CHAPTER 68. The Rightful Guardian

"Udah taken?" sean asks Aurel who just got into the car.

"The message is very much, not ready, he said it will be between this afternoon, go home aja yuk kak, Mama Reni alone at home," Aurel replied closing the car door.

Sean nodded. "Direct time home anyway? Let's go for a walk first."

Aurel looked at Sean then looked ahead. "Where are you, brother?"

Aurel seemed to think for a moment, while Aurel thought, Sean chose to run his car while waiting for a decision from Aurel.

"I'm going to Ustad Zaky's house" Aurel replied, leading Sean to raise an eyebrow.

"Well?" sean asked Aurel.

"I want something, I'm still confused and it's good that I ask the same expert, among other things" Aurel smiled at Sean.

"While I never refused your request," replied Sean running his car turn towards the house Ustad Zaky that they had passed earlier.

It did not take long for Sean and Aurel to get to the house of Ustad Zaky, as usual Ustad Zaky was always on the porch of his house with his wife Tanti.

"Assalamualaikum, Ustad," Sean and Aurel get out of the car and walk to the porch of Ustad Zaky's house.

"Waalaikumsalam" replied Ustad Zaky and his wife. "Eh the bride-to-be is coming, what's going on here? Let's sit down first."

Sean and Aurel smiled then sat down on the chair that was in front of Ustad Zaky.

"Mi? Make a drink for our guests first" whispered Ustad Zaky to Tanti who can still be heard by Sean and Aurel.

"No need Ustad, we're only a minute anyway" Sean refused to be greeted with a nod to Aurel's head.

"It can't be that way" said Tanti who made Ustad Zaky nod.

"Let's talk to you, let's talk to Umi" said Ustad Zaky, who made Sean and Aurel speechless.

"Glorifying guests is a must, know not first Rasullullah SAW ever arrival of guests, but that one he did not have food did not have a drink, what did the Prophet? Sean and Aurel nodded and drank the drink.

"Jaudah Umi was clear" replied Ustad Zaky stroking his thin beard.

"So, If the father of the woman who is going to be married is still non-Muslim until the marriage contract procession will be held, then there are people who are entitled to be guardians other than the father," it was definitely Tanti who made Aurel look inside.

"What's the sequence?" ask Aurel.

"The succession of the marriage guardian after the father is the grandfather (father of the father), the biological brother, the half-brother, the uncle (father's brother) and the son of the uncle," tanti replied sitting on the chair next to her husband. For example, between a biological brother and an uncle, who is chosen to be a marriage guardian is a biological brother. But if no one is Muslim, then the guardian of marriage is the judge."
