Chapter 56

This afternoon Kayla was allowed to go home because nothing serious made Kayla and her family happy.

Alvin and Kayla are now walking outwards, followed by the family.

''Kay's swallowed-up,'' Alvin reminded Kayla. He was still a little worried that Kayla was still sick.

Kayla just commented her smile on Alvin she again slowed her path and held tight to Alvin.

Rayhan and Nasya who just wanted to go home somehow he had to meet with the couple again.

With a heartbeat that now feels Nasya trying to hide his feelings even though he can not be denied he feels the tightness that is now squeezing his chest.

His steps grew heavier as if stiff as he found the two couples staring at him.

While Rayhan he himself seemed fixated on how he could feel the pain in his chest when he saw Kayla who was walking with her hands interlocked with Alvin even though before that he had tried to sincerely take off Kayla married that man.

Alvin himself he felt astonished when he saw the togetherness of Rayhan and also Nasya together even though he knew that Nasya never had a lover again.

''What is Rayhan's relationship with Nasya.'' Alvin murmured in his heart.

While Kayla herself was no less shocked but she regained her senses when she saw Rayhan's gaze fixed on Alvin.

''Come on, ''' Alvin regained Kayla's senses and immediately left those who remained silent in each other's minds.

I don't know if Alvin knew he was wrong for taking Kayla from Rayhan but leaving Kayla to Rayhan as if he could never do it.

Alvin immediately opened the car door for Kayla and let the woman in and she turned back on the next door again and immediately got into the car.

Kayla just looked at Alvin she could feel Alvin's attention getting more sincere to him.

''Oh God, is it true that Alvin is the best man you sent, said Kayla who still can not accept it with certainty.

He is only afraid if when he accepts with certainty but he will be disappointed as in his own parents he feels disappointed even though now he tries to accept all the facts.

''Why ''Why?'' ask Alvin who noticed the change in Kayla. He thought Kayla was thinking about Rayhan who was none other than the man she loved so much.

Alvin stared at Kayla's soft face, his feelings becoming increasingly unselfish toward her. Enough already he was toyed with destiny maybe it was time he had to give up for the second time even though in his heart he would never be able to.

Alvin immediately pulled his car to the side of the road and now his gaze turned to the same Kayla staring at him.

''Why do we stop here al?'' asked Kayla in surprise.

''Do you still love Rayhan Kay?'' ask Alvin who wants to hear the answer directly from his wife.

Kayla looked at Alvin's face in an unexpected way if Alvin would ask that question when he was in other trouble.

''Al,'' lirih Kayla does not believe the question that Alvin pointed at her.

''Jay? do you still love her?'' ask Alvin expectantly.

Alvin will accept all that if he is, then he will try to make a difference but if not at least he will certainly step with Kayla without any doubt.

''I've told you al if I've accepted you as my husband, even before we've talked about this so you should know it's al,'' Kayla said with teary eyes.

Alvin just took a deep breath he was a little frustrated because he was still jealous when he found Rayhan's gaze on Kayla even though Kayla did nothing even she just kept quiet but still herself still jealous.

''May I, I'm sorry.'' Alvin said softly.

Now that he reached Kayla's body into his arms he felt sorry to have asked such a thing when he clearly knew that Kayla was currently bearing a very heavy burden.

''Don't cry anymore I'm sorry kay, ''' Alvin took off his embrace again that he felt very guilty.

''Mas, I just want you to believe the same I'm no more sorry if I make you uncomfortable I know me....''

Alvin nodded his head with the hand that now held his wife's arm.

Hearing the words of the mas that just came out of Kayla's mouth somehow he again convinced that Kayla was sincerely saying that.

Kayla was still silent but now she realized maybe because of the call Alvin again did not believe in her. He finally nodded with a smile that he was still forcing.

''Still kay.'' Alvin said with relief.

I don't know why Alvin felt if their relationship seemed very difficult when not long ago they had just had a good relationship and now he has to start again from the beginning.

Alvin returned his car to the streets to immediately go to the residence.

Fifteen minutes had passed by now they had reached the mansion.

Alvin glanced at Kayla before he finally got out of the car.

''Come.'' Alvin reached out his hand as he opened the car door for Kayla.

''I'm just scared, ''' Kayla said honestly.

Alvin could only comment on the smile he himself knew to the worries that still enveloped his wife.

''Everything will be fine.'' Alvin tried to convince Kayla.

After trying to think with all the doubts finally Kayla followed Alvin's footsteps. His mind recollected the moment yesterday he set foot in this house. There is a pain that is still clear he felt even himself as if he could not feel his feet walking he was still very nervous he was still disappointed with all that reality.

''Aunty....'' Shouted Aleta who was now running towards Kayla.

Kayla commented on the smile her tears immediately fell back as if to remind her of the incident again.

''Kay, come on in.'' Ma'am Diana tried to lead Kayla but Kayla was still silent and chose to walk by herself following Aleta who took her away from there making Diana just take a heavy breath.

Everything felt different now Kayla felt very awkward somehow the atmosphere was like a stranger to her.

''You'd better rest, baby.'' Mamah Alisa gave a smile to Kayla.

But different from Kayla he seemed to stare at his mamah smile that he still does not believe the woman he had always considered as his mamah turned out he was just his foster mother her own birth mother.

Kayla is immediately helped by Alvin to walk to her room. Kayla herself he did not refuse it because she was a little tired especially considering all the events yesterday her mind began to mess back up.

Until now they have arrived right in front of Kayla's room. Alvin opened Kayla's room he knew from Diana's mother earlier.

''You take a break here, I'll bring you some water for a while.'' Alvin said after Kayla entered his room.

Kayla just nodded obediently. He stared at every inch of the white room. It has been a long time even since childhood he lived in this room but not the slightest shadow if he remembers another figure who had the heart to throw himself it I don't know if he should be happy or sad because he was well cared for by his mother and father.

''Kay, can you come in?'' mamah Alisa asked from behind her bedroom door.

''Yes, come in Kayla key.'' Kayla replied, who was still standing looking at her room.

Alisa went into the room with a tray of mineral water that Alvin was about to bring.

Kayla turned her head for a moment she noticed the water that her husband was going to bring her.

''As Alvin?'' ask Kayla to the mother.

''Your husband is downstairs, Kay mama wants to talk to you about something.'' Said Alisa who was ready to reveal everything to Kayla even though in her little heart she was still a little afraid that Kayla would leave them but still Alisa thought there was no reason that required her hide all that from Kayla again.

Alisa immediately sat on Kayla's bed following Kayla's movements who had already sat down.

''Kay previously apologized for hiding all the truth from you Kay.'' Alisa spoke her words with a tightness that began to squeeze her chest.

Seeing Kayla still silent made her feel very guilty.

''Kay mamah please....''

''If only Mom and Dad hadn't kept all that from me, maybe I wouldn't have been this sick either, I know you love me so much, but why do mom and dad hide it all from me.'' Kayla came back crying tears as if representing her feelings of how fragile she was right now.
