Chapter 17 Fear Kayla

Cars have been speeding away from the grounds of the residence quickly now speeding on the streets mingling with other vehicles and racing each other to where they will be headed.

Kayla took a deep breath. Although Kayla is the son of the owner of the hospital, Kayla feels bad if her arrival is now with her father she does not want to make people who know her father to be respectful to Kayla because that is like that if they've known her father that's always made Kayla feel uncomfortable.

Now they have reached Kayla immediately get off her father's car but her steps are stopped when Reza is faster to walk beside her.

''Yes Kayla first yes.'' Pinta Kayla because she will go straight into her room only.

''We're together and I'd like to meet Alvin, so we'll be together and then you can go.'' Reza looked at Kayla with a smile and now they walked together.

Kayla can only resigned and true to her guesses anyone who knows her father now looks respectfully at her as well. Kayla just throws a smile like she always does.

''For Miss.'' The words of a hospital guard respectfully made Kayla again throw a smile.

Kayla and Reza are now walking in her father's room after Reza asks someone to call Alvin.

''Why should I come too?'' Kayla asked because she thought she didn't need to be in her father's chat.

''This concerns you kay.'' Reza said casually.

But Reza's words made Kayla a little surprised even she thought a little about what she said.

Reza just smiled watching Kayla who was now sitting with her.

The sound of knocking on the door from the outside made Kayla stare at the door and she was sure it was Alvin and Alvin entered after his father told him to come in.

"Sit down." pinta Reza looked towards Alvin.

Alvin immediately sat down with Kayla and faced Reza who was in their midst.

"Om just wondering how Kayla is progressing?"

Alvin smiled he explained how Kayla was there even according to Alvin Kayla can already be alone but Alvin still wanted to accompany himself for a week because Alvin knew that Kayla was still a little unable to overcome fear her only that makes her think to accompany Kayla so that Kayla can overcome her fear even Alvin also explained to Reza if Kayla had been handling patients herself during her time in the hospital.

Reza smiled at Kayla and she felt proud of what she had expected of Kayla.

"Yes you can go." Reza allows Kayla and Alvin to return to work.

Kayla came out feeling relieved because what she heard from her father did not match what she thought.

"Kay!" Call Alvin because Kayla is about to open the door.

"Well, I want to talk to you about something." Alvin stared at Kayla.

Kayla looked at Alvin patiently waiting for the man to talk.

"Sister Ray." Call Kayla when she sees the figure of the man she missed how not Rayhan is a man who always makes himself comfortable let alone a lot of their likes are the same but it has been a few years he did not meet with Rayhan's brother but now he is very grateful Kayla can meet again with the figure of Rayhan.

Alvin followed Kayla's gaze and saw Rayhan walking towards her.

"Sir ray works here? why don't you tell me what's up, brother?" kayla asked with her happy feeling she was even very happy.

Alvin with Kayla makes Rayhan undo his intentions.

"So you know each other?" alvin asked to see Kayla looked very familiar with Rayhan.

"Yes doc so Rayhan's brother I'm a senior in college and because Ray's brother also I want to finish my college." Kayla explained.

But all Kayla said made Alvin uncomfortable.

"Oh yes kay. I have to come back because there are patients waiting. We'll continue to talk later." Rayhan immediately went back with a slightly happy heart because it turned out his guess was wrong Alvin seemed to be just a co-worker from Kayla.

"Well we got some patients waiting for you to see him." Chairman Alvin was not like when he was about to say if he liked Kayla even because the arrival of Rayhan made Alvin have to delay the expression it makes Alvin feel a little upset.

Kayla just nodded she knew her work was more important now.

Kayla immediately went inside her room to save her bag first as she was going to check on some of the patients who were already waiting for her.

Kayla works as usual but this time she does her own thing only occasionally Alvin will help her.

Especially today a lot of patients make Alvin and Kayla sometimes work alone without helping each other.

Until the time of rest has come. Kayla walked towards her room again she opened her bag containing the food she had prepared for her.

The sound of knocking on the door made Kayla stop her activity. He immediately approached the door.

"Doctor Alvin." Kayla said slowly because she saw Alvin smiling at her.

"You haven't eaten yet, have you? we eat out!'' take Alvin to Kayla.

" I'm actually going to eat. But I've been waiting a minute." Kayla returns to her desk and puts her lunchbox back into her bag and walks towards Alvin who is faithfully waiting for her.

Kayla goes hand-in-hand with Alvin once in a while they laugh together and copy her daily grind.

"Good then you are capable." Alvin smiled even his gaze was able to make the figure of a man who was far away from them stare with a sick feeling.

Kayla and Alvin are now in one of the places where Alvin has often visited during rest.

"Enak right?" alvin asked, looking at Kayla with pleasure, as Kayla would accompany her to lunch.

"It's delicious, doc." Kayla said that she greedily ate her food and usually Kayla would eat slowly but this time because of hunger she ate very greedily even in the presence of a man she had not known Kayla for a long time feel no shame.

"Slow down kay.'' Alvin rubbed the corner of Kayla's lips that were exposed to food with a tissue made Kayla suddenly stop and look at Alvin who was now smiling in his direction.

Kayla felt there was something strange about the sweet treatment that Alvin gave even though he did not like Alvin he still felt awkward in being treated sweetly like that by Alvin.
