"May you ask, whose name Dikta Nadira was given?" sean asked, focusing on driving his car.
Dikta recalled for a moment, she was initially nameless before Mama Reni and Papa Reno raised her as a child.
"Papa Reno, because I didn't know my name at all when it was essentially blank," replied Dikta who made Sean nod. "What's my real name, brother?"
"Later you know, this time we have to meet someone," replied Sean driving his car with increasing speed.
Shortly after, the car that was driving arrived in front of a house with green shades, Dikta raised his eyebrows for Sean's purpose to bring him to the place.
"Whose house is my brother?"
"Ustadz Zaky," replied Sean out of the car. "He is a friend of brother, brother just wanted to ask a little about brother's heartbreak after finding you."
Dikta who heard it nodded and came out of the car, Sean walked deeper into the yard of the house with Dikta, until finally they both had arrived at the door of Ustadz Zaky's house.
Geck!
Geck!
Geck!
"Assynogaal?"
Sean knocked on the door hoping that Ustadz Zaky would be in place so that he would not have to keep any questions in his mind at this time.
Kritt!
The sound of a moving door hinge made Sean stop the movement of his hand knocking on the door of the house.
"Girisham, Sean? Tumben come here, let's go first" replied Ustadz Zaky when he found his guest was Sean. "Who is this woman you're with?"
Sean smiled. "He is Dikta, the sister I told you about disappeared twenty years ago."
Ustadz Zaky nodded his head while stroking his chin overgrown with fine feathers. "Come on, come on in first."
Sean and Dikta stepped foot into the house, Ustadz Zaky himself was a young Ustadz whose wife was at his in-laws' house, so it was no wonder he lived alone.
"What will Sean do?" asked Ustadz Zaky when his face was already head to head with Sean.
Sean breathed for a moment. "Look, I've found my missing sister, so I want to ask her about her name, my sister was originally named Zoya Adinata, but after disappearing and being adopted as a child by another married couple, her name was changed to Dikta Nadira because my own sister did not remember her real name."
Dikta who heard that nodded her head for a moment, it turned out that her brother thought very much about the details with her.
"So good I return my sister's name as given by our biological parents or not?"
"Has your sister been adopted by the couple?" ask Ustadz Zaky.
Sean and Dikta nodded, Ustadz Zaky smiled warmly. "This means Tabbani."
"Tabbani?" Sean and Dikta threw eyes at each other.
"Yes" said Ustadz Zaky. "Tabbani is a person or spouse who takes or adopts another person's child and is treated like their own child, giving affection, a living and education that personal name."
"Because you said your brother does not remember what his real name is, obviously Tabbani's parents were forced to give him a replacement name" explained Ustadz Zaky back.
"Is changing the name legal, Ustadz?" ask Sean back.
"There is no law prohibiting the change of name, because it is allowed to change the name to a better one if the original name contains a meaning that is contradictory to the value of goodness, and the value of the name is changed, but because here the name Zoya Adinata was good and changed to Dikta Nadira because of ignorance, so God said," replied Ustadz Zaky gave a pause. "In Surah al-Ahzab verse 5, "These callings (the adopted sons) by the names of their fathers are the fairest before God. If you do not know their fathers, call them your brethren of religion and first the freed servants of peril.''
"So legitimate if the name Dikta Nadira is pinned let alone the name has been binding twenty years, but if you still want to give the impression that your sister is part of your family, you can add your father's name to the back of his name just like you," continued Ustadz Zaky.
"meaning?"
"Dikta Adinata" replied Ustadz Zaky.
Sean and Dikta stared at each other. "Can I have Ustadz?"
"In Islam it is permissible let alone just adding the name of the father behind the main name, the rest you can take care of the new name in a country,"
Sean heaved a sigh of relief, all his questions were answered, but this time Dikta chose to ask.
"Ustadz can I ask you?"
"Please,"
"My husband and I are divorced in Li'an so in the eyes of my son's nasab religion is not in my ex-husband, he said, because when the word talak came out my ex-husband was reluctant to admit and accuse me of adultery, even he had sworn Li'an even though I opposed his accusations," asked Dikta lowered his head.
"True your words, if a husband drops talaq to his wife in a state of pregnancy and is reluctant to admit the child in the womb even accused his wife of adultery, he said, so the child's nasab is more legitimate to the mother and her mother's family" replied Ustadz Zaky confirming Dikta's remarks. "Because one of the causes of Li'an's divorce is that the husband is reluctant to admit the child in his wife's womb and accuse his wife of adultery."
"When I marry again, and in the future my daughter who is entitled to be her guardian? Is your dad beautiful?"
The question was thrown because honestly Dikta wanted to try to open his heart to Adam for Sean's words earlier.
"When your Iddah is past then you have the right to marry, and if your daughter does not use her father's bint and when your child wants to marry then the men of her mother's family are entitled to be her guardians, that is his own uncle, Sean," replied Ustadz Zaky.
"But even if my daughter is a girl, what is the law of Mahram for my father?"
"Hadist explained that when a man marries a woman who has children, the daughter of the woman is mahram to him" explained Ustadz Zaky back. "So you're afraid to get married again?"
Dikta nodded.
"Don't be afraid to try again, because it could be that what you've experienced before is a test of God bringing you to your best mate, if you feel confident, open your heart, God willing, God willing, the best will be present to you,"
Hearing the words of Ustadz Zaky opened Dikta's heart that he should not be stuck in a position like this, he should not fall into one failure because of course God has prepared the best mate for him.
