin just silent he did not at all memubris Malik talk that he thought at this time only the condition of his wife who somehow since when he experienced pain because since last he left his wife look fine.
