Part 42's

Syeilla was sitting quietly in a garden chair near her home. He looked up at the sky with his sweet gaze and closed his eyes for a moment. Various kinds of footage of his life appeared like a cinema and when the times were bitter. Her tears involuntarily dripped slowly.

She recalled Zia saying the other day about her current condition, she must be ready with all the possibilities that will happen to her even if it means leaving her husband forever.

Zia immediately met Syeilla in a hospital cafeteria. He even left his important meeting for the sake of Sheilla until Ariel hassles himself made.

"Syeilla.." she cried as she waved her hand, with a warm smile on her face.

"It's been a long time." asked Zia as she hugged Sheilla then let go of her embrace and sat down in her chair.

"What's wrong?" zia asked as she looked at the agitated look of Syeilla who was looking at her doubtfully.

"I think the tumor's back showing symptoms."

"How can. Have you had a lot of thoughts all this time.?

"No Zia I even forgot how to think hard." kekeh Sheilla slipped her joke but Zia is still Zia.

"We're going to go back to the examination" Zia and Meyeret Syeilla said to a room.

"What's a man's wife doing here?" ask Elka with a prank.

"Elka we have to check on Syeilla it seems like something is wrong" whispered Zia but could still be heard by Sheilla. The face of Elka who was ignorant now immediately turned serious.

"Let's go in Shei." Syeilla followed her second step from behind until she reached the CT scan room.

"Zia immediately told Syeilla to lie down on a table placed on a CT scanner, a tool shaped like a giant donut. Syeilla's head was placed inside the scanner. After that he came out and joined Elka. whereas Elka immediately prepared the equipment. After Syeilla lay down Elka immediately pressed the button that would bring Syeilla into a large tube or the like and did a face scan and so on until it was finished.

The X-ray process itself is carried out for 30 minutes.

When it was finished Elka and Zia approached Sheilla and helped her get off the table and immediately told her the result.

"The result is still positive Syei and has entered stage four." sighed Elka with her watery eyes. Don't ask how Zia is.

Sheilla had been shocked to hear he had a deadly disease but now even the condition has evaporated far away somewhere. He patted the back of Zia who was already shaking. He no longer wanted to cry over everything that happened to his life because he knew crying would be the same.

"Have it been, I am the one who is sick why you two are sad." Sheilla chuckled in her soft voice.

Zia and Ariel were unable to speak anymore, their throats were even blocked to the point of seeing how steadfast the heart of a Sheilla that had been hurt by many of his closest people*.

Altaf walked slowly and sat down beside Sheilla who was closing her eyes while crying because she saw her tears fall down her cheeks even without sobbing.

"Why weep in solitude." rebuked Altaf as he thrust a handkerchief at Sheilla. Sheilla was startled and immediately opened her eyes and wiped her tears with both hands without receiving the size of a handkerchief from Altaf. He then smiled at Altaf who looked mature at his age who had stepped his age.

Altaf stared long at the pale face of Sheilla who looked back at the sky with her empty face.

This is the woman he once loved so much with all his heart but fate is so cruel to separate the two but he is also grateful because thanks to fate he was met with his wife.

"What's up here? How's Elena doing?" ask Syeilla still in the same position. Not without reason he was in the same position, his head again throbbed with pain but he did not want Altaf to know.

"I want to apologize on behalf of Elena and for my selfishness. Regarding Elena she is being treated in hospital in shock after learning who grandmother really is." Altaf said sadly.

"He loved Grandma so much even as a child when I told him not to get too close but he cried when I forbade him." she said in a soft voice. His head seemed to be exploding at this time he was not even able to just open his eyes.

"You're right, plus it's been less stable lately. He was actually not allowed to think too hard because it could affect his health.

Sheilla just silently listened to Altaf chattering at length.

"Are you going to be like that? You better go home to Shei." Altaf said when he no longer heard the voice of Sheilla.he thought maybe Sheilla fell asleep considering the breeze stroked with a very seductive.

Aiden was about to get up and walk home and the hand of Sheilla fell from his lap. Altaf immediately approached Sheilla and for a moment blood came out of his nose slowly and even the color was very thick. Altaf was panicked.

"Syeil.... Syeilla... Hey." Altaf tried to pat Syeilla's cheek which felt very cold. Without a second thought, he immediately grabbed Syeilla and took her to the hospital.

"Doctor.." cried Altaf in the hospital lobby. He screamed and some sisters seemed to run closer to the staff sambik bring the anchor medorong towards there.

"Please.. Please my friend." Altaf said anxiously.

The nurse immediately took Syeilla to the ER room for serious treatment.

"It seems that man loves his girlfriend very much" said a doctor who happened to be there Ariel carrying something in her hand.

"Isn't he Zia's doctor patient" He overhears Syeilla's name being mentioned.

"Can you repeat what that means?" ask Ariel curious.

"That doctor patient Zia doctor back in the ER and has been handled by doctor Sifa." he explained that made Ariel's heart beat uncomfortable.

He immediately ran towards Zia's room which was receiving patients.

"Are you busy?" ariel asked with a breath.

"You're being chased by a ghost. What's up?"

"Syeilla entered the ER" explained Ariel and the pen she was holding just took off from her hand.

"How can you?" ask Zia and immediately contact Riska's doctor to replace her.

"My mother apologizes for having to change her doctor, Ariel doctor will take the mother to Riska doctor's room" explained Zia who was immediately understood by her patient.

"Thank you" Zia said without a sound and walked into the ER room.

"He immediately went in there and saw that Sheilla was on a breathing apparatus.

"Thank God Zia's doctor is coming soon." said doctor Sifa with relief.

"What's wrong with my patient doc."

"It looks like the illness is getting worse, doc, we almost lost it if we didn't act right away."

"Thank you." Zia said sincerely.

He came out and found Altaf waiting for Syeilla in front of the ER room. Altaf who saw Zia coming out immediately approached him.

"Doctor how he's doing."

Zia looked at Altaf flatly but still answered his question.

"The hope is not much, if you and your family feel like you've made a mistake to apologize before it's too late." Zia immediately went to the women's toilet and cried. He patted his chest which was very tight and painful.

Altaf was silent for a long time, the corner of his heart throbbing pain though not much but when he heard the words of Zia he seemed to lose Syeilla for the second time. At least he wants to see Sheilla happy even though not with him but Aiden is not a bad candidate.

"I'm useless... I'm so useless... I'm a doctor but I can't help him.. I'm useless. "his cries are bitter. He drowned with his sadness.

"I hope Zia is okay" Elka told Ariel.

"He hasn't even been back since then when it's been over an hour since he left.

"Let's check into the ER room maybe she's still there" Elka told Ariel.

While he himself will look for it in the hospital park who knows he is there.

"Where's madam? Aiden asked when he arrived at his residence.

"Sorry sir but the madam hasn't returned from the park since morning." her maid's words upset her.

"He wants to be angry but what is important for him now is to find the whereabouts of his wife.

He was just about to enter his car but a call stopped his movement. He reached into his pocket and saw the name of the caller.

"Syeilla's in the hospital in the ER." tell Elka.

"Thank you I'll be there soon."

Aiden immediately drove his car to the hospital and again canceled an important meeting with foreign investors from Singapore.

"I hope you're okay, baby" she said, calming her heart, which never stopped feeling anxious.

"Where is the patient on behalf of Sheilla." asked Aiden when he arrived there because Elka did not tell the room.

"The father went up to the third floor then straight and turned right twice. Room number 312"

"Thank you."

He immediately went from there to the place that the doctor had indicated.

He opened the door of the room with his heart beating.

"Honey." whispered when he got there.

"What happened to you." Aiden gently stroked his wife's pale face, which was fitted with a breathing aid and an infusion.

Aiden lowered his head deeply without feeling his tears dripping back from his shelter and falling into the hands of Sheilla. Every time he saw Syeilla lying in the camp like this his memory of his past actions reappeared and he felt the most jerk on the face of this earth.

"Never regret the past because without the past we will not be good at looking at the future. Make the past a life lesson for the future."
