Epis. 19 Arrival of the Donny family (revision)

“Why don't you tell me that Mr. Donny Adriano is your husband”, Fiona can't wait to hear Mia's story. Although he knew that Mia was married because she was married, but he did not expect that his boss would marry his best friend.

“Is she evil with you, likes to play hands?”, not yet Mia answered her first question, Fiona again asked.

“His flashbacks, Fi”, gentle Flex on Fiona. Mia nodded her head looking at Alex in agreement.

“Ya already, dong” replied, Fiona is really impatient. Not because of the kepo, he just didn't want Mia to suffer and get hurt while he didn't know anything like that back then.

“First, I did not know that he was your boss”, Mia replied at last. “Secondly, Donny mas well, that night just misunderstood”, he explained again.

“Has good as she looks so rich, it turns out her boss Oliver Group”, Mia chuckles, all this time she never found out who her husband is, she only knows his name but does not know who he really is. He also only knows that Om Johan, his father's best friend who is none other than Donny's father is rich, but also does not know that it turns out to be very rich.

Mia doesn't know that Fiona has been looking forward to the day she meets her best friend. Although they communicate every day through short messages, Fiona still wants to hear directly from Mia's mouth.

“Mr Donny is indeed a friendly person, not arrogant and arrogant”, said Alex. “that makes me feel at home working with him”, he continued to make Mia nod her head.

Unlike Alex, who praised Donny, Fiona stared fixedly at Mia, as if looking for something in her eyes. “Mi..”, Fiona clasped Mia's hand, as if to tell her something. Mia understood Fiona's intentions.

“Mas Donny has a girlfriend, and they love each other, Fi”, as if answering what is in the mind of his best friend.

“I also still can not open my heart to anyone”, he continued to put his free hand on the back of Fiona's hand that was holding her other hand and then smiled looking at Fiona, Fiona, as if to convince her best friend that she will not fall in love with her own husband.

“Asaan anyway, how so melow”, reprimanded Alex who saw the two women in front of him were clutching each other in addition with a sad face Fiona.

“Ihh... Who else is melow”, Fiona and Mia let go of each other's hands while smiling, Alex chuckles at her. They then enjoy their respective orders and tell stories about spare change that makes them laugh without caring about the people who glance at them.

The day was getting late, telling stories with people who loved her sometimes made Mia forget her identity that she was a wife. But she never did things that a wife would do, such as preparing work clothes and breakfast for her husband or picking up her husband at the door when he came home from work. It was done by Ms. Mira, the senior servant in the house. Donny also never demanded that he do it all.

This time Alex drove Mia to the main door of Donny's house after she had dropped Fiona first. There is nothing more Mia needs to hide, her two best friends already know who her husband is.   

“Thank you”, said Mia after Bu Mira opened the door for her.  Mia was shocked when she saw Donny standing on the balcony of their room. Mia throws her bag and approaches her husband.

From the top of the balcony of his room, can be seen clearly the terrace of the large house in front of the main door. That means maybe Donny saw her coming home with Alex. Mia looked at the direction of her husband's gaze that seemed to be where Alex's car stopped and lowered her, then looked back at her husband.

“Mas Donny again see what?”, Donny seems to have realized his presence since earlier, the proof is Donny is not surprised to hear his voice.

Donny took a deep breath. “Who's taking you?”, he asked with a gaze that was still in place.

“Alex”, Mia replied casually. “He said his manager Fiona Di OLV Group”, Donny nodded slowly.

“Other times you can ask Leo or Al to drop you off wherever you want to go, no need to trouble others”. Donny was still standing in his place and his gaze was still not sidetracked. Mia scrunched her forehead feeling something strange, according to her man who became her husband never forbid her to go anywhere and with anyone. Like what was in their agreement. And who was it, Alfandi. It is better for him to ride an online motorcycle or public transportation than to have to ask help from the insolent man.

Unanswered, Donny finally turned his eyes away. He raised his eyebrows next to his wife's answer. “Ehmm...”, Mia nodded her head even though in her heart she would never do it.

Although Donny is very kind to her, he also knows himself enough not to bother the people around Donny. However all this was only temporary, he just did not want to get used to it.

At dinner time, Donny and Mia were walking towards the dining room after Ms. Mira called them earlier.

“Goodnight kids papa”. Donny smiled at the sight of his parents and brother already sitting at the dining table. While Mia, her steps came to a halt staring in surprise at the people before her.

“Why didn't you come?” ask Donny.

“Intentionally want to surprise you for you”, replied Karina Donny's older sister. “This must be Mia”, Karina stood up to Mia who was still glued in place.

“I Karina, brother-in-law kamu”, Karina smiled and hugged her sister-in-law and pulled her hand to take her to sit next to Donny.

“When you guys got married I did not have time to come, because Raul was very busy at that time”. Karina was not present at her sister's wedding because her husband was very busy at that time, and she could not bear to leave her husband who owned several restaurants in Spain.

Mia simply nodded with a smile, her lips still stiff to speak. She does always feel awkward with new people, and this is Donny's family, the girl is confused how to behave. Moreover, the unfriendly look that her mother-in-law showed made her feel very uncomfortable.
