Back To You's

Back To You's
Chapter 152's

A month later....

Nothing has been different since Rafa and Hanna returned to their real lives. Rafa still has trouble meeting Hanna. After work, he still often parked his car not far from Hanna's apartment, but after a while waiting for Hanna never showed me the trunk of his nose. I don't know what the girl who recently graduated is doing.

His relationship with Giulia also became a little tenuous, because Rafa felt he did not want to get involved further with Giulia. Even since Rafa returned to work after his holiday break, Giulia has been impressed to avoid him.

Rafa doesn't mind it. That makes it even easier to be casual with Giulia. Giulia's father's fierce face was always overshadowed by her, making her shudder in horror at the thought of Giulia's father's sharp gaze upon her.

"Rafa, there's someone looking for you downstairs." Said Theresa, her co-worker.

Rafa nodded and thanked Theresa. After neatly arranging his files, he immediately got up from his seat and went down to meet his guest.

...****************...

Arthur ran in a hurry. Just a moment ago, Hanna called her and told her she was at the airport. Arthur even cursed along his way to the airport because of the heavy traffic.

Arthur just wants to get to the airport. He did not want Hanna to board the plane without giving her an explanation.

"Hey!" Arthur greets Hanna with a hunting breath as a result of running.

Hanna who was reading the book turned to Arthur. He immediately takes his backpack and asks Arthur to sit next to him.

"Thank God I'm not too late."

Hanna smiled, then handed Arthur a bottle of mineral water.

"Maybe there will soon be a check-in call for my flight. I deliberately came faster because it seemed like traffic was very heavy today."

Arthur agreed. "Hm, it's jammed everywhere. Now, explain to me why you're going home all of a sudden? You've never offended that before, neither have you with El. Did something happen at home?"

Hanna shook her head.

"No. Nothing happened at home, and I did ask El to keep it a secret from you."

"Why?"

"Because I wanted to tell you myself."

"Display like this? You didn't even tell me when you were going to London, we should be able to take a walk before you go home."

Hanna was just speechless, and it made Arthur even more curious.

"Tell me the truth, Hanna."

Hanna breathed heavily. It is hard to say this to Arthur who has been good to him, but his decision has been unanimous.

"I'm going home and I'm not coming back here again, Arthur."

"Baby, are you kidding me, right?" Ask Arthur a little. "You said you were considering a job offer here, right? Why did you suddenly come home?"

"No, Arthur. The job offer came from Indonesia, and I have to go home now. And.. It seems, our relationship must also get here."

Arthur gaped. He did not expect that today would be a hard and shocking day for him.

"That's not the problem. I just felt like I couldn't continue this relationship. My feelings for you didn't develop all this time either, and it would hurt you even more if this relationship continued."

"But I told you I was willing to wait, Hanna!" Arthur slightly raised his tone.

"No, Arthur. You can't keep going like that. You deserve someone who loves you so much, and that's not me."

Arthur turned his face away. He was eager to get angry, but he did not want to provoke a commotion in a public place.

"So you still love her?"

"Arthur"

"Take me, Hanna!" Arthur interrupted quickly. "It's all because you love her, right? Then why have you been quiet all this time and you keep lying to me, Hanna?"

"That's because you never gave me a chance to explain. You always say you don't want to hear anything if it's about Rafa's sister. You will leave with a million reasons, so that I never have a chance to reveal it to you. I know I was wrong, but I swear I never meant to lie to you."

"Oh, really?" Arthur said sarcastically. "Then what about your vacation to Robin Hood's Bay? You told me you wanted to go on vacation alone, but it turns out you went on vacation with him. You spent time with her, but still dared to answer my phone calls. And what's even more surprising is that you slept with her!"

"D-where did you know about that?"

Arthur smiled cynically. "I'm quiet this month because there will be an explanation from you about this, Hanna. But it didn't. I was dumped."

"Arthur, i-it's not so true. Your in-forman has given me the wrong information."

Arthur reached into the phone with his pants on, then opened the folder to search for photos he had obtained a year ago.

"So this isn't true?" Arthur shows some photos of Hanna and Rafa during his time at Robin Hood's Bay.

Finally, Arthur plays a video showing Hanna and Rafa entering the same room.

"Giulia got this video because she told the hotel that her husband was having an affair. The hotel and the security helped him, you went into Rafa's room at ten in the night and came out in the morning. You still want to deny?"

"But that's not how it is. We were in one room, but nothing happened between us."

"Did, bullshit! You were a married couple before, there's no way that you'd only sleep next to each other all night."

Hanna fell silent, as it seemed that her commotion with Arthur was beginning to sound and pulled some passengers who were not far from them.

But who did Arthur say? Giulia's? I think he's heard that name. But who?

"So you're going home now to avoid me, and you can go back into your ex-husband's arms right? Or maybe now it's just a show? Is he hanging out somewhere because you're going home together today?"

Hanna shook her head. "He doesn't know about my return, and he's still in Bristol."

Arthur was surprised again. How can Hanna still have feelings for her ex-husband, but not tell if she will go home and will not return to Bristol.

"I'm going in now. Sorry for all my mistakes that have hurt you, I hope you will be very happy after this."

Hanna immediately stood up from her seat, put on her backpack and pulled her suitcase. He did not look back and did not care about Arthur who was still nailing the seat.

It's time to go home, to start everything from scratch and properly.
