Eps 24 - What Should I Do?

Elnaz follows Arfan to the hospital where Arfan will work, Arfan introduces Elnaz with some of his acquaintances there and also a beautiful nurse who continues to steal the eyes of Arfan. At least that's what Elnaz thinks, the nurse named Sister Jessy continues to glance at Arfan who does look very handsome in his Doctor's suit.

"I've heard a lot about you, Dr. Arfan. Among the Doctors, you are famous for your good looks and sense of responsibility that is so great" Sister Jessy praised.

Elnaz noticed Sister Jessy's performance from top to bottom, which made her swipe was her skirt that was above her knees and she posed as if she wanted to show off her smooth thighs, make her skirt more uplifted.

Elnaz immediately grabbed Arfan's possessive arm.

"Sir Arfan is indeed very handsome and the type of man who is very responsible" replied Elnaz ketus.

"Yes, Deck. That's why we're all so happy because of Dr. Arfan joined this hospital" Sister Jessy said, upsetting Elnaz.

"Where is Arfan's room? There yuk.." invited Elnaz even he immediately pulled Arfan by force.

"Wait a minute." exclaimed Sister Jessy and chased them "Dr. Arfan, how about we have lunch together? Near here there is a restaurant that has just opened, typical cuisine of the field. Not Dr. Arfan really likes the pasture food?" sister Jessy asked by showing off her neat white teeth.

"That's an idea..."

"Sir Arfan wants to eat at home" between Elnaz did not let Arfan talk, Arfan glanced at Elnaz, raise his eyebrows and he seemed to smell jealous.

"But pasture cuisine is delicious, Dek. Isn't that what you like? We will eat there anyway" said Arfan who made Elnaz frown.

"Yes, we'll be there together. This afternoon my task is also done" Sister Jessy replied happily.

After sister Jessy left, Elnaz immediately glared at Arfan.

"Sir Arfan why would he want to be invited by him? Does Arfan like those sexy sisters?" accuse Elnaz but Arfan instead responds with a thin smile then he rushes to his room.

"Sir Arfan.." cried Elnaz while running after Arfan.

" What the hell, Dek? Mending you sit sweet here, brother still there needs to be the same hospital manager. Maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow you will start active duty" said Arfan while pushing Elnaz to sit in his chair, while Arfan himself went to see his hospital manager.

During the day, Arfan, Jessie and Elnaz actually visited the typical restaurant of the field.

Elnaz continued to hold Arfan's hand as if afraid of Arfan disappearing, while Arfan was busy continuing to chat with Sister Jessy who said the sexy nun Elnaz. They talked about a lot of things when Arfan said he was only familiar with Sister Jessy who is a friend of his friend.

They sat at a table by the window, and Sister Jessy sat right in front of Arfan while Elnaz was next to Arfan.

"Sister Arfan, Aunt Jessy.." exclaimed Elnaz who made Jessy glare because he was instead called Aunt "Had been chatting, not good to talk while eating" said Elnaz annoyed.

Arfan just smiled and nodded.

When their order came, they really ate in silence, because when Sister Jessy was about to start a chat. Elnaz always interrupts her, as she is today, when Sister Jessy asks Arfan for an address.

"Who knows I'll be able to visit your house later, Doc"

"Sshhttt, said the grandmother if talking while eating later I will turn" cried Elnaz who made Arfan smile amusedly.

"Sister, El to the back first" said Elnaz when he arrived he felt a pee. Arfan just nodded and still enjoyed his meal.

"Your wife is really funny, Fan. Looking from afar, you are like brothers. But up close like this, it seems like she's jealous and possessive. Was she really like that long ago or just when her status changed to your wife?" sister Jessy said that made Arfan laugh.

"Counseling is not compulsion, Fan. It's just an encouragement, like you, I'm sure you already know what you have to do but aren't sure yet to take that step. And a Counsellor gives you awareness and encouragement, supporting you that step should be taken. And as for Elsa, she gave you to Elnaz herself and you chose Elnaz. He doesn't have to feel guilty for anyone, you're the one who should feel guilty for that little girl"

"I know, but Elnaz was a teenager. His mind is not there yet, he is still naive and unstable. I can't force him and I'll follow his mind, I'm sure, someday he knows what he has to do. And yes, I do feel very guilty about her, because that's why I won't force anything on her"

Sister Jessy who is actually Liam's boyfriend just nodded in understanding.

While Elnaz who was in the bathroom accidentally listened to the conversation of two women who one of them was crying a mouthful.

"I don't think I love him, we can be friends. What else is our marriage because of matchmaking, so we agreed not to impose our feelings. But it made her fall in love with another woman, and it hurt me so much" said the woman, who grimaced Elnaz, what else does that woman like her really feel heartbroken.

"Here you go, maybe he's not your soul mate. You forget about her, and focus on your own life after your divorce" said the other woman.

"How can I live my life? For 6 months we were always together, even living in the same room even though we never had sex. I've been very comfortable with her and I'd like to have her during her"

"Indeed it's always like that, we'll know how valuable a person is when he's gone"

"But why doesn't he love me too? Why does he love another woman?"

"Well how else? You always say that you can be friends and wait for the feeling of love to come by itself"

"Hiks... Hix... It hurts my heart"

Elnaz shuddered in horror at the outpouring of the heart of the heartbroken woman.

When Elnaz came out of the bathroom, he washed his hands in the sink and glanced at the woman who was still crying.

Elnaz felt pity and suddenly he remembered himself. Didn't he and Arfan just think of each other as brother and sister?

What if Arfan falls in love with another woman one day and then Elnaz realizes that he loves Arfan as a couple?

Don't think about it someday, see now that sexy Sister looks so familiar with Arfan?

And her own sister, Elsa. He is still in love with Arfan and they have been in love for 8 years. Surely Arfan still has love for Elsa right? And it must have been easy for Elsa to take Arfan back.

Elnaz continued walking while daydreaming, even until he returned to his desk. What if he breaks his heart like that woman?

"Sir..."

"El..."

"Princess..."

Arfan waved his hand in front of the still daydreaming face of Elnaz.

"Eh, yeah, why, brother?" ask Elnaz.

"Let's finish your meal, after this we go home" said Arfan and Elnaz shook his head, his appetite was gone because he thought about what if he was heartbroken.

"Wrap it up, baby, right?" asked Arfan and Elnaz just nodded.

"Grandma, what should El do? Waiting for the feeling of love to come by itself or creating that feeling of love to come soon? Before it's too late?"
