Nirvana brought Darren into his tent. Scratch wounds on his hands and forehead Darren was given an antiseptic liquid. The pale-faced handsome man occasionally stole a glance towards Nirvana.
"Your wounds should also be noted miss, the incision was quite deep. Sorry." Darren reminded Nirvana, his eyes did not look at his father's face.
"Hmm, I know. Thank you for worrying about me."
Nirwana puts the finishing touches on Darren's minor injuries by giving the band aid. "All right, sir, it's done."
Nirwana's sweet smile made Darren laugh. "Something's funny, Mr. Darren."
Darren grabbed both of Nirvana's hands and kissed her softly, "Can I just call my name, without a master? That's more fun."
Nirvana was about to answer but one call from outside the tent forced her to stop.
"Mr Darren, are you inside?"
"Who?" darren asked after he and Nirwana looked at each other.
"Abraham, sir,"
Darren rushed out and found Abraham smiling at him, he bowed and saluted Darren. "We need to get home, sir."
"Hmm, okay. Just a minute."
"It's nice to meet you Nirvana, I hope this isn't our last meeting." Darren rolled his eyes, he slightly lowered his head to whisper.
"So my ancestors' relics are fine otherwise, I'll make sure, I'll take them from you myself."
They looked very close again, Nirvana's heart rippled. Once again Nirvana was charmed by Darren's good looks. One brief kiss landed on Nirvana's lips suddenly.
"Thanks, pretty."
Darren left the place followed by Abraham. While Nirwana, fixated with Darren's attitude, he fumbled back his lips which the last few hours had been the target of an ice-cold man.
"Just like that? He just left, you didn't even give me the ice master's phone number!" Nirwana was upset that Darren left a trace in her heart.
A thrilling day experience with Darren seems to be quite impeccable for Nirwana. Moreover, their wild kiss, imagining it again made the fine fur on Nirvana's body stand up.
"Ehem .. prof, the mission's over it looks like we can come back tomorrow." Gery said a moment after Darren disappeared.
Nirvana still could not avert her eyes, she answered lazily. "Yes you're right, we'll be back tomorrow."
"You okay?" Gery stared in the same direction as Nirvana. "Well, don't tell me you're falling for her professor?"
Nirwana turned her head slowly, her face flat with no expression. "really? Me, falling in love?"
"Come on, what are you feeling?" gery asked full of questions.
Nirvana just shrugged both of his shoulders, he patted Gery on the shoulder. "Forget over Gery, so what's the report for me?"
"Bad, we lost a third of the team."
"What's? How come?" Nirwana stared in disbelief at his assistant's face.
"After the incident in the tomb some chose to retreat and return. They were terrified and yelled hysterically about the vampire curse!"
"Hmmm, vampire curse." Nirvana looked at his injured hand and then said. "I think they're right, Gery find out who the seventh Constantin is!"
Gery nodded and immediately returned to his tent while Nirvana headed for the health post. He didn't want to die silly just because of infected scratches. The medics who Nirwana brought gave him five stitches.
"Something difficult enough?" ask Dr. Irwin.
"That's how it is," Nirwana looked at Irwin for a moment and asked, "Irwin, do you believe vampires exist?"
"really? Tell me!" nirwana's eyes were perfectly rounded, he was so enthusiastic about hearing it.
Irwin comes from a small town on the outskirts of Romania, where people believe in vampires. In fact, almost every house has one special place to store holy water, crosses and also garlic. Irwin's parents always prepared silver daggers and sharp-eyed arrows that were never absent dipped in holy water every day.
Although Irwin initially doubted the existence of vampires, but terrible events forced him to believe that bloodsucking creatures exist. Irwin caught the creature sucking his father's blood to the end.
Vampire creatures of darkness who sneak when dark ahead, his poor father did not even have time to fight when he was ambushed in his stables.
Irwin did not succeed in killing the vampire, but he received a wound that would never be forgotten in his entire life other than the death of his father. He opened his shirt and showed two elongated scratches on his chest. Deep enough, Nirwana was horrified to imagine that.
"Do you believe they still exist in this age?" asked Nirwana doubtfully.
"After the era of vampire hunters I think they're hiding now. I was quite surprised when my father was attacked. Just like you I doubt their existence too but the fact that vampires killed my father, inevitably leads me to believe."
"Done!" Irwin completed the final stitch on Nirwana's shoulder which was also injured.
"Thank you Irwin, pack up and get back to Bucharest tomorrow."
Nirwana left the health tent, walking past the bodies of eight of his dead team. Nirvana bowed for a moment and prayed for their spirits to calm down. There was a strange sense that stuck as he passed the tent, he felt watched. Nirvana circled her gaze, she was hard to see in the dim light.
The pain all over the surface of his skin is enough to signal that there are other invisible entities around him. Nirvana let out a long sigh, then returned inside her tent. He was tired and needed sleep.
"Hopefully there's nothing strange anymore, this forest is pretty creepy with all its myths."
While Nirwana is deep in his sleep, Darren and his men are preparing to sneak into the tent to retrieve ancient relics from the hands of Nirvana.
"Master sure you don't want to take it from Miss Nirvana?"
"I couldn't touch Abraham, I tried many times but the relic rejected me." Darren was silent for a moment, in his hand a glass of red liquid almost potted.
"Find the information about the relic, I'm sure there's information we're missing."
"Okay sir,"
Darren and his two followers moved towards the tent of Nirvana. Darren walked leisurely among the guards who were surrounding the campfire. With his ability Darren is able to walk without being caught by the eyes of ordinary humans. After confirming the relic in the hands of his subordinates Darren searched for Nirwana tent.
Just briefly parted with the girl Darren missed Nirwana. He lifted the blanket to his chest.
"Ccck, stupid girl! You're so obedient, what if I hurt you more deeply and suck your blood earlier." Darren gently rubbed the gauze covering Nirwana's wound on the wrist.
He groped Nirvana's neck, examining her bite marks. "He didn't even realize I was biting him. Should I repeat again? His blood is tempting."
His hand rubbed gently on Nirwana's cheeks making the girl squirm amusedly. "Look at your face, it's beautiful. I'll miss you, baby."
Darren gave a light peck on Nirwana's forehead, "Good sleep princess sleep, sleep well. After tonight I don't know if you can forgive me."
One last kiss Darren gave on the soft lips of Nirvana. Darren was about to leave when Nirvana's hand suddenly just clasped his hand.
"Darren,"
Darren was surprised and turned towards Nirvana. His eyes were still closed, "You dreamt of me? I'm so flattered, baby."
Slowly Darren returned Nirvana's hand and put it in the blanket. Peck it again one last time, before it disappears.
We will meet again, baby.
"Darren!" Nirvana woke up from her sleep, she looked around but there was no one there.
"Dream only, why is his voice so clear in my ears?" Nirwana ignored him, pulled back the blanket and continued sleeping.
