Chapter 56's

Rafa has to pick up Alita after lunch. It's not even lunchtime yet, but Rafa has prepared. Rafa doesn't want to be late. He did not want to make Alita more angry and silence him.

After enjoying her lunch earlier, Rafa rushed towards Alita's house. There was a feeling of fear in him to get out of the car and knock on the door of Alita's family home. Though usually he will be very excited if he will meet the girl.

Rafa chooses to grab her phone and type a message for Alita. A message informing Alita that she is in front of her house. But the reply from Alita turned out to be unexpected, the girl seemed to have put up a sturdy wall for her.

"Hot, Yang. Let's find somewhere else let's not get too hot." Rafa finally ventured to open his voice, turning to Alita who still looked beautiful even though her hair was a mess due to the wind.

Rafa chose to be quiet. Alita no longer calls him with a call dear. The girl was even reluctant to look at him.

"I guess at twenty-one this year, I'll be happier. My faith was further strengthened by the many surprises I received on my birthday some time ago. You even prepared that amazing surprise and gift."

Rafa immediately knew what Alita meant. Perhaps it was his error some time ago that made Alita silence him, and now he does not even know what to say. His chest felt tight, he felt angry. Angry at himself for disappointing Alita, and also angry at Jihan who might be behind this incident.

"Aren't you going to answer?" Alita asked back when Rafa just lowered his head. "So what I saw in the video was true?"

Alita was no longer able to hold back her increasingly heavy tears. All of this he had himself arrested a few days ago, and now he was ready to blow it up.

"How long is it?" with trembling lips, Alita interrupted Rafa's words. "Are you unhappy with me?"

"I'm happy, baby. Very happy." Rafa slashes his distance with Alita, holding both of Alita's arms despite the girl trying to resist her touch.

"I'm not having an affair. I swear as long as we're in a relationship, I never once had any intention of cheating on you. I don't really know what video you're talking about. But if because of the video you're just disappointed and accuse me of cheating, maybe I can justify it. I did come to my ex a while ago, not because I was having an affair, baby. I just wanted to help him, but it just happened. And I really regret it. Sorry."

Not only Alita who shed tears, Rafa also shed her tears. Maybe this is the first time Rafa has cried out of love. Maybe Rafa will be the laughingstock of William and his friends for crying. But Rafa doesn't care, he feels so guilty for betraying Alita.

Alita immediately jerked both hands of Rafa holding her arms. Rafa's explanation just now not only answers Alita's questions, but also hurts her heart more. As if having super strength, Alita's right hand even so quickly landed hard on Rafa's left cheek.
