The Part 29

Syeilla's eyes were still tightly closed, there was no sign that she would open them. Various medical devices are now attached to his pale body that serves as a support for his life today.

Aiden entered the ICU room where Syeilla was, walking with slow steps towards a bed where the body lay weak.

After he stood beside Sheilla he immediately sat down and grabbed the fingers slowly and gently.

"Dear forgive me" he said with regret. Tears always faithfully adorn the face of his handsome who has begun to tangle and fall apart.

"I beg you to forgive me" he sobbed with a swagger. He brought the pale hand of Sheilla to his lips and kissed her gently. The body does not even respond at all.

"Are you angry that you don't want to see our son one last time" Aiden exclaimed sadly.

Without Aiden realizing that Syeilla's tears were flowing slowly. Aiden returned to tears with his body trembling as the shadow of his bad nature on both babies flashed across his mind. This is what is called punishment if it is then he will never say anything that was not.

"Honey soon wake up we'll start everything from scratch. It will make you happy forever. Mas promised you dear" murmured Aiden slowly.

A sister came in and said her time was up.

"honey quickly realized" he said and stepped away from there while Syeilla's tears were not stopping flowing.

Zia stared sadly at the two small bodies weighing 2000 grams. Even the world that Syeilla dreamed of had not been able to materialize because both of them had left.

"Dear calm down there. My aunt loves you both very much. Mama Syeilla even risked her life for you dear so take care of mama from there ya." so Zia after the body of both of them was about to be in the cafeteria.

Aiden entered with his eyes, he stared with regret and his tears came back to light when he saw the bodies of the two babies who had not even had time to see his bastard face.  Her hands shook and grabbed the body of one of her female babies. She gently stroked the baby's face which should still be red but now turned pale.

"I'm sorry, dear. Papa's guilty. Pardon papa" he poked with a piteous as he held her gently. "You may punish papa but please do not give papa this cruel punishment dear. Papa couldn't stand it" the stuffing sounded even more heartbreaking. His heart was endlessly pierced by a sharp knife. It feels so painful.

Zia, Ariel and Elka could no longer even speak and just stared at Aiden with sadness. Those who are only acquaintances of Syeilla are very hit especially if later Syeilla woke up they do not know how sad he will be when he found out his two children had gone with the angel of heaven.

Elka then advanced forward and rubbed Aiden's trembling back gently.

"It's time for them to be buried. Poor of both" said Elka slowly gave understanding.

Aiden then looked at the peaceful face of his daughter and then kissed her long ago and gave it to Elka. He then turned to his baby boy who looked very similar to him. He then kissed it gently and immediately gave it to Elka because honestly he was no longer even able to move his legs.

"

The sad news had already reached Elena's ears. He immediately contacted Altaf and immediately told him to go home.

"Mas is coming home now" Syeilla said in tears.

"What's wrong with you?" altaf asked from across with worry.

"Mas hurry home later I will tell you" said Elena slowly while wiping her tears.

After Altaf arrived at his house he found his wife crying. He immediately approached Elena while running.

"What's the matter, baby?" ask Altaf seriously.

"Sheilla's sister" he said intermittently.

"What's wrong with Syeilla, baby?" ask Altaf curiously.

"Silver was in a car accident and is now being treated in hospital and he is in a coma" Elena said in tears.

"Yes we are going there now" Altaf said, calming his wife who had not stopped crying.

Someone who heard the conversation Elena and Altaf smiled when they found out that Syeilla was now hospitalized and in a coma.

"Good Roy you can always count on" she cheered with a horrible smile. Like you said, it looks like a drop-in.

After the departure of Elena and Altaf he immediately contacted Roy while saying thank you.

"Thank you Roy when I haven't told you yet but you've already acted first" Aisyah said with her 6000-watt smile.

"What do you mean?" roy asked confusedly from across.

"Why are you even pretending" said Aisha.

"I really don't understand what you mean" Roy said.

"Syeilla, she was in an accident and is now in a coma. That's what you did, isn't it?" ask Aisyah.

"No Ayesha. You haven't even said anything to me. Didn't you say to wait for orders from you" Roy exclaimed in surprise.

"So the one who hurt Syeilla isn't you?"

"Of course not"

"Then who?" asked Aisyah confusedly.

Altaf and Elena have now arrived at the hospital where Sheilla is located. They went straight to the information room and asked where the patient's ward was located on behalf of Syeilla.

"sorry patient on behalf of Syeilla Aretha Zayna treated in what room?" ask Altaf.

"Please wait a minute, sir. I will see it first" said the nurse graciously while looking for the name in question.

"The patient's ward on behalf of Sheilla Aretha Zayna is on the fourth floor of ICU 3" the nurse replied.

"Thank you" Elena and Altaf headed for the room.

Elena's legs had been limp when she saw the weak body of Syeilla who was now lying in the ICU bed. He saw it from the glass door of the room. While Altaf had brought two special clothes for them to wear when entering there.

They entered with slow steps.

"Sister" Elena exclaimed sadly.

"Why is it like this" Elena's cries broke. While Altaf just stared at the body of Syeilla with a soft word without saying anything. Then Elena remembered something.

"Mas what about baby sister. Where are they" asked Elena quietly.

"They?" ask Altaf in wonder.

"Sister mas pregnant with twins" said Elena slowly who was only nodded by Altaf.

"sorry mommy time is up" said a nurse.

"Honey let's find both babies" asked Altaf who was immediately replied to a nod by Elena.

"Our brother left first" Elena said before leaving the room.

While in the hospital hallway they both met Zia who was staring at them flatly.

"Doctor Zia where are Syeilla's two children?" ask Elena softly.

"Currently for what to look for" Zia annoyed unfriendly.

"What do you mean by saying that to my wife" angry Altaf did not like the unfriendly answer from Zia.

"Of course you are ready to bother looking for it" Zia snidely snorted.

"You must not be impudent. Your attitude could have been reported to your superiors" threatened Altaf furiously.

"Do you think I'm scared" Zia chuckled back.

"I'm Syeilla's family" Elena replied quietly.

"family? You're her family" Zia asked cynically.

"I didn't know that the family was like you" Sheilla pointed fiercely. He was very happy with everyone who had treated Sheilla with as good as their eels.

"Stop" Altaf shouted furiously. His emotions had already peaked when Zia again cornered his wife.

"Ah you must be a bastard just like Aiden that bastard" Zia sneered loudly.

"I beg doctor Zia to let us see baby sister" Elena said, pleading.

"free" Zia chuckled while shedding her tears.

"What do you mean" asked Altaf.

"You're glad you ruined Sheilla's life. You guys his family must be happy. Yes Syeilla is destroyed now" Zia's cry was not able to weep.

"Please say it clearly" cried Elena who had exhausted her patience.

"They are dead and you are family*** who only think about your wounds without knowing what hard life he has been through so far. You're the most selfish creatures" Zia shouted furiously.

"and now you're looking for him. Have you been guided? You're still lucky Elena still has your back while Sheilla, despite having a family, doesn't work at all"

"Don't infer anything with your stupid judgment" Altaf shouted at Zia.

"Have you ever tortured your wife?" ask Zia seriously.

"Of course not. Are you crazy" Altaf snorted unhappily.

"You're right I'm crazy for the actions of jerks like you and Syeilla's husband. You know Elena, even Sheilla has never been happy in her entire life. You may not know but she always sacrificed for your happiness Elena. You always feel the most pain. Really naive woman"

"What do you mean?"

"Find your answer Elena" finished saying uneg-unegnya he immediately went from there to the room of Sheilla.

"What does it mean mas" asked Elena confusedly.

"It's a shame that you don't need to think about it when you get sick again" Altaf said calmly.

"No, I have to know what that means" Elena said firmly.

He continued to think about what Zia said but his head hurt so much to think about the answer that his body turned upside down and fell into Altaf's arms.

"Darling... Dear.. Hey" Altaf said, patting his wife's cheek.

He immediately took his wife to get treatment because it seemed his pain returned.

"Welcome to Hell Sheilla" chuckled someone from behind the door of the ICU room.
