"Not sleeping or not sleeping?" Reegan was surprised to hear the voice of her wife. Then he got up from his seat and approached Sarah.

"Sorry doctor, since when did my wife do the treatment and what disease did she suffer?" The man's voice trembled, his mind like it had stopped working. What he heard, slapped him so many times that he was like a daze and could not think clearly.

"Since 5 years ago, sir. Sarah's mother had brain cancer. And 5 months ago, Sarah's mother decided to quit all kinds of therapy she got. A year ago, Sarah's mother was diagnosed with damage to one of her kidneys, due to the side effects of a drug she took for years. That's why Sarah's mom looks tired easily, even if only doing light physical activity." The doctor explains Sarah's condition to Reegan.
