Episode 4

As usual, Syeilla is still closely watched by her in-laws. He could not even lift a plate and a glass. He began to get bored but did not want to make his in-laws back to be unkind to him so he obeyed all that was allowed and what was not allowed.

"Honey when you check the contents" asked the Queen while herding Syeilla to sit on the living room sofa.

"Today ma" replied Syeilla with a smile.

"Well, today my mother cannot accompany you. Mama will tell Aiden to accompany you to her hospital" the Queen's advice gets a subtle rejection from Sheilla.

"There is no need to ma anyways Aiden is busy in his office Syeilla can go alone kok ma" Syeilla refused subtly.

"Related?"

"A hundred percent sure ma. Syeilla go first ma. Mama be careful on the road"

Syeilla goes to the hospital escorted by a private driver who is deliberately hired by the Queen specifically for Sheilla while traveling.

"Thank you sir"

"Same-sama non"

Then with a slow step Sheilla walked to the obstetrician's room to do an ultrasound in order to know what development and nutrition is needed in order to keep her baby growing healthy.

"Please ma'am" tell a sister to let Sheilla lie down.

Syeilla then lay down comfortably and heard all the doctor's statements carefully without missing a single bit. The doctor sighed with anger. Syeilla who saw it felt strange and immediately asked.

"Is there a problem with my womb doc" asked Syeilla to the female doctor with the name tag Zia.

"Nobody's in trouble just that we need to make sure of something. Can we take a sample of your blood ma'am" asked Zia's doctor politely.

"Sure" replied Syeilla confusedly. What did he think the doctor was asking for his blood sample.

"If the result is out I will contact you immediately"

"Thank you doctor"

Syeilla walked slowly while unceasingly spreading a smile on everyone she passed then her eyes were fixed on the figure of the woman she knew so well then she was about to call him but she immediately paused when a man came out of one of the rooms there.

"What happened to Elena" Sheilla muttered worriedly.

"Ah no no, Elena must be fine she's a strong woman" she whispered to herself.

"Let's go baby" Altaf asked Elena then they went into one of the rooms whose writing was not clearly visible to Sheilla's eyes.

"Hopefully Elena will always be fine" Sheilla's inner prayer sincerely.

Aiden looked at his phone with anxious hope because today the meeting promised by his client will be held soon but until now no one from the client has come.

In his anxiety, the sound of his room door being knocked from the outside by his secretary.

"It was sir but he was unable to attend because he had to accompany his wife chek up to the hospital so for his meeting their side asked for a re-schedule" replied his secretary politely.

"Then immediately you reschedule the meeting" he ordered his secretary named Lizi.

"Fine sir, excuse me then"

After his secretary left, Aiden contacted someone and occasionally heard his echoing laughter filling his entire room.

"I miss you so much too, baby, so you come back here quickly" Aiden whined spoiledly to make someone who is now in the land of uncle and even laugh out loud.

"All right, I'll wait as soon as possible" Aiden said, ending his call.

Elsewhere, Syeilla was in her in-laws' flower garden. There the atmosphere is very pleasant and lately he is very fond of the park as his favorite place to relax.

"Honey in the first drink of her milk" appeared the Queen walking while carrying a tray containing milk pregnant women that she always made for Sheilla.

"Thank you ma. Why bother bringing her here and you can call Sheilla there"

"Mama see you are busy looking at this flower garden so mama brought it here anyway if you feel happy here is not even good for your baby because the wind here is very refreshing"

"Mama right here is very pleasant" said Sheilla as she stretched out her hands to enjoy the soft caress and whisper of the wind that sounded so melodious in her ears.

"How did his USG result" asked the Queen enthusiastically.

"The results are good ma and they are also healthy there" said Syeilla with pleasure.

The queen frowned when she heard their words. Then he surprised himself.

"Do they mean you're humming a baby more than one or the twins' simple language?"

Sheilla nodded her head while smiling warmly. He was very happy when he saw the happy look on his old-in-law's face. At least his longing for his mother had been treated little by little.

"Thank you Aiden would love to hear it"

Syeilla's face turned sad but was not realized by her father-in-law who was too happy.

'If he is happy as you say but the truth is he knows it is not' the inner Sheilla is sad. It's not that not telling about her pregnancy just that the timing is never right. When he was about to say it there must be me who bothered him until he forgot himself.

"Darling that you daydream. Why?" the Queen asked when she saw that Sheilla was daydreaming. Is there anything wrong the Queen thought but soon she tepis.

"No, no ma. Just remember Aiden. As my mom said, she must have been happy to know that Sheilla was pregnant with twins"

"Ah mama can't wait for it dear" exclaimed the Queen enthusiastically.

Sheilla smiled as she watched the joyful look on her mother's face. She is also very enthusiastic about waiting for the time for the birth of her baby if not one of seven months and Sheilla is impatient to wait for that time to arrive.
