Eps 93 - Arfan's

Arfan who just got out of his chair accidentally nudged a photo of Elnaz on his desk until he fell. Arfan immediately took it and he clucked irritated because of the broken picture frame of Elnaz, after putting the photo to its original place. Arfan rushes out of his room because all his tasks are done, Arfan intends to go home because he thinks of Elnaz. What else after Elnaz told her that if the Elnaz family was now in their house, Arfan knew, where Elnaz and Elsa were together then there would be a lot of drama.

As Arfan was about to enter his car, he saw an ambulance coming. Arfan ignored it until he realized something, which came out of the ambulance was his in-laws. Then the one that was followed up with the medics who brought someone down in the gurney.

Arfan immediately ran to see who they were carrying, and Arfan was immediately stunned when he saw his wife who was lying in the gurney with her head and some of her clothes were covered in blood.

"Elnaz.." cried Arfan hysterically then.

The doctor who handled Elnaz immediately pushed Elnaz's banker as well as Arfan and his in-laws, before long Elsa who took a taxi came following by running. Arfan saw Elsa's shirt also covered in blood. All wild feelings and thoughts raged in his head.

"El, Honey..."

Arfan tried to build his wife with his voice shaking, Elnaz's hands were so cold and his face was very pale.

"Darling, what's going on?"

"El, what's wrong with you?"

"Let's get up...."

"Elnaz why? ' asked Arfan to his in-laws, for he must know what happened to his wife so that he could take appropriate action to deal with Elnaz.

Mr. Malik looked at Arfan, Mr. Malik had told the doctor who picked up Elnaz with an ambulance that Elnaz fell down the stairs. But Arfan like her wanted to know that answer directly from her in-laws.

"Elnaz why, Pa?" ask Arfan again.

"Fall down the stairs, Fan" replied Mr. Malik, who caused Arfan to go into shock.

"Darling..."

"Why did you fall?"

"Darling, let's get up"

Arfan kept whining until they got to the front of the ER room . While both of Elnaz's parents can only cry and cannot say anything, so can Elsa.

He was terrified now, afraid something might happen to Elnaz and afraid he would be blamed.

When the Doctor took her to the ER room, Arfan was about to enter but the Doctor forbade her.

"I'm also a doctor, I want to take care of my wife" Arfan said. The doctor and the nurse looked at each other, from the emotional condition of Arfan made them feel impossible Arfan handled the patient as much as possible.

"I have to save my wife" said Arfan again and finally Arfan was allowed in.

In the ER room, Elnaz was directly handled by the doctor who assisted the nurse, clothing Elnaz directly in the scissors as well as her hijab.

"The patient must be immediately in surgery, the wound on his head is quite severe." said the doctor and Arfan who also certainly know it can only be admired agree.

"Doctor Arfan, you'd better not take care of the patient"

"But she's my wife." cried Arfan.

Arfan looked at his wife's face and then he convinced himself that his wife would be fine.

"We're going to do this operation, doctor"

Elsa and her parents can only wait with all sorts of chaotic feelings.

While in the Operating Room, Arfan and the Doctor and Sister are dealing with Elnaz who has a very severe injury to his head, Arfan is trying his best to stay focused on this operation, and he tried his best to save his wife.

A few hours passed, Elsa just silently silent while leaning on her mother's shoulder, while Mr. Malik also silent a thousand languages. What else when he remembered the condition of Elnaz earlier. Mr. Malik is worried about the safety of his youngest daughter what else when Elsa keeps saying she accidentally did her.

Mr. Malik understood that all this happened because of his eldest son. Fear and anxiety now controlled his heart.

The operation has gone smoothly, and Elnaz will soon be moved to intensive space because of his unstable condition.

Arfan went to his in-laws to tell Elnaz the situation, when Arfan said the Elnaz operation was going well, they all breathed a sigh of relief.

"But that doesn't mean Elnaz is okay" Arfan said later, sitting limp next to his father-in-law.

"What's really going on? Why did Elnaz fall down the stairs?" arfan asked as he glanced at his wife's family suspiciously. Mr. Malik is afraid that Arfan is angry with Elsa, he has opened his mouth to say that Elnaz fell alone but for fear Elsa admitted it was because of him.

"I... I didn't do it on purpose, Fan.." said Elsa trembling which of course immediately made Arfan look full of anger at Elsa.

"So you pushed him? Or what?" arfan shouted while standing up. Makes Elsa even more scared.

"Fan, i... I.." Elsa's brick-styled speech had to be cut because Arfan who arrived pulled Elsa's clothes, cornered Elsa to the wall and immediately strangled her. Making both parents Elsa scream hysterically, and trying her hardest to keep Elsa away from Arfan.

"Arfan, release Elsa!!!" mr. Malik shouted while trying to pull Arfan but Arfan still strangled Elsa, making Elsa's entire face reddened, her eyes were watery. Elsa had even trouble breathing and she could only stare at Arfan so hard. Hope Arfan didn't kill him.

"You want to kill my wife and kids huh?" arfan shouted which made Bu Isna and Mr. Malik stunned.

"A.. The kid?" lirih Park Malik's.

"Elsa's pregnant?" ask Ms. Isna.

Arfan still looks so angry but he has released Elsa, making Elsa immediately fall down and coughed coughed. Elsa tried to breathe as much air as her to fill her pulmonary cavity. Elsa thinks even Arfan would really kill her.

While Arfan stared at the nyalang Elsa who is now directly embraced by her mother, while Mr. Malik once again can only grieve what else after he saw the anger of Arfan who almost made Elsa lose her life.

"8 stitches to Elnaz's head, his neck broken and his right leg broken, Elsa. You have to pay for all that Elsa. What else if something happens to my future child, you're in my hands" hissing Arfan then he left his wife's family with anger still overflowing at Elsa and anxiety so deep to Elnaz.

Arfan even realized that Elnaz was pregnant in this condition, now Arfan understands what makes Elnaz so sensitive later.

Arfan even almost fainted when he learned the fact of his wife's pregnancy, but Arfan was also very grateful because the content of Elnaz was fine even though Elnaz had to be seriously injured.

Arfan does suspect Elnaz did not fall alone, because the head of the back of Elnaz was seriously injured. Which means Elnaz fell backwards, either he was pulled from below while climbing the stairs, or he was pushed from the front while on the stairs. And as far as Arfan knew, Elnaz was always careful when he climbed the stairs so there was no way Elnaz fell slipping with such a severe wound. Especially after remembering the message of Elnaz who said that his family at home and his Papa forced Elsa home and so on. Makes Arfan think there might be a feud as usual.
