After He's gone

After He's gone
seventeen, the third

The next day, Alana still has trouble seeing Ananta. Though usually Ananta is always in the cafeteria at rest, but today Alana does not see his figure anywhere.

Alana had also peeked for a while in Ananta's class, and Ananta wasn't there. Alana calmed down even though her feelings were a little unpleasant. Alana knows the date of the Olympics is near. So most likely Ananta is in the Olympic club room or library.

Alana then got up from her seat in the cafeteria and headed for the Olympic club room. As expected, Ananta was in the Olympic room with the other children. Seems busy solving things that look boring.

Alana was just waiting in front of the room, peeking at her through the glass as other things sped up in her mind.

Alana remembers what happened yesterday when she was in confusion looking for Ananta. After he didn't see Ananta in the room he was peeping on now, he didn't know where to look for Ananta to.

Just think of the house, and the hospital. So after checking the two places Alana can only call Ananta many times and only answered at night.

The whole day was filled with anxiety about the state of Ananta that he did not know at all. Alana doesn't even know where Ananta went from noon to last night. Alana only knew Ananta didn't go to study the Olympics at all. That day he blamed himself for not knowing anything about Ananta, even though they had known each other for a long time even with a fairly monotonous pattern of activities.

"Ah, I have to do something" he said in a monologue, then left where he stood.

He found the person he was looking for in Ananta's class. Arkan who was talking to his classmates looked astonished to see Alana who was looking for him. Of course Alana doesn't usually do that.

Several times he looked around to make sure that Alana was really looking for him.

"Find me? Not Ananta?." The question looks astonished. Alana would never look for him unless the world was turned upside down.

"Yes. If Ananta had seen it in the Olympic room" explained Alana. Arkan just nodded in reply to Alana's sentence.

"Why? For your information I actually have a boyfriend." His words hurriedly after staring at Alana with horror. Arkan uttered a fact that Alana might not have known.

Alana stared at the man in front of her. Somehow he could think of strange things just because Alana was looking for him in class. Extremely overrated. After all Arkan obviously knew he only cared about Ananta, nothing else.

"Not interested either." Alana said annoyed. If you don't need something, Alana is lazy to talk to arkan. Chatting with Arkan was just heart-fed, long ago must have been made upset by himself.

"Continue?"

"You asked for an HP number" Alana said.

"That's it... I said I have a boyfriend." Said another look at Alana with a suspicious smile as if her guess was really right.

Actually he knew Alana didn't mean it that way. He only liked to see Alana's response when she joked like that.

"Stop deh's. Not make arkan yes. It's for Ananta." Say it again firmly.

"If she goes missing again, let me know where to look." Continue Alana in a low tone.

"Hum but Ananta doesn't always share Na..." Saying again is still evading Alana's trivial request.

"Be careful." Alana still kept her voice in a low tone even though she was actually getting upset.

"Udah is long. Choose to write on my phone or I borrow the phone?" Alana was finally annoyed to see Arkan still staring at her with contrived doubt.

After Alana prepared to be even more angry and finally agreed to her request, she asked for Alana's phone and wrote down her number there.

Arkan held off Alana's phone long enough for Alana to take it after making sure the number had been stored.

Alana is almost angry again when she sees a new contact stored with the name 'prince handsome but already has a girlfriend' which she knows must be Arkan's number.

"bikin bothered if gini sonorous hard!!" said Alana upset immediately changed the name of Arkan contact to 'Arkan MONKEY' on her phone.

'This strange man. Why should he be Ananta's friend anyway.' Think Alana.

He snarled then immediately left without saying anything more.

That day Alana could only meet Ananta on her way home from school. Ananta takes her out to eat sandwiches in a slightly deserted school garden. Sandwich bread she got for FREE from the teacher who guided her in the classroom.

Ananta has been working hard lately because of his first Olympic date at High School which is just a few weeks away.

Ananta's participation in the Olympics has been a real achievement, because usually first-class students have not been allowed to participate in the competition, only be a member only. But because the row of awards that Ananta had received at Junior High made his new school teacher choose Ananta to be a participant as well.

After all, this race has no age limit and certain requirements.

"It has to be, keep going" asked Alana as she chewed on a free sandwich from Ananta.

"Well, what else. It must be done while you can" replied Ananta who afterwards only remained silent.

"This time I'm only happy because you're a pinter." Alana said a little upset, because Ananta always disappeared without news every time this happened. Ananta could only faintly smile hearing it.

"That's yeah... So temen. If only I forgot my own love." Speak a voice that suddenly came and immediately noisy.

"Have a hard time" said Alana Ketus.

"Biarin aja Na... This is still there if you want" Ananta kindly thrust his sandwich that lives one.

"Thank you, this one is the best bro" replied arkan praise Ananta regardless of Alana's previous speech. The ears do have filters, so you can only hear them well.

"Tok is even behind." Alana said with her hands folded in front of her chest. Ever since Ananta had friends other than himself, he felt defeated.

"Eh yes Ta.. You know he asked for an HP number" said airmen brought up the incident earlier this afternoon.

Ananta looked at him enthusiastically.

"Really?"

"Udah is familiar, but still often angry." Ananta teases Alana who now looks panicked. There seems to be no quiet day since they knew a human named arkan.

"Not that Ta..." Alana defended herself. He did not accept being called familiar with the boy who was eating his sandwiches voraciously.

"That, ask for an HP number" Ananta still smiled mischievously at Alana who began to misbehave and shake Ananta's hand.

"Ih, would you ask for a HP number doang" Angry Alana still did not accept.

"To ask for the HP number is a sign of Alana's victory. The sign is that you want to talk to him" said Ananta again took off Alana's grip on his hand while laughing. Alana acted like a child sulking.

"No... I save the number Laras the same siva but no cement" Alana began to look for other reasons. A little evil anyway, but indeed some contacts on his cellphone he keeps just because he just knows, and if met would not greet each other.

"Oohs.. That's..." Arkan added with a mischievous smile.

"Temenan is also not what ra... Although this is how he is originally good" said Ananta who even defended arkan.

"Idih nenggak" said arkan and Alana almost together. Ananta started laughing hearing that.

"I'm not that good" he said in a low voice.

"I don't want to be with him" continued Alana explained her sentence with a different meaning.

"Yes-yes... I hunted after eating it. Then go home." Ananta mediates two children who are now staring intently at each other.

Rather than a friend, it felt like he was more like a big brother who suddenly had two adorable sisters. Um even though this one is more to... boyfriend?
