That morning Zia or her full name Kezzia Lavina Sheeva was making breakfast for the four of them because today the three of them will take Syeilla chek up the womb while checking her illness in anticipation of things that are not desired. "Elka, prepare the car" cried Ariel and Elka immediately ran to get the key and took it out of the garage.

"The car is ready" cried Elka from outside.
"Side" said Ariel then carrying the weak body of Syeilla towards the car.
Zia and Ariel immediately headed for the car and the three of them immediately took Syeilla to the hospital.
"Hold Shei" Zia said with a trembling tone.
"Ssttt she will be fine" Ariel calmed Zia who was currently about to cry.
"I hope so is Ril but what if he decides to give up" finally stuffed it out after he took it off a few minutes ago.
"Trust that Sheilla is strong Zi, she will survive for the sake of her two children" said Elka along to calm Zia.

Zia who heard it was already crying knowing the true state of Sheilla.
"Wouldn't there be any hope for him to survive more than that doctor?" ask Zia with raucous.
"As a doctor I can't guarantee it but it all goes back to its creator but I will do my best for Sheilla" said the doctor, who goes by the name of Take Alberio.
"It's best for patients to be treated here considering that the condition can drop at any time" said Alberio with a smile.

They came out of Alberio's room lethargic and immediately headed to the room where Sheilla was now being treated and there was Elka who accompanied Sheilla there.
"Why is it so long?" elka asked the two.
"There is something important that Alberio's doctor said earlier and that's about Syeilla's condition" Ariel said seriously.
"What Alberio's doctor said about Sheilla's condition" asked Elka seriously.
"The condition of critical Sheilla El and doctors predict that she may not be able to survive until the age of nine months, which means there is a possibility of remaining two months from now" Ariel replied lethargicly.
"Why?" asked Elka ambiguously.
Ariel frowned in confusion while Zia did not respond to him.
"Why is a woman as good as her having to go through such a terrible thing? Even many bad women out there but get a decent life" Elka said confusedly.
"We don't know what God is planning for Sheilla El, but whatever it may be will be best for Sheilla herself and we as her doctor Sheilla just need to do various ways to help her survive. Is not death that no one knows" Ariel explained calmly.
"You're right, Ril, maybe I'm too naive to understand all this but thank you" Elka replied with a smile.
In the other hemisphere Aiden is scolding every employee who makes mistakes even if they are only as small as possible.
"Are you tired of working!!" he shouted with a thunderous voice.
Ever since she was left by Sheilla she was getting more and more upset coupled with the fact that Sheilla went with another man made her even more angry. She had no idea what caused her to become so angry but her little heart hated knowing that Sheilla had betrayed her.
"Get out!!" hardiknya roughly then he headed to his study room with a breath of breath.
"Damn, shit, shit. Why am I still thinking about that woman" he said furiously. She grabbed her hair signifying how frustrated she was right now.
"Aarrggg" he shouted and threw the contents at his desk.
"What's up, sir?" ask her secretary who just worked a week ago because her former secretary was no longer allowed to work by her husband.
"OUT!" aiden shouted violently. The secretary instead went in and tried to calm Aiden with her sexy clothes until her cleavage was clearly seen by the eyes. He approached Aiden from behind and tried to grab him and stroked the chest of Aiden's field with a sensual gesture.

"Syeilla come back, baby" he said grudgingly.
He was currently between sane but half insane. Sometimes he scolded Syeilla and then a second later he roared apologetically hoping that Sheilla would come back to him. Real type luknut guy.
"Thank you for letting Syeilla go and now it's my turn to finish her off"
The sound of a short message that goes into his cellphone is able to make Aiden's eyes bulging. He also tried to call the number but unfortunately the number he was going to was not listed anywhere.
"Fuckhead" he shouted.
He immediately called his lead detective.
"Find out Sheilla's whereabouts, wherever she's found out fast. I don't accept failure" he said, then turned off his call.
"It turns out you're moving fast"
Return incoming messages from the same person.
"Suckers. Show yourself fucking!!" he shouted furiously.
"You're the stupidest man in the world. But thanks to you too I will soon eliminate Sheilla" said the mysterious person with a grin.
"You'll come face to face with me if you dare to hurt my fucking wife!!"
