An Ancient Relique's

An Ancient Relique's
Attack on the Building

Nirwana returns to her study, but finds no Gery and Nicole there. He thought maybe they were going down to the cafeteria downstairs, buying coffee or food for him.

Nirwana is again looking for other information about vampires through online media. But there's a weird blackout network. Something that rarely happens in the building where he works.

"Hhm, is there a disturbance? No warning before,"

Nirwana pressed the operator's number, but no one answered. He contacted the information section but again no one answered. Nirvana tried to contact the information section for the second time on the ground floor. The phone ringing rings once and then lifts.

"Hi, Miranda can you connect the network in my room? I need the Internet to access information to the historical database."

"Sure, but sorry I forgot your room. Can you name your floors and work rooms?" answer a woman across the street.

"You forgot?" Nirvana snorted angrily and replied, "Nirvana Zehra, fourth floor of E1409. You pissed me off Miranda, I made sure I didn't buy you this afternoon!"

"Of course, have a good day." The voice across closed the Nirwana line.

Nirwana stared at the handle of her phone for a moment, her forehead wrinkled. "What's wrong with Miranda? How strange!"

Downstairs, the woman who received Nirwana's phone call grinned like a demon, "Je vous ai trouve!" (I found you!)

The woman with the cruel grin passed by quickly leaving the information table with the corpse lying there. He rushed to the room of Nirvana. The chaos that occurred on the ground floor was unknown to Nirvana, until finally Nicole and Gery suddenly entered with injured bodies and immediately locked the door.

"Crazy, Nicole? What's going on?" Nirvana shrieked in astonishment.

He immediately approached his two assistants who were trembling in fear. "What's wrong with your face and body? why is blood bleeding like this?!"

The two assistants immediately shut Nirwana's mouth, "Sst, professor don't be loud! The current situation is chaotic! A group of people came and killed everything they encountered!" Gery explained the situation.

"What do you mean Gery?" Nirvana is in a panic.

Nicole and Gery pull Nirvana's hand into hiding among the towering pile of books in one corner of the room.

"Nicole and I were on the ground floor, we wanted breakfast but suddenly a group of people in black and glasses came!" Gery paused his sentence, looking at the locked door and blocked by tables and chairs.

"They attacked anyone prof and they ... the Vampires!" Nicole panicked and cried, she told the brutality of a group of people who allegedly were vampires.

Gery and Nicole go into hiding as they attack and finish off anyone they encounter. Luckily the cafeteria was slightly indented inward, not directly visible from the front. The wounds and blood on their bodies were obtained because they had fought a vampire who caught them both hiding.

"Oh my God, but can you get away? How's it?" Nirvana screamed.

The two looked at each other, and one of them answered. "We stabbed him in the heart, missed a little bit, that's why we got hurt too. But Gery acted quickly when the elevator door was about to close, he threw the axe from the emergency tools and it hit his neck."

Nirwana's eyes were wide open, he could hardly believe what his two assistants were telling him. "No, don't tell me if it cuts off his neck?"

"Well, we're lucky! You know prof, his body burned and crushed to dust instantly as his head slipped from the body." Nicole shuddered in horror at the thought of what happened.

"We managed to escape but I'm not sure we'll survive here! What should we do professor?!" Nicole was hysterical, her voice held back when she heard the roar of steps and the roaring screams in the hallway of the room.

"Ooh no, they're coming!" nicole's cries stopped and changed.

Nirwana looked at her two pale assistants. He took a long breath.

"If it's true they're vampires, I think they're coming for me. Those ancient relics have changed hands, they must have come to me as the discoverer of that thing. There's a mystery surrounding that strange thing."

"Are you sure they're vampires?" Nirvana asked the two once more.

They nodded, "I can't forget that sharp tooth went through Julian's skin – cafeteria owner and sucked his blood out. Julian ... die in front of us professor!" Nicole is crying again.

"Hhm, alright I'll deal with it! You two hide here and make no noise!"

"But professor …,"

"Sssst, they're coming!" Nirwana.coded silence on both his assistants.

Nirwana immediately piled up the books to cover the bodies of her two assistants. "Remember not to speak or breathe if necessary! I'll handle it myself!" the message before leaving.

Calmly, Nirvana shifted the tables and chairs blocking the door and sat sweetly at her desk, opened the book and acted as if nothing had happened. Fifteen minutes later, the door opened violently and a woman dressed in black appeared.

The pale face and splashes of blood on his neck convinced Nirvana if the woman in front of him was a true vampire. Nirvana closed her book and stood up, leaning herself against the table.

"Can I help you, miss?"

The woman clucked in annoyance, she smiled cynically then sat on one of the chairs arrogantly. He heard an irregular heartbeat around the room but he found no one but Nirvana.

Nirwana was nervous, she was afraid that the woman with sharp fangs had found her two assistants. He issued the relic, so he must also be responsible.

"Tell me what you want miss and you can get out of here right away" Nirwana said half-challengingly of course.

"Well, wow... turns out you're brave too, or you're stupid!"

"Ohya? Me stupid? Thanks for the compliment?!" circus Nirwana, his hand secretly grabbed a baseball bat that he often used to play with Nicole and Gery when tired of researching.

"If the elder allows me, I will gladly finish you off right now. But unfortunately, I can't touch you."

The woman stood up, and walked closer to Nirvana. "Follow us, professor of Nirvana!"

"No! Before I know what you need to do so you'll have to attack and kill all my comrades? Why don't you ask me to come with you? No need for mass upheaval to happen, right?"

The woman laughed and then came back upset. "You're such a hassle! Hhm, honestly we need the attention of the world right now. We are hungry and need a lot of food!"

He came back closer and at a safe distance Nirvana threw a hard blow at the head of the fanged woman. The vampire fell hard.

"I hate vampires! You killed my partner, vampire lady!"

Nirvana's actions did not make the wounded vampire recede at his temple. He growled with anger and touched the blood that poured out of his wounds.

"Well, apparently you and Darren can bleed too I think vampires …,"

Nirwana had not yet finished his sentence, he crashed hard into the ranks of the closet containing ancient literature. Nirwana's head felt dizzy and spinning, it took a split second to realize what happened to him, his buttocks were painful plus his back was injured due to being hit by a closet.

"You're making my patience run out!" yelled the vampire woman.

Nirvana chuckled, "You know, today there are two people who have exhausted their patience because of me. And you know, he's a vampire just like you!"

The female vampire attacked again in incredible speed, she again threw Nirwana's body towards the glass cabinet which contained some ancient collections. Scattered glass, injuring Nirvana's body.

"Can you say more, professor? Your blood is so sweet, I'm sure they don't mind sharing it with me."

The vampire woman turned to the door and there stood several male and female vampires who grinned, revealing a pair of sharp fangs to Nirwana.

"Ah, fuck! I'm outnumbered. But, I have to admit you guys were great at holding back the sun this afternoon. Are you mutants?" nirwana sneered while slowly standing up, a little bit exhausted as her knees shook.

He cursed his negligence leaving the sword of Hades in another room. At least that sword could help him tore through the heads of the crazed vampires that were swarming around. Now Nirvana can only surrender, fighting is not possible. He also had to protect his two assistants there.

The woman threw Nirvana's body against the wall, locking it with the crush of her cold body. From near those blood-red eyes seemed to be gleaming with anger.

"Listen to me professor! Come or two kids there will die for nothing!"

Shit, he knows about Gery and Nicole!

"All right, I'm coming. Can you please take your hand off? It hurts so much!" nirwana asked without turning her gaze away from the red eyes.

The smell of blood rust smelled from the woman's mouth, making Nirwana shudder in horror. The vampire woman easily threw Nirwana at her group. "Take him away! I have something to take care of here!" sneaky sneer.

"Hey you promised me you'd let them go!" nirvana protests while struggling trying to break away.

"promised? I didn't promise anyone, you stupid woman!"

The female vampire turned to the pile of books hiding Nicole and Gery. "I'm still hungry, and they smell so good!"

Oh no!
