Alana and Ananta are left in the UKS.
Alana gives the medicine to be taken by Ananta. Ananta's chest was still a little tight, due to moving too much.
Fighting is dangerous enough for his heart.
"Are you a child or what? Why fight like that." Alana said annoyed.
Ananta still crumbs the shirt he wears because his chest pain has not recovered everything.
"So, they're bothering you." The answer. Ananta wakes up from his sleep to sit on a UKS mattress.
"They were just kidding. You're the one who's angry too much." Angry Alana.
"I just want to take care of the people I like, that can't be??" Ananta said in a high tone. But that sudden emotion made his chest feel even more claustrophobic.
Ananta went back to silence and groaned in pain. Alana immediately rubbed Ananta's back to make him a little calmer.
"I'm sorry... I made you worry about me." Alana said regretfully that she had scolded Ananta who looked in pain. Ananta faced towards Alana. Alana rests her head on Ananta's shoulder, making him wet because in the end Alana cries again.
Ah, Alana always cries for it. The tightness in Ananta's chest slightly relapsed again due to his regretful feelings.
The last time he saw Alana crying was when Alana waited for him to undergo 7 days of treatment in the hospital. Alana's cries did not stop every time she saw Ananta groaning in pain.
Because of that, Ananta did not want to be accompanied again if he had to be treated intensively in the hospital.
"Don't cry. You're ugly when you cry." Ananta could still mock Alana between her pain.
"Your heart... It's beating too tight." Alana said after trying hard to calm herself.
"Next time don't scold them for me" continued Alana after wiping her tears that were left a little because some spilled on Ananta's shoulder.
"Yes... I follow what Alana said. Don't cry." Say Ananta again. The pain in his chest had already diminished a little. Although still a little felt.
"Udah, sleep again. You need to rest." Alana said firmly. But Ananta still sat stiffly.
"The pain has diminished. Let's go back to class." Invite Ananta, his intention is he wants to lie to make Alana not worry, in fact his body still can not be used to walk now.
"Sleep or I'll take you to see Dad." Alana said again now accompanied by a sharp gaze.
If it is threatened like that Ananta has no choice but to obey. His body still hurts anyway.
"Well..." Call Ananta again. He couldn't help but say it.
"Other times wear double jerseys during sports" Ananta continued answered Alana with a questioning gaze.
"I don't want them to see that pink thing anymore" Ananta said again glancing at Alana's sports jerseys that weren't covered in shirts.
Alana who noticed what Ananta was looking at looked at in panic. He looked down and found his sports shirt looking bright.
"Ananta! Why just say it now" Alana said in an angry tone, she hurriedly buttoned up Ananta's shirt which had only been draped on the shoulder.
"It's okay, I'm the only one who's seen her again." Ananta still dared to continue his sentence without knowing Alana had prepared to curse him earlier.
"Allana... Don't be angry at the patient" said Tia's doctor who couldn't bear to not make a sound after hearing the two's conversation with anxiety. The UKS room is just close to the fabric curtain but they behave as if no one is watching, danger once.
Alana immediately turned around and hid her face to the curtain that was nearby. While Ananta just smiled to see Alana acting funny.
Alana waits for Ananta in the UKS for an hour of full lessons. He did not feel the need to ask permission to the teacher because the friends who had heard him talk about Ananta's disease must have spread it throughout the classroom and told the teacher why he was not present.
Even if they don't do it, Alana doesn't care. Because the focus is still on the condition of Ananta now.
Tia's doctor gave her two loaves of bread and milk because Alana had just missed a break after hours of exercise and had not gone to the cafeteria at all.
All Alana did was observe Ananta who fell asleep without making any sound.
His eyes glared slightly at Ananta's closed eyes, then turned to Ananta's chest which was up and down. He did it over and over again without getting bored.
The worry continued to run down his chest.
Despite knowing Ananta is always in a state of pain, but he was never used to seeing Ananta who fell asleep. The feeling of not being able to calm down before those eyes opened again.
"Allana... Eat first. Do not let you get sick too" said doctor Tia reprimanding Alana who did not touch the bread she gave a moment ago.
"She's a doctor, thank you." Alana said briefly. Without taking a look.
"You've known Ananta for a long time?" Doctor Tia began the conversation. With two students in the UKS he should have a friend to talk to, rather than being silent like before.
"Yes, since the age of 7." Alana answered, turning to Tia's doctor.
"Well, it's been a long time. Listen to a disease like Ananta's suffered since childhood huh?"
"Yes." Yeah." Answer Alana briefly. He felt a little awkward to talk about things like this other than his family.
"So Ananta's been sick since you met him?" Doctor Tia asked another question, she tried to get Alana to open up. Or rather just trying to find a friend to talk to. Staying in a UKS room is sometimes uncomfortable as well.
"Yes. We met at the hospital." Answer Alana. Doctor Tia replied by frowning her forehead. Whether it was a concerned or anxious expression. All Alana knew was that it looked annoying now, even though Alana couldn't say it.
"You must be a strong boy, able to survive with Ananta until now. You must have cried a lot." Tia's doctor said trying to see what the girl had been through until now.
He knew it was not easy to get along with a sick person, let alone a sick person who suffered for a long time. And the person who is able to do it must be a tough person or not have a heart. And according to him Alana belongs to the category of tough people.
"But I also laugh a lot because of him." Alana again.
Doctor Tia looked with admiration at the child in front of him who now looked much more mature than a moment before. Well, the short words he uttered changed his impression completely.
The fear of loss, many people bear it, but most are not as strong as Alana. He received all the feelings he got from knowing Ananta.
"Take care of Ananta. He's special" said Tia's doctor again when he realized Ananta's closed eyes were twitching because he pretended to sleep.
Alana who heard him turned to Ananta who was seen still closing her eyes. It's impossible for Doctor Tia to talk to someone who's still sleeping.
"Are you awake?" Alana said with a little anger. He looked into Ananta's eyes and saw him twitching.
Ananta opened his eyes slowly and found Alana's face turning from irritated to relieved.
"Still sick?" Alana asked again without waiting for the answer she had clearly seen.
"Still hungry..." Ananta answered with a still weak voice typical of people who wake up. Alana pointed at the bread and milk that had been given by Tia's doctor with a little annoyance.
Seeing Ananta asking for food Alana concluded herself that Ananta was fine.
They returned to class after another hour of classes. Greeted by the worried look of his sincere classmate.
