"All right." Anggara pulled the phone out of his suit pocket, he wanted to contact the Doctor but unexpectedly his phone rang before his screen was touched.
"Hello." replied Anggara with a flat face.
"Radit says Zahira sprained, is she okay?" apparently David.
Anggara took a deeper breath and immediately threw it away. 'It turns out the boy had complained to his parents.'
"He's not -"
"It hurts!" rengek Zahira halts Anggara talks.
"He's still in pain!" David across there was worried.
Anggara immediately ended his cell phone call, he could not bear to hear Zahira's whining even though he knew the pain was not that bad.
"Which one hurts?" anggara still doesn't look warm.
"This one." her pointy finger stretched out and touched the ankle.
Inevitably Anggara stroked him, but his face did not look at Zahira, of course it made Zahira more curious, he was upset once still did not succeed in seducing Anggara.
"Zahira?" the call was heard from the front door of their room which was slightly open.
"Come in." Anggara replied, he knew that David and Ayu were coming. 'so soon they arrived.' he murmured inwardly.
"Father!" call Zahira a little spoiled.
"You all right? Papa was worried to hear your voice say sick." David approached Zahira.
"We'll go to the doctor if it still hurts, baby." Ayu sat down near Zahira.
"No, just let it still hurt" she replied with her face bent, her red lips pursed again.
David and Ayu looked at each other for a moment, they were talking through the eyes. David glanced at Anggara who was leaning against the wall with his eyes unwilling to look at Zahira, the man's face was also not as bright as usual with his two eyebrows as if he wanted to clash.
Ayu understood with David's intention, she also glanced at her daughter, her face was more in the bend, not bright as usual, even she had not shown her beautiful dimples since a few minutes ago, that's really unusual.
"Papa wants to go downstairs for a second, there's something Papa wants to talk to your husband about." David got up from his seat, his right hand rubbing Zahira's head.
"But Papa! Huuu hu - hu." Zahira is increasingly disappointed Anggara will come out with David, while he wants to be noticed by the adult man, he sobbed but did not shed tears.
David gaping made it, not usually Zahira like that.
"There's Mama here." Ayu grabbed Zahira's leg and massaged her a little, the white woman smiling happily could come back to love Zahira like she used to. He really misses moments like this and lets his daughter whine.
"I miss Mama" she said after the two of them, but her lips were still pursed.
"Of course Mama misses you more dear." Ayu stroked Zahira's cheek, then she grabbed the slightly fat body into her arms.
"I'm five months pregnant, but it feels like moving I find it difficult" Zahira said, leaning her head against Ayu's chest.
"Prophey, there's only four months left. Frequent light exercise, a lot of movement such as walking, or doing home activities that are not too heavy, it will make you healthy." Ayu smiled gently, her hands rubbed Zahira's head.
"You guys got into a fight?" ask David to his old friend and daughter-in-law.
"No." Anggara replied still looking annoyed.
"If it's not why she became like that, my daughter has never been like that." David sat on the family room couch.
"No, I'm not fighting with him" Anggara replied again.
"Or you're jealous" asked David, staring in full search.
Anggara looked at David a little, then he leaned back on the big sofa next to David's couch.
David shook his head. "You're jealous because Radit's holding Zahira's body back when she's about to fall?" ask David again.
"He complained to you, of course I was upset, they were too close, even looking like they were hugging." Anggara finally replied.
But instead David laughed out loud, the man really felt funny with Anggara's reply. David laughed and let out tears.
"You think it's funny." Anggara stared disliked.
"No, just I'm remembering something." David paused for a moment to dispel his unusual laughter. "When you were building a big hotel not far from Ayu's company, you also helped Reva who slipped along with you. You hold his body until it looks like you are hugging, it makes Aldo and Reva quarrel, angry, jealous to express to his wife. And now you're experiencing it! Does it taste good?" David laughed again, holding his stomach.
"What's that bad?" ask Anggara to know.
"Of course, you were so young like Radit, Aldo was so upset with you. Whether upset or jealous, of course he feels rivaled by younger men. He even worked with a reddened and chaotic face, but eventually he came home and regretted his behavior, and it turned out that his wife was asleep. It made it hard for my best friend to close his eyes all night just staring at his wife's face with a myriad of regrets." David chuckled, but there was sadness in there. He longed for those times, but really he only had Zahira as a penitentiary miss with his best friend and his adopted wife.
"I'm receiving my karma" Anggara replied, smiling a little.
"That's how life is, even what we accidentally do still gets in return." David's heart was claustrophobic with a bit of that past story.
"And I really feel like I'm enjoying being someone else, what should I be?" Anggara thinks.
"Not really, just that as a lesson to us. Man will not realize what his faults are if they are not rebuked in the same way."
"I'm up for a minute." Anggara moved from his seat, but David held back.
"Three more days Laura's DNA results will come out, I hope they get a reply without exception" David said as he stood up.
"Did Radit tell you?" anggara looked at David.
"Of course, he's learning to be a grown man. My son's pity is the victim of a mistake." David told me a little bit of his sadness.
"I knew. But I'm sorry, I didn't mean to go along with hurting your son." Anggara said.
"I didn't mean it that way. I believe you can make Zahira happy, and I see that she needs you the most." David smiled.
Anggara passed to his room and it turned out that Ayu had gone down the stairs following David.
The man went straight in and, seeing Zahira was sleeping soundly with her hair unraveling on the pillow. It seems that Ayu had already stroked her soft hair to sleep.
"Darling." call Anggara looking at you, he should not behave so, even his age is no longer young. But jealousy does not know age, just like love, Anggara really loves him.
