Eps 38 - The Ex

Elnaz could sense something was different with his sister Arfan late this time, he became more aggressive while kissing Elnaz. What's more is now countless times Arfan always kissed Elnaz so demanding and passionate, even making Elnaz sometimes unable to breathe. Arfan seemed to have no bored of kissing his wife's lips, not only at home but also in the hospital when Elnaz brought her husband's lunch. What else before going to bed, Arfan's hugs and kisses are really getting different.

"Sir Elsa.."" cried Elnaz in disbelief.

"Hi, El.." said Elsa and she immediately hugged her sister while Elnaz just stood there pecking because she was still surprised by Elsa's arrival "You're home alone?" ask Elsa while breaking her embrace.

"Yes, Brother Arfan is still working" replied Elnaz and Elsa nodded in understanding.

"You've changed a lot, Deck. It was only a few months that I didn't see you" Elsa said later. While Elnaz only smiled faintly "May I come in? However, I will still be your brother, El" exclaimed Elsa later because Elnaz did not allow her to enter.

"By, Brother. Please come in.." said Elnaz while opening the door wider.

"Grandma nitip by by by for you, El. Brother also brought by by when from Japan" exclaimed Elsa then she sat on a long sofa in the living room. Elsa put three paper bags on the table "This is all for you Arfan" he continued. Elnaz who still felt awkward in front of his sister was back just to sing a thin smile, what else considering how their last meeting was when Elsa slapped her. That memory made Elnaz uncomfortable with his older brother at this time.

"Thank you" said Elnaz.

Elsa looks at the house and she again looks sad, because this house is the future plan of Elsa and Arfan. Even Arfan asked Elsa's opinion to buy this house, asking whether Elsa liked it or not.

"If I don't like it, will you find another house?" ask Elsa.

"Of course, because the house I'm going to buy will be your house later. You'll take care of it and occupy it, so it's up to you, honey"

"You like this house, El?" asked Elsa then as she stood up and walked down the house.

"Yes" replied Elnaz and followed his older brother.

"This house is very comfortable, El. Arfan asked me to choose between this house or the one across the hotel, but I chose this because it felt more comfortable" Elsa said lightly without thinking about Elnaz's feelings, and of course, Elnaz felt uncomfortable hearing Elsa's narration that still brings up her past with Arfan.

"The master room is quite big right?" elsa asked again and Elnaz just nodded slowly, Elsa was currently climbing the stairs towards the second floor and Elnaz was still following her sister "I chose this house too because the master room was bigger than the one, you know for yourself I don't like it when the room is narrow" said Elsa again and now Elnaz felt increasingly uncomfortable, what else is Elsa in front of Arfan and Elnaz's room and she was about to open the room but thankfully it stopped when the sound of a horn came from the front.

"Sir Arfan has come home." exclaimed Elnaz and he immediately ran a small run down the stairs to welcome Arfan's arrival while Elsa followed him on a leisurely walk, Elnaz saw Arfan who had entered the house.

"Darling, why is the door open?" asked Arfan and he looked worried, then Arfan kissed the corner of Elnaz's lips and wrapped his arms around the wife's slender waist "Sister Kangen, dear" arfan exclaimed in between his kisses later and he was still unaware of Elsa's presence.

"Sir, there is Brother Elsa." - Elnaz said after Arfan released his kiss.

Arfan looked a little surprised and he turned his head without letting go of his arm around Elnaz's waist.

"Hi, Fan.." greeted Elsa with a faint smile that seemed forced. He could not deny, his heart still loved Arfan and he felt so jealous to see Elnaz get everything. What else saw how Arfan treated Elnaz, so affectionate and sweet.

"It's been a while, Sa?" asked Arfan with his flat expression.

"No, just now" exclaimed Elsa then "Oh yeah, why haven't you been replying to my message all this time, Fan? You must be very busy, right? I also called you earlier, I thought you could pick me up at the airport" asked Elsa, then Elnaz looked at her husband with a question mark. Arfan answered Elnaz's gaze with a smile and his embrace tightened. As if he said it was nothing.

"Yes, I'm very busy in the hospital. While after the hospital, I was busy with Elnaz" Arfan exclaimed.

"Busic with Elnaz?" ask Elsa.

"Yes, Elnaz wants to continue his studies right. So we are busy choosing which campus my wife likes" Arfan said.

"Oh yeah, how's the house guy doing?" ask Arfan then.

"They're fine" replied Elsa while watching Arfan who had not let go of Elnaz at all, both bodies continue to stick like a magnet and it makes Elsa's heart feel claustrophobic will be jealous "I said goodbye, and I was in Jakarta a long time ago. I'm offered some work here, if you're not busy. Maybe we can walk later" said Elsa but Arfan and Elnaz did not answer. They smiled and carried Elsa forward.
