Chapter 9's

Since my return, all I've done is eat and sleep. At first I thought about traveling in Korea, but in the end I was too lazy to leave the house. Some of my friends are still busy at work, so we have not been able to determine when we will meet.

It felt like a slacker, I didn't even think of writing a song. But that morning I decided to get up early, there was someone to see.

"You awake?" ask Juno

"I have to go somewhere" I replied

"Is that? Um.. Here" Juno handed me a car key that morning.

"Ahh no need, I'm more comfortable with public transportation. I don't even know the direction of the road because I'm used to buses and trains" I refused the offered car.

"Use GPS, until when you don't want to learn how to navigate the road. You'll stay a long time this time" Juno forced.

Because of the difficult life I rely more on public transportation such as buses and trains at low prices. But since Juno was successful with his work, he started collecting good cars. But I was never interested, it was easier on the bus I thought. I just need to wait until my destination station and get off peacefully.

But this time, Juno was right. At least I should try to understand the streets in Seoul, at least some of the roads I will often go through.

"Who are you meeting?" ask Juno

"Mark" I answered

Juno frowned "Isn't he in the military?" ask Juno

Mark was one of my best friends, our unusual encounter made our relationship quite complex at the beginning.

At the time of High School I had taken part time during summer vacation, I decided to work in a mini market near home. Not because I'm short of money, but because I'm bored. Juno is serving his mandatory military service. So I look for other activities on my day off.

One day a thickly dressed man and sunglasses walked into the minimarket where I worked. I immediately looked out the glass, making sure it was night. This man is very suspicious why he wears sunglasses at night. He was blind, I thought. As if to know noticed the man approached me and said "You know me?"

I said no, but I answered "Who are you" instead"

This man seemed to not believe what I said, took off his glasses and said "Don't lie boy, if you don't know me why keep looking at me" he asked

I'm tired of this crazy guy answering "I'm looking at me because you're suspicious, you're wearing sunglasses at night, I guess you're blind. I don't know you" I replied

His face changed, immediately following me, "You really don't know me" he asked again

"Do you know me" I'm already getting upset with this guy.

"Of course not, you just.." I haven't been able to continue saying that I cut and said "Of course I don't know you either, if you don't want to buy please get out of this" I said.

The next day this guy comes in again at the same hour and says "I'm Mark of the Heal band, you know me now?" tannya

"Who is this fool. Is she seleb? I'm not sure I've ever seen him, even if he's so relaxed why tell me" I thought

"I'm sorry, I rarely watch TV" I replied

"You're not surprised, I'm the bass player in my band, we even showed up at the year-end event" he explained excitedly.

"Then what? My brother is even a singer" my frog again in heart.

"Wahh celebrity" my frog pretends to be spirited. Mark who was surprised by my attitude immediately left the store tonight.

"Bas crazy, you'd be even more surprised to know who I am, damn it" I said

Who would have thought that a week later Mark showed up at the store again and asked me to be his friend, "Let's be friends, I've been thinking for a long time, you're the first kid who doesn't know me. It would be a blow if we were friends"

I looked at Mark with a face that listed "Sorry I'm not interested, I'll stop working six more days, I don't have time to play with you" I replied

"I'm asking you to be friends, not play" he said. He looked serious about what he said.

Our relationship is getting closer, I also often tell Mark my days. Even I told him who my brother was, he was really surprised to find out that I was Juno's full sister, "It's only fitting that you were so, it turns out that your brother was the famous Juno".

Mark is the second person to know the real reason why I parted ways with Luke. Instead of being comforted, he was angry because I kept crying "Don't cry for a jerk like him. Your tears don't deserve to fall for someone like that" he said.

Late last year Mark started his mandatory military service, I'm going to visit him for the first time today.

After the breakfast with Juno was over, I started to improve myself and went down to the basement "This key is for which car one" I said

Too many cars, this is all Juno's. I hope not.

Finally I found a car at the end of the basement, I didn't understand the types of cars but this looks pretty fancy, I thought.

I drove out of Juno's apartment building, the building was in an elite comrade. I'm not too comfortable with all this, I said.

It took me eighty minutes to get to Mark's base of work, I parked the car and quietly got into the building. Register and wait patiently.

Not long after a well-built man appeared before me, he asked the officer who had come to visit him. I immediately stood up, and laughed to see Mark dressed in an army and having a pouty hair.

"Yes." cried Mark, quite surprised by my presence, I approached him and hugged him. Mark returned my arms so happy to meet Mark.

We sat down where we had been provided, everyone started glancing at us.

"When am I back?" ask Mark

"About a week ago" I replied

"You still can't forget it?"

"I'm trying, it's not stupid easy" I said again

"Until when you're gonna be here"

"I don't know. Sam told me to go on vacation because I couldn't do well"

"Let's stay longer, you'll feel good here. I can't keep you company now, but when I get off next month, I'll keep you company" Mark promised.

My relationship with Mark has gone on like family. He doesn't even care when people gossip about us. There was a time when he was in NY on vacation he posted photos of the two of us, and wrote "my most beloved friend" from then on his fans got to know me. Of course it's uncomfortable for me, not uncomfortable being known as Mark's friend. But I'm not comfortable if anyone knows I'm Juno's sister.

Mark who keeps looking at me makes me uncomfortable "What" I asked.

"You look pathetic" he said

"Bad you" I mean

"You don't care about Luke, don't mention or talk about him anymore. Go find new friends and date some guys" she says

"Well, I thought that since entering the military you would turn into a grown man and a wise man, it turned out to be the same" I replied

Mark started glancing at his watch, I understood it was time his visit was over. He should be back now.

"Who are you coming with?" tannya

"alone. I drove the car here" I replied

"You? A car?"

"What makes you so surprised" I asked

"Both. Joa, I have to go back. Sorry I couldn't take you out. Be careful on the road, see you next month" Mark said he hurriedly hugged me and ran out of the huddle.
