Chapter 24: The Darkseekers

Returning to Lan's team, after a two-hour break Lan returned to guard with Robert. The clock has shown at 01:00 p.m., so far the situation is still safely under control, no monsters are approaching the hideout.

But from the frequency of the more frequent howls and shouts, Lan realized that the monster also seemed to be looking for our existence. The sound of broken glass, buildings being torn down, and objects being flown can be heard even in this narrow room.

But of course everything did not stop there, the sound of the monster's cry seemed to call the other monsters here. Especially the ones who were wandering around destroying the items in the villa, all of them immediately ran towards the kitchen.

Not yet another one came out, one monster went into the kitchen. But perhaps it was because his attention was distracted when he saw the others coming out of the hiding hole.

If seen more clearly, this monster itself does look like a human with very pale skin like it has no blood. Many purple veins protruded under the bloodless skin, but even so all the muscles in the body of this monster seemed to be formed quite well.

So it was no wonder, if this monster that had been rampaging all night showed no signs of exhaustion.

Lan who felt her instincts explode deeper, immediately shouted to the others to leave immediately.

" Hurry up, we'll be leaving soon because those monsters have realized our existence. "

After saying that, Lan immediately ran out and led the others out through the back door. Lan thought everything would be smooth, but it didn't seem like the world was as easy as she thought.
