8 To 4: The Mayor's Contract Wife
Weekend Tasks

After confirming to Abdi that the schedule of Wira on Saturday and week was very crowded, then that night, Ajeng decided to go alone to a village in the northern coastal area of Carang Sewu City. He received references from traders in the market and employees at the city government office where Wira and his wife worked. He did not regret believing their story at all because the beach in Karangan Village was very beautiful even at night.

Ajeng walks to look for lodging and finds an old inn that looks unique and interesting in Ajeng's eyes. The old inn was named Sudi Minting, located not far from the beach and facing directly to the beach, the majority of the buildings are made of wood including walls and floors so it feels like being in a comfortable and soothing luxury cabin.

Ajeng enters the inn Sudi Stop by and is greeted by an old grandfather at the reception desk. The inn looks quiet even though the words of the people who asked in the streets are full.

“Good night, Cake. Are there any empty rooms?” tanya Ajeng is friendly.

The old grandfather only stared at Ajeng for a moment then shook his head.

“Is there really no other place for me tonight? I've been around a few places and everything is full.” Rayu Ajeng does not want to give up just like that. He loved the mysterious inn.

Ajeng thrust out his marriage book and the old man only read a glance. The old man then put on his glasses and read again the writing in Ajeng's marriage book, then glanced back at Ajeng and re-read the personal data in Ajeng's marriage book again.

The man shook his head so Ajeng guessed that there were really no more empty rooms in the inn. Ajeng crouched down to pick up his backpack lying on the floor and accidentally a ring he was clad in necked out. When Ajeng again stood in front of the reception desk to say goodbye, the look on the old man's face suddenly changed. Between shock or fear it is difficult to translate.

“Then I excuse you, Sir.”

“Wait!” the old man looked at Ajeng's face closely. “There is still one room you can rent.”

Ajeng soared in excitement. He repeatedly thanked the old man. While waiting for the grandfather to prepare a room for him, Ajeng sat in the lobby and saw several people milling in and out of the inn. there wasn't much else Ajeng thought about that place and the people who were there. All that is in his head is to enjoy the beauty of nature freely.

Suddenly an old woman stood beside Ajeng and surprised the dreamy girl.

“Attack! Grandma didn't say it was here anyway? I'll be surprised.” Gerutu Ajeng's.

“Sorry Den Ayu, the room is ready.” Said the grandmother.

“Call Ajeng aja Nek! My name is Ajeng not Ayu.”

Ajeng get a large room that is clean and comfortable. The room has glass windows overlooking the beach and the bathroom of her father's favorite coconut shell. Somehow Ajeng felt very familiar with the place and he really felt comfortable living there.

Geck..Geck...

The old grandmother returned with a tray of warm food and drinks specially formulated using spices as she used to drink when her father visited Bandar Sri Begawan.

“Please enjoy, Den Ayu!”

“Thank you, Grandma. But I'm still full. It's better for grandma to eat this food, baby if thrown away.” Refuse the subtle Ajeng.

But instead of being angry or offended, the old Grandma smiled and said, “Den Ayu take it easy! Tomorrow morning I'll make you a better meal than this.”

“Still yes, Grandma. I'll drink the wedang.” Ajeng said while taking a drink glass in the tray that the old grandmother brought.

That night Wira arrived at her house late at night. He came to Ajeng's room but the girl was not in his room. Wira opened her phone and read a text from Ajeng that she had not read earlier.

(I go to Karangan until Sunday.)

The hero sighed, went back to his room, took a bath and tried to sleep. Since Ajeng's arrival, Wira never again had trouble sleeping. But somehow, that night Wira again could not sleep despite many times trying to sleep.

He decided to get up and take a short walk on the porch. He saw a newspaper that was torn on the floor. Wira picked it up and read the title of the article. He smiled imagining that it was Ajeng who threw away and trampled the article.

Wira reopens her phone, intending to contact Ajeng but immediately disengages her intention once the clock has shown at one in the morning. Because he had already opened the phone, Wira checked the schedule of activities that Abdi sent by text to him this morning. He tapped his finger at the table while weighing something. After deciding, Wira immediately got up from her seat and went into the room to pack.
