An Ancient Relique's

An Ancient Relique's
The Nirvana Self

After making sure Gery and Nicole were safe, Nirwana again stepped up, climbing the stairs to the fourth floor. With a raging feeling, Nirvana opened the emergency exit. The sounds of shouting, swearing and clashing swords still sounded clear and increasingly boisterous.

Nirwana ventured a peek, she was shocked. Darren's facing so many vampires there. Rachel the mad vampire who almost sucked her blood still continued to attack and was invincible.

"I have to help him, they're after me, right? They will definitely come to me if I get close!"

A crazy idea flashed through Nirvana's mind, he was looking for something he could use to protect himself. Something sharp and long to use pierced the hearts of those crazed vampires.

He recalled an ancient relic that was being studied with Gery. An ancient dagger with a strange carving in its center, Nirwana rushed away to the storage room. Forcibly opening the glass cabinet with makeshift tools.

"Alright, I'm sure Sebastian - the leader of the research institute - won't agree with this but I have to help Darren!"

Nirvana's hands trembled, this was the first time she was desperate to face so many vampires. It was not impossible that his life was lost when faced with dozens of vampires with superpowers.

"Breath of Nirvana, you can do it!" He closed his eyes for a moment, grasped tightly the dagger in his right hand and prepared.

"Mom give me your strength!" she cried out inwardly, the pendant of Nirwana gleamed greenish.

Her warmed body received an energy sting coming from her mother's pendant. Nirvana smiled, running towards the herd of vampires who ploughed Darren.

"Hey, handsome sir, do you miss me?" sweep it while beating one of the fast approaching vampires.

"Nirvana? What the hell are you doing? You crazy?! They're not your match!" Darren is taken aback by the arrival of Nirvana.

"Don't say much Mr. Darren, look in front of you baby!" Instantly Darren turned his head and pierced right in the heart of the vampire opponent.

Nirwana continued to fight despite the occasional human body being thrown due to unexpected kicks and punches. He does not give up, hunting down the heart of the evil vampire who continues to arrive. Their number is not comparable even though Darren's strength is extraordinary and Nirvana helps him it still does not have much effect.

Darren and Nirvana stood on their backs, protecting each other. They took a breath for a moment.

"We're outnumbered Darren, what are we gonna do now?"

Darren looked around, Rachel looked at him cynically and mocked him. "Well, how heartwarming these two lovebirds are!"

"Now, you're right we can die here." said Darren ignoring Rachel's taunts.

"Snow?" The most inappropriate choice that comes to Nirvana's head and is simply spoken of.

"The only way out is through that glass passage." Darren pointed towards the corridor on the left wing of the building.

"You're right they're not strong with the sun, are they? I noticed their movements were always dodging from the light!"

"Hmm, I think we should lure them there!" Darren was about to run in the direction in question.

"Wait, what about you?! You too can die in the light!" prevent Nirwana.

"There's no other choice, baby, we have to try. I took the UV-resistant pill this morning, I hope the effect is still left until we get there!"

Darren took a breath and said, "Wait a cue from me, baby,"

They came back under attack but continued to protect each other until at the right time Darren shouted, "Now!"

The two of them quickly ran towards the glass corridor, the vampires hunted. Too eager to get Nirvana to forget their abstinence as vampires. The glass corridor was nearly eight hundred meters long, combining the E and G buildings.

Nirwana and Darren ran as fast as they could, sure enough that as the vampires passed by, some of them started burning. Some were injured and chose to stop chasing. Nirwana stopped and looked back, smiling mocking Rachel who also stopped because her face and hands were injured.

"Darren, our plan worked!" he soared in excitement but his laughter slowly stopped.

Darren's in pain, he's struggling to run. His face and hands started to burn. "Oh no, Darren!"

Nirwana grabbed Darren's hand, helping him quickly get through the remaining half of the corridor. "You're crazy Darren, it's suicide!"

Darren's body begins to weaken, his burns widen while the distance to safety is still far enough for Darren's condition now. This is very worrying. There is no other option for Nirvana. He opened his top shirt to quickly cover Darren's face from the sting of light and a small part of his hand.

"What are you doing?" asked Darren weakly, he did not want his woman's body exposed clearly and left only a chest cover.

"Be quiet, vampire lord, move quickly before you die!" Nirvana does not care about him now half-swallow for him Darren's most important safety.

With a slight drag on Darren, Nirwana manages to get Darren to safety. He took Darren to the library. Choosing a place hidden among the pile of books so that the sunlight does not penetrate.

Darren was sitting limp on the floor, the burns were quite serious. Plus the hole in his stomach was not closed completely. Darren's face grew pale, his lips peeled off. Nirvana is very worried that she is confused about how to help a vampire.

"Thank you Nirvana, you saved me …,"

"Shut up and don't talk too much!"

Nirwana ran in search of a medicine box, to be honest he was confused as to what to treat Darren's wounds with.

"Ah shit, what should I do! Can vampires be treated with drugs like this?!" gerutu frustrated.

He scrambled the medicine box, took a bottle of cold mineral water in the cupboard and soaked his throat.

"Wait, water?" Nirwana stared at the mineral bottle in her hand.

"Eighty percent of the human body is water, then vampire .. blood! He needs blood, I'm sure it is!"

Nirvana sparkles, blood will heal Darren. Their source of life is blood. But the problem is where he found the blood. No fresh blood stock other than.

For a moment he hesitated, should he willingly bite Darren again and give his blood to help Darren live. The handsome vampire helped a lot and also saved her many times. It doesn't seem fair that Nirvana didn't sacrifice for him this time.

"All right, I'll do it!"

Nirwana rushes back to Darren with a number of drugs that feel impossible are also used for a vampire.

"Darren," Nirwana touches the body of a handsome vampire whose consciousness is almost gone.

"I thought you went Nirvana" he said weakly and brickily.

"I'm looking for a cure for you but honestly .. I'm not sure this will help either."

Nirwana looked at Darren who was gulping his own saliva, he was thirsty. The beautiful archaeologist was pitying.

"I think this is your best medicine," Nirwana grabbed the dagger tucked in the waist.

Darren stared at Nirvana and shook his head, "No, you don't have to. Help me stand up, Abraham will pick me up soon" he said scornfully.

The girl shook her head, the dagger tucked in Nirvana's waist was now ready to slice through her arm. "There's no more time Darren, I'd do it for you. Let's just say it's my revenge and my apology for hurting you."

Nirwana sliced her wrist quickly. Make a wide incision and slightly tilted so that more blood comes out. He grimaced in pain and dropped his dagger just like that. With the wound close to Darren's mouth, the handsome vampire who almost lost consciousness tasted the sweet taste he needed from Nirvana's wounds.

Darren, who initially refused, now caught the hand of Nirvana sipping it greedily, sipping the sweetness of the blood of the archaeologist. His strength slowly returned along with the amount of Nirvana blood that entered his body.

Suddenly a strange energy greets Darren, a flash of past and present events. Husband wife who welcomed the presence of a beautiful tiny baby. The veiled woman with two antiques in her hands, the strangely dressed man who also held an antique. A fierce battle, a demon, a vampire like himself, and covered with a flying dragon that flew rapidly towards him.

Darren gasped in surprise, he looked at the smiling Nirwana. Her pretty face paled. "You …,"

"Thank God," Nirvana drooped down, Darren sucked so much blood from her making Nirvana limp. Darren swiftly grabbed Nirwana's body.

"Now I know who you really are. You are indeed the chosen one, born of half-immortal descent. Destiny brings us together sweet." Darren hugged Nirwana giving him a gentle kiss before lifting Nirwana's weak body and taking her away.

I promise to take care of you with my life!
