Chapter 101's

After breakfast, Rafa and Hanna rush to the hospital. Last night, Hanna was still unable to fall asleep. Not only because he had to go to bed with Rafa, but also because he thought about his father's condition.

Rafa sat next to Wildan. They deliberately sit away from Hanna and her mother because they will talk about the condition of Rafa's father-in-law.

"So.. is there no hope for a conscious and healthy father back?" Rafa asked Wildan, and was answered with a headband by Wildan.

"You mean... dad... had kidney failure too?"

Wildan nodded again at the question posed by Rafa.

"Congestive kidney failure that the father suffered made blood flow to the kidneys reduced. Their conversation had just finished when a nurse who was going to monitor the state of Hanna's father passed by. Rafa and Wildan immediately stood up and walked over to the bench where Hanna and her mother were sitting. Everyone fell silent and prayed that Hanna's father's condition would be fine. But it turns out that God wants something else.

Shortly thereafter, a doctor was seen entering the ICU room in a hurry. Followed by the nurses behind him. Hanna started to panic, her hand on her mother tightened. His eyes began to glaze over. Wildan got up from his seat, and sat down next to his mother to strengthen him.

The doctor has told me if anything could happen. Especially because now the survival of his father only depends on tools. Wildan and his mother have prepared for the worst, but not Hanna. The girl will surely fall because she lost a figure close to him since childhood.

Rafa does move to sit next to Hanna, but does nothing. He just doesn't know what he's doing right now, for fear that Hanna will outright reject him before her family. Especially since leaving her parents' house earlier, Hanna did not speak to him in the least. Hanna was just silent, and probably did not consider existence to exist.

When the doctor came out and told her the truth, Hanna's body immediately slumped down. Rafa is immediately alert to support Hanna's body, because Wildan will definitely take care of his mother.

Hanna's father died. Heart stop that occurred a while ago can no longer be handled by a doctor. Even before the doctor told Hanna her true condition, her father chose to leave her family forever.

"Patience, Han. Sincerely father, father has fought but God wills another." Rafa hugged and rubbed Hanna's back.

As if not hearing Rafa's words, Hanna still continued to cry hysterically. He was half conscious and also helpless, so he did not have the strength to resist Rafa who was now hugging him tightly.

It's okay, maybe this is when Rafa notices Hanna. Maybe this is when Rafa will continue to be near Hanna. And maybe this is when Rafa will hold Hanna tightly.
